今日嚟到位於上環附近嘅西餐廳食飯,餐廳主打精緻嘅意大利菜式,裝修就以白色同紅色為主調。由於餐廳係用落地玻璃嘅關係,所以可以一邊食嘢一邊望吓街外面嘅風景。Poland Beef Tartare牛肉非常之柔滑,入口仲好多肉汁添,連埋蛋漿一齊食,都幾滋味。Pacific Yellowtail Crudo呢個前菜賣相精緻,黑松露嘅味道都幾突出,啱啱上碟嘅時候都已經聞到。Whole Three Yellow Chicken呢隻三黃雞真係好吸引呀,外皮又薄又香脆,油脂又唔多,雞肉夠晒結實仲有肉汁,製作得非常之出色。Acquerello Risotto 由於意大利飯用上波士頓龍蝦肉,亦都有橄欖油,飯粒唔會煮得太軟,入口非常之有口感,味道好豐富呀。飲品方面,其實都有幾多選擇,最有心思嘅地方,係佢哋會肯飲品附近寫埋到底係乜嘢嘅味道,得人唔使估估下。整體來講,我覺得每道菜式都好有心思,製作真係夠晒認真。

牛肉非常之柔滑,入口仲好多肉汁添,連埋蛋漿一齊食,都幾滋味。

Pacific Yellowtail Crudo
呢個前菜賣相精緻,黑松露嘅味道都幾突出,啱啱上碟嘅時候都已經聞到。

Whole Three Yellow Chicken
呢隻三黃雞真係好吸引呀,外皮又薄又香脆,油脂又唔多,雞肉夠晒結實仲有肉汁,製作得非常之出色。

Acquerello Risotto
由於意大利飯用上波士頓龍蝦肉,亦都有橄欖油,飯粒唔會煮得太軟,入口非常之有口感,味道好豐富呀。

飲品方面,其實都有幾多選擇,最有心思嘅地方,係佢哋會肯飲品附近寫埋到底係乜嘢嘅味道,得人唔使估估下。

整體來講,我覺得每道菜式都好有心思,製作真係夠晒認真。

12月頭朋友帶咗我嚟呢間好有氣氛嘅餐廳慶生🤎 雖然餐廳係主打Vermouth,但我哋冇飲酒🤣前菜 Pollard Beef Tartare ($158) 入口軟嫩,酸豆更能襯托岀牛肉既鮮味。Puglia Burrata ($138)一切開已經feel到 burrata內裏非常軟滑,食落creamy,略嫌番茄有啲太生太硬🙈🍽️主菜方面嘅B&G Gnocchi ($168)就較為濃味,gnocchi質地亦冇想像中煙韌。相反地另一道Sagabuta Pork Loin ($328)整體比較清淡,一定要點醬食, 豬肉亦有少少乾🤧成餐飯最驚艷係佢地既甜品!Signature Vanilla Cheesecake ($118)味道濃郁,cheesecake 質地好creamy,入口即化🤤Manjari Chocolate Tart ($88)又係好濃朱古力味,好正🍫整體嚟講餐廳環境都幾舒服,較為casual。食物方面我個人更鍾意前菜同甜品,主菜就較為普通~

The receptionist greeted us so nicely and asked us if we would like to start with a drink at the bar or at the table. The receptionist greeted us so nicely and asked us if we would like to start with a drink at the bar or at the table. Even though the restaurant was so full, they managed to be so attentive.
We sat down on our table after a drink at the bar, my favourite was the B&R Negroni. We ordered a bottle of wine and also asked to try some vermouth, the bartender Ash came by to greet us and introduce the variety of vermouth! We loved the coffee vermouth and we also ordered so more spritzers as it's their speciality.

The food was phenomenal, great vegetarian options for my friend who is vegetarian with the ricotta ravioli being the standout dish. I also recommend the whole chicken with vermouth sauce it is their signature and must-have. The octopus carpaccio is so fresh, sliced perfectly thin and easy to eat and the beef tartar with homemade chips was so unique. 
The final dish was the signature cheesecake, you must must have this. Creamy, not dense and the strawberry sauce ontop is not too sweet, it's just perfect.

We will be back again later this week as we want to try the other dishes!!!

Great service, truly impeccable.

— A very decadent and creamy bite to start off with. The crispy vessel is filled with a perfectly seasoned bluefin tuna tartare, creamy avocado and finished with a savoury touch of black truffle caviar to elevate this dish. Really recommend trying this! It’s a nice explosion of refreshing flavours to prepare your palate for what’s to come.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 / Confit tomato, Lemon confit, Roasting Juice - $248 hkd 🐔
— Sooo delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, leaving the meat still extremely tender and juicy. Combining a mix of different herbs and spices, the marinade on this was so flavourful, and the chicken really soaked up all the aromas of this. It’s definitely got a kick to it but its a manageable level of spice that’s honestly quite addicting the more you eat it. I love the addition of the sweet lemon confit which helped balance out the rich flavours and add a bit of acidity.


Pic 3️⃣: 𝑩&𝑹 𝑮𝒏𝒐𝒄𝒄𝒉𝒊 / Handrolled, Sage, butter emulsion, asparagus - $168 hkd 🍝
— Really enjoyed the texture of the gnocchi, as it had a nice chewy to soft ratio. The butter emulsion was creamy and rich but not overly heavy. Slightly disappointed by the portion size of this though.


Pic 4️⃣: 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝑻𝒐𝒂𝒔𝒕 / passionfruit cream, brown butter ice cream - $98 hkd 🍞
— This really reminded me of the french toast at LPM and definitely a great way to end the meal. The toast was super light and fluffy on the inside but could’ve had a bit more crunch on the outside. The brown butter ice cream had a very thick texture which didn’t seem like ice cream at all to me 😅 but the taste was pretty good. Loved the acidic passionfruit cream on the side to balance out the sweetness and add a fruity dimension to it.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: Pretty good flavours overall but the portions are really small 🥲
📍Ambiance: Cute, classy interior, really reminds me of the laidback bistros and bars you see around Spain and France
⭐️Would visit again?: Maybe!

The House of Vermouth, giving you an European taste in the centre of Hong Kong.We went on an early Sunday evening, we are one of the first to arrive. The waiters are so welcoming, very nice and friendly.For small plates, we chose to share the Octopus and the Beef Tartare.The plating looks great and the taste was alright, nothing too special.For the tartare, it would be better if they can use sourdough chips (it’s just my personal preference)We also ordered the Linguine to share. We also ordered the Linguine to share. It’s more light-tasted than I imagined. The Vermouth taste can be stronger. It’s good portion for two.

But if you come to Bianco & Rosso, the one thing you must order would be the Black Angus Beef Sirloin, I’d say this is their signature and you cannot miss this.

The table sitting next to us wasn’t too satisfied with the food they ordered, and when they’re already having their dessert, this steak was served to our table and I can see their eyes rolling onto our plate


The Marsala sauce goes very well with the sirloin, the texture of the sirloin is so tender. Taste it with the caramelised garlic as well, it would bring up the taste to another level. Very good value for money. The only thing that can be improved would be the hotness of the plate, the steak gets cold pretty quickly, if the plate can be heated for a little bit longer then it would be perfect.
