這個地方,我只會用一個「型」字去形容,紅黑的配搭,我真係覺得超級正。大家安頓好後,經理便把一盤一盤的材料送上,眼見就有經特別處理過的西瓜,很清甜;蕃茄、金槍魚和一些醬汁,感覺新鮮;最特別的是那白色的魚子醬,咸香又帶有海水的味道,原來是蝸牛卯,第一次見識。總廚將以上材料,為大家打造成一個「置地遮打夏威夷森林」。看他左穿右插,細心配上醬汁,一個美輪美奐,擁有代表著置地廣場標誌的L字型森林便呈現在我們眼前,令人不禁口水流。其後,大家更有機會親自動手製作,不過成品就…算吧喇!

有驚喜的朋友生日飯,去到Armani,係門口俾人既感覺就好似係神秘的私人會所!個工作人員好親切地招待我地進場,係星光大道行入去好似行天橋咁!坐定位先來welcome champagne每位一杯,經過一翻介紹,來頭盤有關東煮豆腐,魚生,新鮮美味!再特色壽司,入口即溶既鵝肝壽司更是本人推介!(太好味相機不及味蕾快)再有呢個特色喜馬拉雅山岩盬蝦刺身,呢個岩鹽釣出蝦既鮮味,令你齒格留香,佢地除左日式仲係意式 主埸!有Main course既牛排,肉汁鮮味!加上Desserts朱古力,已令我今餐大滿足!氣氛令人不自覺地忘我!

這客沙律,賣相是相當華麗。很喜歡大廚把置地廣場標誌的L形外觀放在菜式內,配合大量新鮮的食材,如西瓜、菠蘿、番茄、燒烤金槍魚、森林葉,白魚子醬及芒果醬等等,就這樣子把夏威夷森林搬到香港呢。

CEO最喜歡吃西瓜,我就吃了一小口之後留給他吧。其實這個西瓜底座脫水之後,質感實實的, 很特別,不說的話,還不知道是西瓜來的。而菠蘿跟番茄味道鮮甜,炙燒的金槍魚也是有水準的,表面香口,內裡嫩滑。特別喜歡的是魚子醬及芒果醬,把整客沙律的味道提升到另外一個層次呢!

當大家看完大廚示範之後,大家就可以動手去做,真是最合我的心意,原本要擺盤擺得靚,也很有難度呢。
吃完沙律,大家又要趕到下一站了,是到三星店呀!

: 8.5分, 如果大家來到Armani / Aqua, 當然吃的會是大廚預備的版本. 先講賣相, 實在是相當精緻而有心思, 把置地廣場標誌的L形外觀巧妙的融入在菜式內. 配料方面, 包括有西瓜, 番茄, 燒烤金槍魚, 森林葉, 白魚子醬, 菠蘿以及芒果醬等等, 相當豐富, 出來的效果也真的像個夏威夷森林呢.

當中的西瓜是底座, 經過脫水之後, 西瓜的質感會是比較實, 自然能夠把森林葉插上去, 而味道其實是比較特別的, 跟一般的西瓜是兩回事, 有趣. 而燒烤金槍魚質感鮮嫩, 有水準. 另外的白魚子醬味道鮮美, 會是個亮點呢.

Armani / Aqua為4幢華廈美饌活動推出的置地遮打夏威夷森林, 賣相華美而吸引, 把置地廣場的標誌也融入在菜式內, 而味道配搭亦很有新意. 身為都市人, 有機會逃離鋼筋森林, 進入到夏威夷森林內, 有意思.

至於我們這次的活動, 離開森林之後, 下一站, 是摘星的時間了.

