Not much worth to have dinner in this Industrial center. With this cost , I can enjoy beautiful sightseeing in Many places . just invited by friend to join their gathering . not much special with the food. & for the service just so so . I prefer pay higher cost to enjoy better service & better environment & better food . But the most ridicuious is , when we finish the last course , we have to wait at least half hrs for dessert . at last i found that , we have to wait with another table at the sa

Verv Disppointed for the arrangemnet , they very hard on the Lamb chop , but unluckily , my friend don't eat lamb for 7 years , they have no 2nd choice for sudden occasion . The service is not gd & not nice as they mentioned . Even we paid HJK$1600 for dinner . No next time la !! 65 marks ................

With my friend who work in Peninsula highly recommends , far far away with highly expectation to enjoy the dinner . The food so called is fresh & ok 70 marks la ,but not much surprise ! $500 prix fixe menu 有6 個courses,平均水準高。頭盤Tian of lobster 開胃. White asparagus salad 材料新鮮,但略嫌配汁調味太濃。中點mushroom consomme 不過不失。Pasta with smoke eel 有驚喜-- 從未食過意大利鱔,味道跟中菜或日菜做法完全不同,與意大利粉配上剛好。不過,整晚的戲玉係個rack of lamb,羊肉入口即溶,廚師烤得不熟不生-- 正!最後個dessert尚算可以,沒太驚喜。建議該餐廳另覓new pastry chef.

因為有好多好評,一行六人Friday一於由柴灣office飛的過去食個grand set lunch.先來2籃子assorted breadStarter: 煙鴨胸+(唔知乜肉乾)菜沙律SoupMain course: 香煎劍魚腩或澳洲西冷牛扒dessert: 熱情果雪巴+焦糖燉旦coffee除了雪巴好酸之外,全部都好滿意.酒店水準,色香味俱全,地點雖'Nu Lung'但餐廳環境好舒服,一D都唔迫.好!

vistied there for lunch on a weekday.set lunch was priced at $130.with an apetitizer, soup, main, desert, and coffe. Well worths it.food quality is good (quite hotel's quality), persoanlly i prefer lunch from here to those in Soho! each dish is v decent.Envionment is tidy and clean, tables are fairly separately - much better than the crowded ones in Soho.the only short-coming is on those bottled water, $30 each. food quality is good (quite hotel's quality), persoanlly i prefer lunch from here to those in Soho! each dish is v decent.

Envionment is tidy and clean, tables are fairly separately - much better than the crowded ones in Soho.

the only short-coming is on those bottled water, $30 each. We 2 person went there for lunch, taking the $130 set, expecting something like $300. However, the bill was like $360 - guess coz we had 2 bottles of water.
I do understand some restaurants would get u bottled water. But considering a lunch course for $130, and charge on a $30/bottle..seems a bit too much.

Needless to mention, location-wise, it's not a v convenient place - unless you drive.

Will surely visit here again for lunch / dinner.

說回正題,因我們一早已說明唔食牛肉,而食物的內容也一早已在電話告訴了我們,所以我們上到來時,已看到一張寫上我們姓名的菜單,認真細心又難得,令我們對這間食店,一開始已有一個很好的印象。

我們點了一個6-course set dinner ($500):

1.蟹肉甜蝦西班牙喱凍湯- 新鮮的蟹肉、加上甘甜的日本甜蝦和很有咬口的龍蝦子,已經令我們非常驚喜;意大利香草醬加上凝固了的凍湯,那酸酸甜甜的味道,令我們食慾大開。
2.帶子龍蝦肉三文魚橙汁- 鮮甜的帶子,很細心的切分為三份,龍蝦和三文魚肉切粒,小心地堆砌成兩層,濃郁的橙汁味,令味道更特顯出鮮甜。
3.海鮮清湯- 海鮮湯清澈見底; 沒帶任何油膩(據說煮了六小時後再去油份),卻實在想不到,味道會如此鮮美,真係有點上腦的感覺,現在還在回味中。
4.香煎鵪鶉- 出來的賣相和鵝肝幾相似,外皮煎得香脆,肉質鮮嫩美味;澳洲BB菠菜沙律,和一般食開的菠菜完全不同,比較硬身有口感,加上香草, 陳醋和橄欖油,實在非常美味。
5.焗羊架配魚肉- 大大舊的羊架焗得到大約五六成熟,肉嫩多汁,時間控制得非常好,如再熟點,相信羊肉便會偏韌。魚皮焗得很香脆,有點像乳豬沙皮的感覺,實在從未試過,非常奇怪的感覺,但又非常美味,但可能這種魚質的問題,食起來有點點偏"鞋"的感覺。配菜也見精致,美國薯茸帶有微微的牛油味,細滑可口;意大利番茄,雖已焗了六小時候,外皮乾身但內裏依然很Juicy,番茄味比新鮮的更加香濃;美國露筍也很爽甜;日本南瓜就太乾身,味道也偏淡。
6.甜品拼盤- 沒有冰淇淋試,實在可惜;紅酒黑加倫子Sorbet放在蛋撻皮內,外皮脆,黑加倫子味濃,唔會太甜又好食;cream burlee,比較失色的一味,外脆內唔夠嫩滑,又過甜。

