跟男友剛開始時,有天下午去茶。家,兩件蛋糕兩杯野飲,談個天南地北,一坐就坐了幾小時。回想起,那時候,甚麼都很簡單,被甜蜜籠罩,臉上總是掛著不經意的笑容。星期六的下午,沿著樓梯街一直往上走,想重溫一下令人懷念的感覺。這次選的是西式的Nosh。很開揚,吹著秋風,享受懶洋洋的週末,都幾舒服。店內不大,坐無虛席,等位的時候,店員送上餐牌。吃過午飯的我倆,最後在櫥櫃選了兩件甜點。Apple tarte tartin上面的忌廉很light,灑上香濃的肉桂粉。蘋果很爽口,好像有點酒味,難道用rum醃過?底層的撻很鬆脆,帶濃濃的牛油味。整體不錯,不太甜,多重口感。Lemon tart賣相可愛,不喜歡檸檬甜品也即管一試。meringue打得很輕盈,很重蛋白味又過甜,幾好食。檸檬慕絲很清新,最中心的一層帶微微酸,比慕絲實一點,而且很冰涼,也是自然的檸檬味。tart則是普通shortbread似的。打破了我對檸檬甜點的厭惡,幾fresh幾好食。兩件都不錯,但味道上未有太大驚喜。雖然環境幾舒服,但枱與枱之間很近,要出入也不容易,清楚聽到隔離枱的對話。找不到想要的感覺,也想不通原因是甚麼,但life must

吃過午飯的我倆,最後在櫥櫃選了兩件甜點。
Apple tarte tartin
上面的忌廉很light,灑上香濃的肉桂粉。蘋果很爽口,好像有點酒味,難道用rum醃過?底層的撻很鬆脆,帶濃濃的牛油味。整體不錯,不太甜,多重口感。

Lemon tart
賣相可愛,不喜歡檸檬甜品也即管一試。meringue打得很輕盈,很重蛋白味又過甜,幾好食。檸檬慕絲很清新,最中心的一層帶微微酸,比慕絲實一點,而且很冰涼,也是自然的檸檬味。tart則是普通shortbread似的。打破了我對檸檬甜點的厭惡,幾fresh幾好食。

兩件都不錯,但味道上未有太大驚喜。雖然環境幾舒服,但枱與枱之間很近,要出入也不容易,清楚聽到隔離枱的對話。找不到想要的感覺,也想不通原因是甚麼,但life must carry on,還是向前看,往前走。

事隔不到一星期又從遊舊地,無它對於上次蛋糕實在回味非常所以跟食友從一街之隔的pizza店午餐後,便决意再戰甜魔..跟上次一様也是一位難求,乖乖的呆企等侯、大約十五分鐘才見有客人離坐我們一心專攻甜品,所以餐牌亦只是略看一眼、便轉戰甜品玻璃柜內..apple tarte tatin,魔鬼身型早已吸引在入門一刻之全視線漂亮之身驅,蘋果應做上紅酒浸浴、但味道上就不過於烈強、肥肥上身危危地坐在酥皮撻上,雖然沒有被浸稔、但入口已再尋找不到鬆化感面層一個花花忌廉,輕輕灑上肉桂粉、是簡潔而又有味道裝修個人欣賞它之外表多一點..反而友人一心想試之lemon tart,卻是內外兼備的可人兒蛋白霜用火槍燒得漂漂亮,入口軟棉棉甜甜香底層加入了杏仁粉做之撻皮,口感至少沒有那麼大罪惡感但又不少於牛油香之魅力濃郁之內層檸檬酸mousse,更將兩者混合一體、比前者更合個人心意值得推介把酒暢談不是下午特大愛好,而且食友不愛杯中物叫來Flat white與 latte,邊飲邊傾、一如上次到來咖啡沒有過於燙嘴入口順喉,一切就是這麼順理成章、懶懶閒的我繼續上回在pizza店內之滔滔不絕最後原來我遺忘了給拉花咖啡拍個玉照,幸好