我同我朋友係中環行左陣街覺得有d攰,想搵個地方食下野,發現原來armani有餐廳,咁就去試下,一入到去已經覺得環境好唔錯!裝修非常高級有貴氣!服務員亦都好有禮貌,有識講廣東話既服務員,所以唔洗擔心.首先食個頭盤buffet,有一小碟小食盤可以拎,唔洗自己夾,另外有熱食,服務員會拎住一盤熱食問你需唔需要,唔洗自己出去夾亦都可以保持食物熱度同水準,聰明既做法!然後到main course,有3款比你簡,我自己簡左魚..份量好適中,雖然個汁係咸左d,但塊魚係非常地咁好食,夠熱又滑,表皮燒得夠香...最後就到甜品,份量比想象中多,當時已經食到好飽,所以每樣甜品只食左一淡..感覺平平,無邊個特別出色,但睇得出全部自家製,有誠意.我地食到3點鐘,知道outdoor已經開放,決定叫2杯紅酒上去慢慢享受雖然境觀都係高樓大廈,但好彩個日天氣好好,亦有sofa坐下,都好舒適.有snack供應,可以送下酒杯紅酒其實都唔錯,易入口..最後我地傾計傾到5點半就走左..過左一個懶洋洋既星期6!

感覺平平,無邊個特別出色,但睇得出全部自家製,有誠意.
我地食到3點鐘,知道outdoor已經開放,
決定叫2杯紅酒上去慢慢享受

雖然境觀都係高樓大廈,但好彩個日天氣好好,
亦有sofa坐下,都好舒適.有snack供應,可以送下酒

杯紅酒其實都唔錯,易入口..
最後我地傾計傾到5點半就走左..
過左一個懶洋洋既星期6!

約了兩位前上司來吃午餐聚聚, 我請客。想找一間得體的, 這間不是我的first choice, 不過臨近聖誕節, 中環有質素的西餐全部都full了, 就試試這間。以前來過, 都是happy hour或晚上飲嘢, 第一次午餐時間來。侍應早上電話留言confirm我有regular table (不是高枱那一種), 來到竟然給了我們一張高枱, 在我多番要求下, 他們堅持他們已經沒有regular table available。結果我們三個全餐飯就坐在那不舒服的高枱。嚴重的溝通問題, 是這種級數的餐廳應有的嗎?尋找多時想找一間舒服的餐廳跟前上司聚聚, 結果是這樣子, 已經影響了午餐的心情。前上司點了鰻魚飯, 賣相吸引, 見他吃完了整個, 味道應該不錯, "烏冬幾滑", 是他的評語。另一前上司點了這個雞 (忘了名字), 他的評語是雞很滑, 不要看它份量少, 其實吃完都飽肚。我點的是牛柳, 要了medium, 賣相都精緻, 肉質頗滑, 不過中間部份過生, 似是medium rare, 伴菜倒是不錯。lunch set很奇怪, 不包飲品甜品, 要吃都要另外點, 價錢一點都不便宜。很"掠水"的感覺

我不知道兩位前上司的午餐是否如他們所說的好吃, 還是出於禮貌, 他們說得比事實好吃一點。

Receptionist態度有禮的招呼我們

簡約俐落的reception旁隱藏了一道大門,步入餐廳必經的走廊甚有品味,紅黑相襯的配搭前衛卻不失高貴,神秘感十足
。含蓄地印有Armani aqua一字的大門後是空間感十足的餐廳。

一切都很美好,但讚美的話到此為止

星期六的十二點半就只有我們二人,高大短髮的華藉女服務員言笑不苟地放下餐牌,從我們叫食物到她放下食物,她都是板著臉,一句話也不說,非常有性格
。To be more specific, we received no service since we entered the dining area
. This arrogant waitress totally ruined our time here. I love the swanky decors but I appreciate attentive service… and of course, food quality tops the rest.