每端上一味菜,招呼我們的黃生也會簡單介紹一菜式,如人客有興趣,黃生更會比較詳細一點的再告知,真係非常細心。大廚Ricky,更是不停穿梭於人客當中,令每一位人客也感受到他的熱情。

店內最引人注目是這大玻璃窗,可看到廚房內的情況。

午餐有四道菜($130),餐前的麵包熱辣香脆新鮮鬆軟,點有少許鹽味的橄欖油,吃了一個半也不嫌多。前菜是雞絲沙拉,本應是辣雞絲沙拉,皮膚有毛病不能吃辣,侍應請示廚部後改為不辣。醬汁拌得很均勻,每片菜葉都沾上油醋醬汁,清新開胃。雞絲一般,反而蔬菜很鮮味,蕃茄很甜,冬菇以蒜片略炒過很香。

餐湯蕃茄清湯,酸酸的,有很香的蕃茄味。

主菜可二選一,羊排或劍魚排,我不吃羊所以選魚。魚排煎得皮脆內嫩,保留豐富的肉汁,雖只以簡單的鹽和胡椒調味,但我覺得這原來的味道比蘸伴碟的香草蕃茄醬更好吃。即使是伴碟的甜椒和焗薯也絕不馬虎,特別是焗薯,少許香辣(邊吃邊怕皮膚發紅發熱)十分惹味。

甜點是椰子冰淇淋和好立克奶凍。其實我一向不愛吃椰子味的食物,但這冰淇淋奶味不濃不會膩,和生果粒也相配。好立克奶凍很香滑,不太甜,份量剛好。

侍應保持水準,食物上檯的時間拿握得好,不會令客人久等,也不會怱忙。對客人適度的介紹端上的菜式,經理Andy 也會和每一檯傾談問好。此店沒有dress code (今天穿得像個黃面婆也沒遭人白眼)。

買單$176 (每檯會奉上一瓶mineral water 承惠$30元)。

上星期一睇完Jamie Oliver參加左Hogarrden o既遊戲, 有幸抽中, 免費係Le Mieum Bistro食dinner.食物一流, 兩個頭盤既帶子三文魚好鮮甜, 最欣賞係連配菜也很講究, 如蕃茄要以低溫焗數小時來帶出甜味, 洋蔥用紅油浸煮.而大廚Ricky亦很健談, 樂意同大家分享煮野心得, 看得出佢\對食物既熱誠同投入.

係到食過一次lunch, 佢地有2個lunch set供選擇, 都係under $150, 算是抵, 而且仲食到好飽下tim.餐飽已有好幾款, 餐湯及dessert也不錯, 上菜速度快,waitress都好nice, 不時照顧你所需.食個時有時都會同你介紹一下d野食有咩特別呀o甘,而食完之後他們亦都會問一問comment, 感覺幾好.

This is the best Fusion "C Fong" restaurant undoubtedly!! We spent a happy and satisfied birthday night there.

The restaurant serves open menu, which means they'll confirm you the dishes when you make reservation.

We enjoyed 6 courses set with HKD500+ per head, the 1st appetiser with oyster & snail, so fresh and juicy.
the 2nd cold dish with 4 different kinds of fresh and delicious sashimi - sword fish belly, uni, tiny lobster and scallop.
the 3rd dish comes with tomato soup but a bit salty however their home made bread is unbeatable, we couldnt stop to finish 2 basket of it despite we realise we have to leave space for the main courses.
the 4th course is their famous foie gras (groose liver), crispy skin with soften and tastey inside, you wont feel oily when mix with their sweet & sour sauce.
the main course with tenderloin and lamp rack. so tender, juicy and yummy.
finally comes with homemade Passionate Fruit ice-cream with champagne jelly & chocolate walnut cake. We couldnt finish all cos we were too full.

Overall, highly recommanded!!!! the set is worth as they charge but dont take too much bread although they are extremely good.

Last but not least, the shop manager Andy is nice, talkative and accommodating. His recommendation of both Red and White wine is trustable. At least shoot our taste.

由朋友介紹,地方容易找到,有露天停車場,私房菜來講,地方裝修不錯,頭盤的海鮮新鮮,伴汁好match,黑菌湯味濃郁,香煎鱸魚不錯,Lamb Chop好嫩滑,肉汁鎖住,Good!!甜品ok~~ 值得一試~~VIP房用來開Party不錯~~~

I tried the best chocolate pudding in Le Meiux Bistro. Other dishes could maintain the standard of Scala but the price was much cheaper. The duck liver and lamb chop were very good. Really a cosy restaurant for gathering!