小小的區域, 早藏身了打著慢活旗號的咖啡茶館, 讓人真正喘息下來。 路面不闊, 人流不多, 途中更巧遇數隻小狗, 長得精靈趣緻, 臉上不自覺露出笑意。

NOSH躲在轉角處, 黑與白的用色鮮明, 簡約不失摩登, 地方偏細小, 店內近一半的空間都分給前檯和廚房, 位子距離無疑較貼, 兩排的樣子, 略為局促。

個人反而欣賞很喜歡面靠街路的那張窄長木製吧檯, 懶洋洋地閒著
, 開揚且吸收清新的空氣, 坐在高腳椅上, 隨心閒聊, 伴著醉人的美食, 心裡自然更甜啦!

聞得小店的來頭不輕, 店主挾著藍帶女廚之名, 滿腦子想頭, 看似平凡大路的食材, 經她們的巧手創製之下, 爆發力驚人, 配搭多多, 帶出意想不到的風味來。

到步時剛好是下午茶的黃金時段, 落得全滿之局, 還好有客人正準備離座
, 四處拍拍看, 駐足在甜點櫃前呆望, 沒多等已可安排入座了。 外藉的侍者親切有禮, 主動遞上餐牌和斟水, 慢慢參詳吧!

雖說是衝著法式蛋糕而來, 但也不忘八卦一下主餐點, 週六日的brunch set, 供應時間為12:00pm-3:00pm, 陣容蠻強, 肉感不太重, 反而喜用各路的素菜, 田園風味濃
, 搭上自家製的酸種麵包, 誠意分數又拉高了。 價位介乎$80-140不等, 不太平易近人, 但組合在坊間鮮見, 非一式一樣的面孔, 多少也會有所憧憬。

時侯不早了, 滿擔心儀的餅款會賣光, 而事實上款式確寮寮可數, 不太夠震撼力呢!
四款各具美態, 樣子清純, 沒抹上庸妝, mille feuillle, lemon tart, apple tarte tatin, cara choco, 都是典型的法式口味。

酒香扮演著重要的角色, 醇厚卻沒過份搶風頭, 甘苦味十分輕, 將果香襯出, 伴以小球的甜忌廉, 柔滑重奶香, 飾以小葉子更為可愛。

朋友仔屬意的lemon tart檸檬撻($52)同樣迷人, 塔上的蛋白霜既白且滑, 成尖塔般高高的, 看來挺身沒半點融化出水的感覺, 外層輕燒至微燶
, 很有火焰雪山的影子。

撻皮厚薄得宜, 咔嚓之聲反此起彼落, 挺實中見出層次, 略為實身卻帶點鬆化, 貼近法式做法, 混入杏仁粉之故, 像咬到些小顆粒, 牛油鹹香不絕

兩位咖啡迷聚頭, 自然要來杯拉花咖啡才夠盡情, 伴著蛋糕, 襯出意境。 Latte($39/大)本是我的心水, 平常不是選它, 便是泡沫, 但偏偏這天卻將之捨棄, 落入你口中就是啦!

成品蠻大杯, 滿得貼近杯口, 還是常見的花花圖案, 白瓷杯有點墜手, 店家喜歡用單色系的器具, 純白沒多花巧, 追求樸實。 看油脂分佈細緻

這次輪到我選喝flat white($39/大), 習慣不加糖直接享用, 因奶的含量夠將甘澀中和。 奶泡相對地薄身, 偏稀, 溫度未算高至燙咀, 濃縮咖啡早跟鮮奶混合, 完全相融
, 豆香不遜, 集堅果香和微酸於一身, 層次不單一, 綿密順滑的質感令人開懷, 沒生半點澀味。

帶著好心情離去, 同時甜胃該也感到滿意, 雖說定位較高, 以這次來說, 差不多百元的人均消費
, 但可以說句, 是吃出心機來, 見人家的早午餐同樣吸引, 骨子且豐富, 未知會否發掘到另一種滋味?

