I usually dont bother with reviews, but my nasty experience in this restaurant prompted me to open an account just to give it a bad review.I called the restaurant earlier asking what time was their last order (not closing time) and the waitress told me 10:30. Knowing that, our party popped in at 10:15 and was still greeted by a very reluctant waiter. Being very aware of the fact that we probably delayed their getting off time, we made sure we were very polite, saying please and thankyous for every dish served and for every request.
Food was alright. However, the whole dinner was tense and stressful. The waiters and waitresses were rude. We paid $300+ for dinner and felt that we had to choke down our chicken and steak while enduring their nasty glares.
I understand waiters/resses want to go home, but if the official last order time is 10:30 as they said, they should still be professional with later customers.
Food was decent, but with that kind of atmosphere, you wouldnt enjoy the food anyways. Set dinner steak was alright, set dinner african chicken was cooked inconsistently and was dry in parts.
I wouldnt recommend this restuarant for the money paid.
OH and this isnt the only experience with the restaurant. The other time when I couldnt finish my main with salad, potatoes, and some meat leftover they insisted to pack it for us. When I got home only the meat was in the box. They threw out the salad and potatoes on the plate even though they're food!
Horrible service!