我叫了鴨胸risotto作前菜,主菜則點了炸羊扒。朋友點了前菜- 海鮮意粉和主菜-煎三文魚。(HKD380/2courses - no dessert or tea or coffee)

炸羊扒吃了一半就放棄了
,乾巴巴的,雖然切得細薄,但沒醬料配襯下,像在硬啃
。加上羊騷味重,很讓人失望
。請女待應去拿mint jelly,等了好一會兒她才回來告知這裡廚房不供應
,哈,我真的很難相信如此一間高檔西餐廳連這麼basic的醬汁也沒有
。正常我不介意羊扒沒有mint jelly點綴,問題是這道菜真的又乾又乏味。如果覺得我這樣做是對不起廚房的心思的話,我倒認為要廚房檢討下為什麼客人會有這樣的要求
!最後,我只好伴旁邊的沙拉醬吃這炸得只有麵糠味道的羊扒,真倒霉

烹調三文魚
本身就不需要很高技巧,在香港也很容易買到鮮美的三文魚。賣相頗精致,但吃下去油油的,也沒有經過調味和醃制,三文魚味不重,很是平凡的一道主菜

那個像是領班的女待應在我們吃飯中途居然在旁邊和下屬大力的把檯子、椅子、屏風不斷移來移去,發出難聽刺耳的嘶嘶聲,長達十分鐘,多次打斷我們的對話。

我們多次回頭示意,幾個待應視若無睹,很明顯,很明顯是想我們快點吃完、快點離去,讓他們早點休息
。最後,我們真的忍受不了決定埋單,揮手好幾次那個黑臉女領班才斯斯然走過來把帳單大力放下,一句話也沒說...

真心想說,我去快餐店、大排檔或茶餐廳也從來未見識過如此惡劣囂張的態度

如果這麼看人低的話,就請離開服務業
這麼醜陋的臉色,讓客人不快也侮辱了這漂亮高檔的品牌
。當我們離開餐廳,那個女領班在我們旁觀走過,向reception大嚷:"真係想死。。。"
我對內容毫無興趣,但可否不要在客人面前展示這一面?
Perhaps this arrogant waitress doesn’t serve customers appeared not to be working upstairs in those prestigious banks or upmarket brands, perhaps we did not turn up with well-cut clothes…
no matter what, it was totally unacceptable for a restaurant of this class (or any other class). Why on earth did the servers have to move the tables around when we were still dining?
It really irritated us when our conversation was forced to halt because of all these hissing sounds that lasted for like 10 minutes
.I am not sure if anyone from aqua’s management can see this, I just sincerely hope readers can be lucky enough to receive proper service (and be warned
).

讓人失望的Armani Aqua
,肯定不會再去。
的確,Armani casa的設計非常優雅別緻,但佈置不是拿來吃的,我獲得完全相反的服務態度。或許我們太年輕,穿得不夠光鮮,也不像上面寫字樓拿高薪厚職的人,但作為客人,實在很難相信在這一流的地段、可以碰上三流的服務

無論半島、文華、洲際、Amigo、the Pawn 、蘭芳園、美心、大榮華或大快活大家樂,我也未見識過這麼讓人無奈的服務態度,真長見識了。

A great disappointment.
I couldn’t find a direct way to complain in the official site, so I hope someone from the management team can read this
. If it is your marketing strategy to keep off petty bourgeois from enjoying the service at Armani Aqua, you win. Thanks for ruining my friend’s birthday meal and we are definitely not returning.

頭盤兩弄,分別是Baccala cod with pickle cucumber and peach salsa及Foie gras terrine with caramel figs and mint jelly。Baccala cod with pickle cucumber and peach salsa沙律香甜清新,青瓜經醃製後酸香醒胃,更帶來一重爽脆口感。主角鱈魚同樣經過醃製,少了一份油溢甘香,多了一份久歷熟成的韻味。

Foie gras terrine with caramel figs and mint jelly有別於香煎鵝肝,豐膄甘香度固然力有不及,但勝在鵝肝味道更純正單一,口感密度更高更滑。小吃一口,任由鵝肝於口中溶化,餘韻持久。想平衡一點,夾雜無花果及薄荷果凍來吃可減膩口感覺。

主食先吃富意菜特式的Ricotta tortellini with spinach, pine nut and cream sauce,忌廉醬汁濃厚香滑,掛滿一口一個的餃子上實在好吃。加上清葱菠菜及健康松子仁,更添一份味道層次。

另一主食Linguine with mussels, cherry tomato and rocket味道則稍遜,醬汁帶辣惹味,但同時間偏鹹失分。扁意粉嚼頭合預期,但那三隻過份瘦削的青口顯然不合格,高級餐廳選材理應更嚴謹!