其實能抽空一會兒, 跳出庸碌的框框, 掌握緩慢的節奏, 輕輕鬆鬆度過個多兩小時, 不算一件很奢侈的事吧!

This place is always busy and I can guess why. Their coffee is one of the best in town. And the staff are always friendly. It's a rainy day and we sit there for 4hrs, and they never meant to kick us out although the table could probably have made more money had they arranged it for other people who'd order food rather than us having rounds of smoothies, coffee and chocolate.Many people ordered brunch and the gals next to us kept saying the mushroom is delish. Many people ordered brunch and the gals next to us kept saying the mushroom is delish. And then some next to us took loads of selfie with the cute coffee art. Gosh! 

Anyway I had tuna sandwich. The bread was fresh and toasted, lettuce and veggie fresh as so as tuna. For 50 bucks I think it's very good cake for money. The banana/orange/passion fruit seems to be a weird combo but it's very nice and refreshing - and filling too. Coz we sit for ever due to the rain we also ordered a chocolate after a smooth latte so us not to overload with caffeine. It's very sweet - too cute but really liked their milk which is always silly smooth.

Again the subtle, causal friendliness and simple down to earth approach to its recipes is what appeal to be. And again coffee is indeed quite good, tho more on the light side. I'd opt for this place for a casual catch up with friends.

出走的一天是愉快的一天,感激黑麻麻的天空、沒有跟着我身後倒出大雨吃過山下Crossover外佬拉麵,身子一路往儲存多時Nosh走..走過兩、三次之上環,差館上街已絕不難到我街角初現,Nosh就已搬在腳前餐廳已半開放形式,有室外當然亦有室內用餐區但就較悶焗一點,無法戶外區位置有限、唯有留守室內 眼看店子已輕食為首行,法式三文治、沙律、蛋糕等都有選擇但午市時段剛過,蛋糕已變得所餘無幾、閃過眼前就正正被所謂(新推)之Cara choco$49.所吸引...臨走怱忙下忘記丞諾買一件brownie給自己帶回家 面上裝飾沒有太花巧,少少一個焦糖拉花跟上新鮮紅桑子及忌廉但放上玻璃柜上之平切面一早已為之動心..面層用上海鹽做上焦糖mousse,味道第一口已盡顯分明、夾雜上兩片細細蛋糕片入內較底是用上黑朱古力浸入rum酒,濃郁下微滲出rum酒之薄薄苦味味蕾一層被一層填滿,腦袋直送、每一份都十分滋味(最抵讚是每一口味道都清晣分明,餅師功不可抹) 中層莫忘記還巧妙地加上平日裝飾在Cupcake上朱古力珠珠口感上頓時更添多一份層次有好食蛋糕那又會缺少一杯咖啡在手?店員舉舉雙杯,大小始終有別、喚來一杯大

雖然在咖啡師震騰騰下,拉花已微微消失在杯子內
但溫度,氣味是我近日最好的..

咖啡坦率性格,溫度不會過熱、一灌入喉,香郁順暢,
不用深究是何等咖啡..
又與哪國混種,總之第一個感覺永遠是最真

To start with, I ordered the Nosh Brunch. Two poached eggs on homemade sourdough - eggs were done right with a beautiful orange runny center. The cream coloured sauce was apparently "spicy harrisa yohurt". Albeit in a "cream" colour, it was not creamy enough.. I found it watery, uninspiring and bland.
Homemade sourdough was a bit soggy, and it does not make much of an impression. Moving swiftly to the better components of the brunch plate. The german sausage was nicely roasted which gave it this irresistable crispy bite. Plump and delicious
, there were nice gentle hints of herbs. This was one very good sausage (both look wise and taste wise haha
)! Complimenting by the side, roasted vine tomatoes - fresh, sweet and juicy; they acted as the perfect balance to the savoury sausage. Grilled portebello mushroom was nice with a firm, meaty texture and delicate flavor. I loved the potato bits which were well-marinated with crispy edges. I could not stop feeding myself with more, then a few more - addictive bites.

The Apple Tarte Tatin is itself a beautiful piece of artwork - a tower of puff pastry, cream, apple and more cream. It took me courage (and pain) to stick my folk into (and destroy) this beautiful pastry
, but it became clear immediately that it was the right move to make. Most people may see (and indeed justifiably) the apple piece as the centrepiece and focal point. For me, the pastry base got my immediate attention as I tasted. The base was buttery and puffy, though I think there is still room for it to be even lighter and more airy. The cream was smooth and rich with nice vanilla aroma, it paired perfectly with the buttery pastry base and the caramelised apple piece
. For the apple piece - I was pleased to savour a nice balance of fruitness, caramel and rum. It was nicely done, not too sweet, not too tart - it was just right. This is a nice pick for those who dislike desserts which are overpoweringly sweet.

Finally, the Lemon Meringue Tart. In my younger day, I very much had a sweet tooth. Don't get me wrong, I still have my cravings but as the years went by, I have developed a more "adveturous" palate for desserts. I am not sure whether it is the excitement or freshness which draws me to it, but I have grown to love the "lemony sour" taste
. This Lemon Meringue Tart had an appealing and adorable presentation with a generous golden moutain of meringue.

Three elements of lemon here
 - lemon mousse, lemon curd and the meringue which also surprisingly displayed a hint of zestiness (was I hallucinating?
).
The lemon mousse was full of refreshing citrus flavours and had a distinct mouthfeel - it felt more like lemon gelato rather than the regular airy mousse one would expect. The blob of lemon curd was the bomb which was bursting with tangy lemon and lime with a kick of gingery spice. The meringue acted as a creamy and milky coat over each zest-explosive mouthful. I really enjoyed this!!

To end, I had my usual skinny flat white.

I took a deep breath and looked out of Nosh up into the beautiful blue sky. I did not give up writing and sharing here over the past months. I was away from Hong Kong for work, in a city where such a blue sky is one rare sight.
Now that I am back, under this same blue sky, you will be seeing more of my ramblings... And I start with this piece about this cafe under this same blue sky.

餐廳分別設有Weekday及Weekend餐牌,周六及周日之Brunch Menu款式簡單,主要是沙律、三文治、牛奶麥皮、香菇套餐……價錢由$45至$140不等,供應時間從早上十時到下午三時。想吃得滿足一點?不妨考慮多付$25或$35,加添香腸、煙肉、薯仔、焗豆等Side Orders。 

小店當然亦有提供各式飲品,酒類、咖啡、沙冰、果汁、熱茶、汽水通通不缺,就以大家通常落單的咖啡為例,細杯約售$23至$36,大杯則為$28至$39,訂價比起同區食肆來得親民。

雖然事前一晚盡情吃喝仍覺飽滯,當眼睛接觸到黑板的餐單時,饞嘴性格又不能自控地發作,忍不住先柯打一客Daily Sandwich Special ($50)。

Pulled Pork with Tomato and Pesto Mayo是今日饀料,單看外表還以為份量不多,揭開麵包即見澎湃的內涵。廚師已主動把三文治切開,細微之處盡顯貼心服務。

店家採用小妹又愛又恨的長法包,表面色澤金黃煞是誘人。從橫切面看到麵包密度很高,氣孔大大小小形狀各異,一咬,「咔嚓」之聲立即響起,香脆程度單用耳朵已能感受得到。難得是麵包中心依然鬆軟,沒有乾涸死硬的情況,用心嘴嚼更會發覺陣陣麵粉香。