大盤Braised beef cheek with roasted garlic mash, enoki mushroom and shallot gravy,牛頰肉肉味重,口感軟腍而重膠質,水準不俗。伴碟的薯蓉亦無欺場,做得香滑可口,蘸上蘑菇燒汁吃更加美味。

Roasted baby chicken with mozzarella stuffing, baby vegetable and rosemary sauce出來效果亦較人欣喜,小小的春雞多汁肉嫩,雞身的骨頭早已去掉,取而代之的是芝香四射的醬汁,把當中空間填得滿滿,刀光閃過雞肉後,濃香醬汁緩緩溢出,和雞肉味道甚為匹配!

吃畢佳餚,最終來到咖啡茶時間。一杯Regular coffee,口味屬剛烈一類,評分一般。另嚐一口熱奶茶,與其說是奶茶,不如說是奶水,水準不合格。還以為午餐包含咖啡茶一杯,及後才得悉餐後飲料需另點,兩杯飲料要近百元,屬整頓飯最不值之處。下回要記緊留意餐牌才是

What can I say? I love Japanese food (notably sashimi--especially especially all sorts of shellfish, akagai, awabi, hotategai, mirugai, tsubugai, etc). I honestly believe I can live eating all these shellfish all day....Rarely does my Shellfish Dream Meal come true. However, I found this piece of heaven in Armani Aqua that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in Hong Kong. I honestly believe I can live eating all these shellfish all day....Rarely does my Shellfish Dream Meal come true. However, I found this piece of heaven in Armani Aqua that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in Hong Kong. While it is true that it is slightly more expensive than other comparable Japanese restaurants of similar calibers, it never disappoints me in the aforementioned shellfish availability, and usually in the quantity and the quality I desire.

Whenever I dine alone, I like to sit at the corner of the sushi bar (not so I could admire the handsome sushi chiefs; actually I was too invested in my shellfish to take any notice, it was actually my six-year-old's innocuous remark blushingly said nonetheless about those attractive males did I reluctantly take a glance), but so I could conveniently order my shellfish without having to trouble the waiters (and they are one of the courteous I have seen yet in Hong Kong).

The majority of the chiefs were chiefs from Shiro (the restaurant closed down by Harvey Nichol in Pacific Place). They specialize in making contemporary Japanese sushi - by that, I meant sushi that contain non-traditional ingredients like turnips and minced perilla leaves (I just love the brilliant purple color and its unique sweet, sour taste) and bear non-traditional avant garde look. These sushi taste nice and they look even better. One definitely gets to have an eye feast by coming here.

For the drinks, I strongly recommend Mint Lychee Tea (it's not on the menu but can be made by request) as well as Ginger Lime Green Tea or the combination of the two above - Ginger Lychee Tea. They are served in a tall, long clear glass and sometimes I have to remind myself that I have to save my stomach for my lovely shellfish to prevent myself from ordering the second one.

They also serve uni & toro don in a lunch set with a salad and a steam egg for approximately HKD 350+. It is a nice choice for someone who wants to have a quintessential Japanese delicacy without spending too much.

I also like the angel shrimp tartars. They are served in the hand-roll style, cupped in banana leaves, garnished by a miniature fresh daisy on the top. They are wonderfully minced with garlic and moderately seasoned. This particular starter is a perfect prelude to a meal. However, since each portion contains 8 rolls, it is not recommended if you eat alone (unless that's all you intend to have).