Pulled Pork (手撕肉鬆)製法費時花心思,首先要把豬肉低溫慢煮,使其組織變得極之腍化,然後逐小逐小撕成碎條,再混入各種調味香料,差點耐性也不能成事。今次吃到的肉鬆柔軟無渣、入口即化,並出奇地沒有豬腥的惡味,小店出品實在令人刮目相看。

三文治亦加入數片蕃茄生菜,用來平衡手撕肉鬆適合不過。蔬菜青蔥翠綠爽脆清新,蕃茄酸酸甜甜甚是可口,只需拌入少許黑醋已夠開胃。

不喝奶茶咖啡的我只能點杯Hot Chocolate ($35),店員端來時心裹頓時發出微笑,深褐色的朱古力海洋中心,泛著一朵漂亮的心形拉花,旁邊則浮起細細粒可可粉。撇開味道不談,單單與眼前的「模特兒」擺擺甫士、拍拍照片,已夠樂上半句鐘了,就是這樣已值回票價。

熱朱古力溫度恰到好處,毋須放涼即能入口,質感順滑非常舒喉。個人認為甜度稍高一點,若可可味再添濃郁,則更加貼合心意。

環顧四周幾枱外籍人客,不約而同吃著Euro Brunch ($125) ,我們也有樣學樣點上一份,幻想自己身處在歐洲小店,呼吸著外國的清新空氣,享用當地之經典早餐。

這個brunch的配搭非常豐富,原先餐牌寫著scrambled eggs (炒蛋),多口一問能否轉為poached egg (水煮蛋),親切的店員也欣然答應。另外還有鬆餅、煙肉、蕃茄、生菜等,的確很有Euro風情!外國早餐通常份量驚人,而且醃製肉類又大堆頭,但眼前這個蔬菜較多,不會未吃已覺得膩滯。

煮製剛熟的水煮蛋並不容易,時間必須拿揑準繩,小店則能夠做到這點。用叉輕輕一按雞蛋,橙黃蛋漿洶湧而出,緩緩地在鬆餅上流動,蛋味濃郁芬芳、質感柔滑如絲,那份滋味實在妙不可言。下層的英式鬆餅絕不過乾,它外邊位置烘得脆身,而中心部份則不失鬆軟,並帶少少煙韌感覺。

兩片煙肉也是奪人芳心之作,首要條件是沒有炸至乾硬,邊位香脆、脂肪豐腴、肉質柔韌,並泛著陣陣鹹香。蕃茄生菜都十分新鮮,拌著芝士絲同吃更添美味。

Latte ($39/Large)是老友的心水選擇,觀其色澤不深沒有粗糙氣孔,面頭則泛著另一款拉花圖案,讓客人有種新鮮的感覺。對方喝了一口即露出滿意表情,嘆謂:「好飲!」據說拿鐵的溫度剛剛好,而淡奶和咖啡的比例取得平衡,遠遠也嗅到其芳馥的幽香。

透過玻璃窗望向長空,那管只是短短個多小時,便經歷了風雲驟變,天色時而晴朗、時而陰暗、時而刮風、時而暴雨。坐在斗室之內,突然有種置身事外的感覺,心情異常地平靜踏實,因為總相信雷電過後,便是陽光充沛的早上。

頓時領悟人生不免起跌,有時毋須過份執著、耿耿於懷,只要抱著旁觀的態度,靜待時間慢慢流轉,事情就會出現曙光。今天,不但吃了美味的早餐,更加上了寶貴的一課。

週末早上乘車到上環隨心逛逛,來到了一家開揚小店。從遠方的樓梯已看到店子別具風格的設計,很是吸引! 踏進店內,大部分食客都是西方人,感覺有點身在異鄉呢! 餐牌有不少選擇提供,而我選了輕盈的乳酪早餐,再散點一杯Latte。乳酪和水果都分別用碗盛著,好讓客人隨心地吃! 水果都很新鮮,有草莓、藍莓和菠蘿,都是充滿水份的健康食材! 乳酪也很不錯,只是份量太少,最後要白白吃下水果!水準不錯,奶泡綿密,入口香滑,拉花漂亮有心思。這裡環境實在不錯,但等候的人好像越來越多,我也只好趕快結帳,繼續深訪上環區!