The ambience is more of orient intermixed with boheme intermixed with european mystique. The predominant colors used are black and red and happened to be two of my favorite colors. It is also perfect for a moderately-priced date (probably $1,000+ per head without wine) and an ideal venue where I would take my date to if I were a guy.

After being greeted by the hostess outside the restaurant, the blackened doors slid open revealing a dark corridor with the undertones of red lighting. The sides of the corridor were lined with full length mirrors which added to the mysterious atmosphere giving me a feeling that I was being led to attend a magical ritual or something similar... yes I am getting carried away haha.. But it was quite cool and a little freaky at the same time. At the far end a second set of doors slid open, and I was pleasantly surprised to see quite a large and open dining room, dimly lit with yellowish mood lighting. The decor of the room was modern with Japanese touches and the addition of couches inside the restaurant just gave it a very casual and chilled environment. Not at all uptight as I expected it to be.

The menu was of fusion where one half of the menu was dedicated to Italian cuisine and the other half was Japanese. We ended up picking dishes from both styles and ordered enough to share between the three of us.

After ordering we were served a bread basket, warmed Italian styled bread to be exact with a mixture of sun-dried tomato foccacia, grissini, white rolls and I think they also had olive bread too. This was accompanied with olive oil and good quality balsamico which to me is a definite plus in my books. Since I had just had a big meal earlier in the day, I passed on the bread, but C and R seemed to enjoy it.

Our amuse bouche was of Japanese nature, a small cup of kelp immersed in a light vinegary broth. It was pleasantly slimy with the slight crunchiness that only fresh kelp exhibits and the sourness of the broth helped whet the appetite.

First to come was our deluxe sashimi platter. Absolutely stunning in appearance. A large plate filled with an assortment of botan prawns, otoro, tuna, salmon, yellow tail, uni on cucumber (which was very thoughtful as it made for easier transportation to the plate), clams, raw wagyu beef and a large salmon and avocado roll wrapped with daikon. Everything was very fresh, but the stand outs for me were definitely the otoro and salmon which just melted in the mouth. The wagyu beef was quite good too, with a slightly chewy texture and it filled the palate with a rich beef flavour as the marbling gradually dissolved.

When dining with C, we always order greens and this came in the form of a scallop carpaccio salad. It was good, but nothing special. The scallops were soft and tender and the bed of greens were fresh. It was a little bland for me though.

For mains from the Italian side we chose a lobster and squid ink tagliatelle with lardo. It certainly looked striking with the boldness of the red lobster contrasting sharply with the inky pasta. The translucent skin surrounding the pasta had us pondering what it was, but upon tasting we realised it was in fact lardo. Despite the attractiveness of the dish, it was fairly disappointing. The dish was served lukewarm, and although the tagliatelle was cooked well, it was lacking flavour.

The wagyu beef fried rice was significantly better. A generous portion of piping hot fried rice with the mouth-watering aroma of melted fats from the wagyu. It was cooked perfectly and we could really taste the wok hei in the rice. Simple, but so satisfying~

For desserts, they did not have a dessert menu, since they were in the midst of changing menus so the waitress gave us some recommendations on what to order. We ended up picking three. First was a napoleon with custard filling topped with raspberries. I only ate the raspberries as I had already partook in a fantastic napoleon during lunch time, but C and R seemed to like it enough.

The next dessert was named the passion fruit cloud. A pale yellow rectangular block topped with strawberries and strawberry sauce. It was very light and airy in texture with a faint sherbet tang. Not really my cup of tea though.

The final dessert was focused on the element of sesame and this was amazing~ It was made up of seven parts and they all involved the ingredient sesame. There were biscuits, sponge cake, black sesame ice-cream, sesame crisps, panacotta, white sesame cream and sesame paste. All of these items combined together made for a fragrant and interesting mouthful. I loved how the crunchiness of the biscuits and the snap of the sesame crisps went so well with the smoothness of the ice-cream and sesame cream. Anyone who is a fan of sesame must order this. Definitely recommended~

The whole time we were there the whole place was empty except us and another table. I guess this reinforced the fact that people are suspicious of whether the brand Armani can produce good food. I am glad that they proved me wrong and I do hope others will give them a chance.

My recent visit to Armani Aqua was on occasion of their special “Olio & Sale” (Oil & Salt) dinner, which was a degustation dinner in which the chefs paired finest olive oils and different types of sea salt. This dinner certainly was something for the advanced foodies, so not everyone will understand or even appreciate the fine difference in flavours between sea salts from different locations. It was my first “Olio & Sale” experience and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much enjoyment one can get from these most basic ingredients we all take so very much for granted.

After having been met by the charming young Manager, I started my foodie adventure with a glass of Veuve Cliquot (an all-time favourite of mine) and was just about to attack the wonderful array of fresh breads that were put before me, when I remembered that this was going to be a meal with several courses… I was ravenous and found it hard to hold back, but from previous dining experiences in this elegant restaurant, I knew I would not be going home hungry…

The staff must have noticed my eagerness to dig in, so they surprised me with a free appetizer of fried French toast with mackerel butter and red onion marmalade. This simple yet wholesome treat was naughty and nice all at the same time. It was real comfort food and had this unique wholesome “home-made” character… This treat was very addictive – I am glad there was only one piece of it or I would have over-indulged before my actual dinner.

The first course arrived in the form of a fresh margarita cocktail and colourful crudités served with fine Italian olive oils and three different types of sea salt. The margarita was made with Japanese yuzu (a small citrus fruit not unlike the grapefruit, but believed to be rather related to the sour mandarin and the ichang papeda, which is a Korean type of lemon). The drink was well chilled and contained fresh juicy bits of the actual fruit, adding an exotic twist to this classic drink. As an alternative to the usually uninspired white salt rim served elsewhere, this drink was presented with a sparkling crust of attractive black salt. (The charming chef visited me at my table and explained to me that the salt was black due to its origin in the vicinity of a volcanic island's black beaches. The black salt quickly became my favourite and I wonder where I can buy this in Hong Kong…). The yuzu margarita was a great idea for this course as the drink cleared the palate for the salty adventure that lay before me. The crudités that went with the three different salts was a colourful bouquet of carrot, celery, bell pepper, radish, etc., and it made an interesting selection to mix and match with the different salts. Besides my charcoal-coloured favourite, there was also a white sea salt as well as a beautiful pink salt that was definitely the second runner-up in my hit list of favourites. (I was told that this salt was harvested at the shores of a Hawaiian island, where the soil is red.)

The next course was a stunning porcini mushroom carpaccio with pine nuts. It was served in a perfect circle that looked almost too pretty to eat. The dish was nice to look at as well as very delicious! The taste of the toasted pine nuts and fresh chive went well with the Roi Cru Gaaci extra virgin olive oil from Liguria that was served with this dish. The carpaccio was finished off with a delicate Sicilian crystal salt. I am no vegetarian, but I this dish can hold its own next to the usual carnivorous versions.

What followed then was something I could only refer to as “sex on a plate”… I had to contain myself not to moan with pleasure eating the plin ravioli, which were made mainly with fresh artichokes from Italy. (While Italian artichokes were used for this dish, the addition of Jerusalem artichokes pacified the typical bitterness of the Italian variety; a clever combination that perfectly suited this delicate dish.) The ravioli were cooked ‘al dente’, just as I like it: they were tender and soft yet retained their shape until in the mouth. The pasta was graced by a generous cascade of fresh white truffle shavings. The delicious hazelnut olive oil from Piedmont and the unusual smoked sea salt flakes rounded off this delightful starter. For me, this dish was the star of the evening and I would like to see it on the regular Armani Aqua menu!