Lot of restaurants try to make themselves stand out from the surroundings so that they can attract more attention & customers. But it may not be true for old districts. Old districts are full of memories & beautiful things. If something too unexpectedly appeared, it will definitely rude to the harmony of the whole area. Nosh is definitely a western restaurant but it filled up the environment nicely. Also it included the surroundings as part of the restaurant. This can be seen in the mural inside

Of course, no matter how good it is decorated, as a restaurant, the food must be attractive. I ordered the simple lunch with smoked salmon salad and eggplant sausage sandwich.

The salad is up to standard. Vegetable is fresh & the vinegar dressing is good. The bread is homemade & you can feel it is fresh. The fried eggplant is unexpectedly delicious as an ingredient of sandwiches. Although only few pieces of sausage in it, it is already enough.

Both the decoration and the food are simple, but they are nice & elegant. It also integrated to the environment around the resturant. Harmonic!
題外話/補充資料: The main entrance is a sliding door which cannot close automatically, cool air escaped & the restaurant became humid and warm easily. If it is an automatic door or the waiters close the door more frequently, that’s help.

今天友人約在太平山街食BRUNCH,這區的咖啡店快開快結,似乎還未有一些長期駐守的餐廳,說實在對這裡的餐廳印象模糊,好在有友人帶路。中午來到已經滿座,店員有禮貌地叫我們等一下,反正我們也不趕,正好逛逛太平山街的小店。大約20分鐘後店員讓我們三人坐二人枱,也沒所謂,坐親近一點就可以。可想而知店裡也很忙。點了Nosh Brunch、Euro Brunch和Spicy Crab Cake。也許因為某種香料,這裡的食物有一種中東的味道,喜不喜歡見仁見智,但至少令這裡與其他地方的brunch有所不同吧。等位時看見甜品櫃裡的甜品很吸引,但主菜分量很夠,吃完已經飽了。印象中有個樣子頗特別的蘋果撻,下次可以來飲咖啡試甜點。

本人不單熱愛咖啡,還很喜歡到不同的coffee shop享受一下飲咖啡的時光。上環一單其實有很多很棒的咖啡店,我選了很久才決定了這一間,好這一間沒有令我失望,因為不論環境,食物,飲品也得好好。我們剛走進這一間店,已經有很多人了,我們只好坐不是窗口位,後來看見窗口那邊有人走了才去,原來那裡是沒有窗口的,是真真實實可以對住街飲咖啡我們點了latte and cappuccino,友人又點了主食腸和薯容,是英國非常出名的主食,但我忘了英文是什麼。這個要$80,雖然價錢的確貴了點,對於不lunch來說,不過在這種咖啡店,價錢也是差不多的了。味道也不錯,不會太鹹,又不會煎的太油的腸,腸有可能是他們自家製,因為味道也很特別。Latte and cappuccino也不錯,我們不小心點了大杯的要$40,怕喝不完而且又貴一點,大部會職員也是外國人,好像只有沖咖啡的那位是香港人。我本人認為咖啡沖得不錯,奶也打得剛好,不過咖啡味如果可以濃一點便好。拉花雖然是難度低的心,但也教我滿足了,可能是因為個景吧,對住街,有種像去了外國一般的感覺。

Nosh is a new brunch place I found located over the corner at Upper Station street. The brunch menu is not extensive but has enough choices to pick from. All ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is great and the staffs are attentive. It was our first time brunching here but we already love it here.The restaurant is not too tiny and is bigger than I thought. The restaurant is not too tiny and is bigger than I thought. It could sit around 25 people at one time. Do expect quite a queue over the weekend. Don't worry too much though, as they distribute waiting tickets for all guests. However do stand next to the restaurant and wait as the waiters tend to allocate seats to whoever is there.