The main course was a poached Italian cod that was served on brick of Cervia sea salt. Condiments were poached Italian spring vegetables and a generous helping of Sassicaia olive oil. The presentation on the brick of sea salt immediately made me think of an arctic ice low, and the cod – which was cooked to absolute perfection (tender but not raw, flaky but very juicy and moist) – looked so fresh as if it had jumped from the depth of the ocean straight onto this “ice floe”. The vegetables were almost perfect spheres and tumbled about the cod quite cheerfully. The Cervia sea salt has a very pronounced flavour but the rich cod with managed to stand up well to it. Thumbs up for the cod as well!

Dessert was an ultra-light lemon meringue with wild berries and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil ice cream. To the uninitiated, it was a very fancy variation of the Pavlova. To me it was sheer poetry in green, white, red - surely no accidental tribute to the 'tricolore', the Italian flag! There is nothing anyone can do wrong with fresh wild berries and cream, but the addition of olive oil ice cream with a garnish of fresh mint leaves truly was a surprisingly delicious match made in heaven.

The petit fours (delicate pastries, chocolates and fresh fruit) that were laid out before me at the end of this exciting dinner were really not really necessary and more than I could handle after the indulgence of the main meal. I certainly walked home a very content and happy diner.

Bravo!

食物水準超差,麵包又乾、又硬又凍!煙鴨胸-乾及有"蘇"味!魚-"梅"及無味!曰本和食還可以,但全部食物上枱時都不熱!連最甜品也像隔夜麵包咁差!!!!服務員欠缺笑容。食物與價錢全不相符!名氣大,出品差!不會再來光顧。

前排經過中環遮打大廈發現一樓cafe換了牌頭,搖身變成為人熟悉的Aqua集團旗下餐廳。再三打聽之下,原來Armani 跟Aqua搞個crossover,在此開設了Armani Aqua。餐牌跟北京道一號的Aqua Roma/Tokyo 大同小異,都是主打兩款港人最熱愛的菜式 - 日本和意大利菜。餐廳午市提供三道菜的商務套餐,一律$298。從特大的自動幕門步進餐廳,在漆黑一片之下、經過極富中東色彩的柱廊後,終於到達餐廳的心臟地帶。套餐選擇不多,決定速戰速決,點了幾款不同款式的頭盤和主菜試試。 自家製煙三文魚、配薯仔沙律 (Grade: 3/5)薄片的三文魚經煙燻後,加入新鮮的黑胡椒,清炒的薯仔、蕃茄等和香草醬汁,入口清新,但味道只屬不過不失,未有為我們留下深刻印象。 帶子寬條麵、車厘茄醬 (Grade: 3/5)第一款主菜揀了帶子寬條麵配車厘茄醬。寬條麵爽滑彈牙,醬汁帶點酸甜,濃度適中,非常醒胃,可惜帶子太過薄切而份量又出乎意料地小,倘若不是仔細閱讀過餐牌的話,差點兒忘記這道菜有帶子! 香煎薄牛肉片、配雜錦沙律 (Grade: 3/5)另一款主菜香煎薄牛肉,份量亦稍嫌偏小,對一般愛美的女

第一款主菜揀了帶子寬條麵配車厘茄醬。寬條麵爽滑彈牙,醬汁帶點酸甜,濃度適中,非常醒胃,可惜帶子太過薄切而份量又出乎意料地小,倘若不是仔細閱讀過餐牌的話,差點兒忘記這道菜有帶子!

另一款主菜香煎薄牛肉,份量亦稍嫌偏小,對一般愛美的女仕來說,可能算是恰到好處,但對男仕而言,就實在難以飽肚。

總結
中環區向來寸金尺土,難得Armani Aqua 一擲二萬餘呎,地方闊落,感覺舒適而空間感充足,絕對是個跟好友相聚聊天的好地方。但食物質素過於平凡,菜式亦缺乏新鮮感,相信如要滿足我們那些已被寵壞了的味蕾,廚師還要再下多點功夫。