Euro Brunch - HKD120
I picked the Euro Brunch as it includes loads of stuffs that I like including scrambled eggs, roasted tomatoes and bacon. The scramble eggs at Nosh had a lovely orangy sunset colour with a smooth texture and was quite eggy in flavour. It was not too heavily seasoned, so you might add a little bit of salt and pepper to it. My sourdough under the scramble egg was perfectly toasted to give a great crunchy rim and soft inner. The bacon was steaky and savoury. Roasted tomatoes were divine, they were sweet and juicy. The Manchego salad was quite nice and was fully loaded with Manchego cheese cubes as you can see from the photo below.

Nosh Brunch - HKD140
Runny egg lover's choice at Nosh, the Nosh brunch featured two sunny over easy egg on a sourdough. The egg yolk had the most beautiful orangy colour and was creamy and sweet! The sourdough was not as great as the Euro Brunch, here it was all soft and soggy. The German sausages were one of the best I had on an all day breakfast plate, the skin was crispy and the fillings was savoury and meaty. Grilled portobello mushroom was juicy and the potatoes were great after lightly salted (manually of course). Generally a good brunch dish.

Side - Baked Beans - HKD25
I am a BIG beans lovers. I love all kinds of beans and baked beans are definitely one of the best. The baked beans at Nosh was not just Heinz beans from the can, it was mixed with a homemade sauce which was thin and spicy. I actually like baked beans in thick sauce, so I was not too satisfy with this one.

Latte (Large) - HKD34
Latte was smooth and creamy here. As I ordered latte I could not really taste much the coffee characters except the fullness from milk. Next time espresso it is.

Lemon Pound Cake - HKD15
Lemon Pound Cake is one of my favourites, so I was elated to see it on the cake stand when I passed by the cashier. The lemon pound cake here was moist, rich and creamy with a sweet and sour note from the top crusted lemon sugar coating. Yummmmmmm!!!!!!

上星期興致勃勃,一時心來潮血想吃brunch, 友人就向我推介這間餐廳,原本我還打算12 時才到達餐廳(難得假日,當然想多睡一會~)但友人聽聞那裡的食物賣得很快,她曾有朋友表示12時來到已有很多食物賣光光?!一聽到此,我跟友人便打算10:30相約,一起享用期待已久的brunch!!!果然,餐廳在10:30已是人頭湧湧,由於餐廳不大,只有15~20個位置,早已坐滿客人。幸好,我們不用等位,最後2張吉椅很快就被我們霸佔,haha 但由於餐廳的位置有限,坐位非常擠迫,我不太enjoy這様的用膳環境登登登登,這便是我們的brunchoatmeal加了乾果和蜜糖,這種食法比較特别,因我在家只是吃過中式加糖的那種,下次在家可以自己烹調,做法不難~spicy crab cake 只有3個crab cake, 份量較少, 我覺得我一人已可以食2 dishes.....至於味道,我覺得一般,越食越spicy....crab cake 内加了一些香草,除了辣,還有一種奇特的香草味,但個人覺得這種香草的味道很奇怪,不太欣赏...值得欣赏的是,招待我們的鬼佬waiter很友善, 食物雖一般,但殷勤的服務態度

oatmeal加了乾果和蜜糖,這種食法比較特别,因我在家只是吃過中式加糖的那種,下次在家可以自己烹調,做法不難~

spicy crab cake 只有3個crab cake, 份量較少, 我覺得我一人已可以食2 dishes.....
至於味道,我覺得一般,越食越spicy....
crab cake 内加了一些香草,除了辣,還有一種奇特的香草味,但個人覺得這種香草的味道很奇怪,不太欣赏...

值得欣赏的是,招待我們的鬼佬waiter很友善, 食物雖一般,但殷勤的服務態度令我們對餐廳加分
