It was an usual Thursdsy. after I picked up my girlfriend and we walked along Central. I smell Deep Fried stuff around the corner, and we poped in Shake 'Em Buns.large choices of burgers with well explaination and many side dishes to choose. We wait for 5 mins for seats for two. Juicy burgers and crispy oilon rings, home comfort food=)

港。享受～美式Hamburger店。Shake'em Buns 昨晚，與他一起到了中環的Shake'em Buns，說好了要去食ｎ次，這晚終於如願以償！我要了"Cushin' for the Pushin' " ,Burger非常好吃~~飽暖肉嫰~~very juicy~他要了"Cheese burger with egg" 加了蛋的cheeseburger 更加好吃~!!!!!另外, 我們也點了Chilli Cheese Fries,味道不錯,有點spicy,cheese又不太膩,但當然不及美國好吃~!!! 飲品我要了"Creamy Choco Love"是一杯有Chocolate、peanut butter及vanila ice-cream的milkshake,一句講晒~~肥到冇朋友~~但是好好喝~!!!!而他點了"Cali Sunshine"一杯strawberries and orange sherbet 及banana & orange juice的smoothies,他應該嘗試以一杯較健康的飲品,去compensate 這個晚餐在他身上加厚了的「肥」!!!!

周末的時候，我很喜歡流連中上環，只因這地方實在有很多特別的小舖等著我發掘，今天與朋友亂打亂撞下進入了這間專賣漢堡的小店，卻令我有意外的收穫。Frying Nemo 香脆摩魚不得不說這間漢堡店賣的漢堡的名字都非常特別，有些漢堡叫<<傳教士>>、<<Phat Chiok 肥妹>>等，而我們點的漢堡叫<<Frying Nemo 香脆摩魚>>這款漢堡是用脆魚柳配上祕製的他他醬及椰菜沙律而製作成的。老實說，我蠻怕吃太煎炸的食物，但我的好友想吃，我也只好捨命陪君子了。這個漢堡沒有我想像中的油膩，炸的時間拿捏準確，外脆內軟的，而且麪包有輕微烘過，所以很鬆軟。在麪包與炸魚柳中間夾著清新的沙律，易入口之餘也減少了魚柳的油膩，非常好吃。如果購買漢堡餐，跟餐配送一罐汽水及一份著條，這種用著仔做的粗著條是我的最愛，真材實料，基本上沒有什麼可挑剔了。Juicy Poppies 親親抱爆另外友人還點了一個 Juicy Poppies，中文是親親抱爆，其實就是香炸爆谷雞粒，將雞粒切成爆谷差不多的大小，再加黑椒一起炸，雞粒

近來在下開始多了在漢堡包店出沒，不是漢堡包，就是熱狗或特色三文治，也豐富了在下於這方面的經驗。今次卻因為被團購吸引，加上了做了一點功課，就決定一試這間漢堡包店。之前兩次的團購經驗，令在下中伏，不是將價就貨，就是真的不好吃。今次卻做了功課才下決定呢！今天見仍是假期，所以特意到來。這漢堡包店也較為隱閉，在路口的一幢大廈裡的一角，從門外窺看店內情況，就感覺上是一間較舊的店子，似乎很久沒有裝修過，店裡坐位猶如一般酒吧無異，而且廚房是開放式的，可以見到廚師製作漢堡包的情況。老實說，在下是有點其衛生問題，可是進入店舖，卻又不覺得呢，只是店子開著微弱的冷氣，有點熱度而言。從餐單中不少款式，甚麼辣妹墨西哥甚麼名字，在下也不知道名字的來由，最後還是點了墨西哥風情，看看它是甚麼的漢堡包。在下另加廿多個大洋，變成一個 combo 。South of the Border（墨西哥風情）裡的漢堡牛肉，不是經常吃到的漢堡，似乎是用人手將漢堡牛肉打成的，份量也不少，約有一吋厚，而且有點大過麵包。裡內有酸奶油，牛油果醬及墨西哥蕃茄。漢堡牛肉都幾鮮嫰又不韌，而醬汁則較豐富，但仍保留一點肉汁。薯條是在下喜愛的粗薯條，炸得

經同事介紹，來到這間不是很顯眼的漢堡包店。內裡裝修很西化，座位不多，有個開放式的廚房。點了較平實的Cushin' and Pushin'，其實即是芝士漢堡。因是即叫即製，因此感覺很新鮮。熱黱黱的包及薯條令人食欲大增，更可以看著芝士慢慢的融化。最令人動心的就是那塊漢堡扒，差不多一吋厚，牛味夠鮮，又夠嫩滑。可以看到中心的部份有點紅，証明火侯控制得不錯。

中環，高級寫字樓林立，高薪白領及高級公務員在這區上班，自自然然有高消費的餐廳。不過高消費未必等於高質素，正如最近上市的港式茶餐廳，食物質素比出名前跌了不少；又例如在中環一些裝修美輪美奐的高級餐廳，食物質素可能只是比大型連鎖餐廳好一點。所以在租金高昂的中環，能夠生存數年的餐廳，必然有其成功之道，方能吸引對食物要求甚高的香港高薪一族。在蘇豪區，正正有一家漢堡包在競爭激烈的環境下生存了六年多。位於威靈頓街的Shake'em Buns，店子細細，內裡大約只能坐二十人左右。上星期日，筆者與老婆前往用膳，可能是假日關係，店內顧客不多，我們可坐下好好享受這裡的漢堡包。Shake'em Buns是開放式廚房，店員是外籍人士，落單要用英語。加上店舖裝修甚為美式，令人感覺到了美國小鎮一般。此店另一吸引之處可說是街景。坐在窗口站，一邊食漢堡包，一邊欣賞蘇豪區街道，真是十分寫意。說到重點，當然是漢堡包。筆者在沒有團購優惠下，買了兩個套餐，其中一個換了奶昔及炸洋蔥圈，花費共二百二十多元，價錢絕不便宜。不過一份錢一份貨，這裡的漢堡包遠比Burger King、Mos Burger優勝，當然請不要拿麥當勞來比較。只

下晝一點去到，點知要等左十分鐘先有位 叫左 Hawaiian Surfer Girl with Fries Combo (Burger＋薯條＋ 1 can of Coke Zero) $88不過有團購之後扣左 $60 (個團購用左$30買) , 要補 $28個 burger 好大個，仲有 2 pieces of bacon塊菠蘿同牛肉都好厚好juicy幾好食，不過我覺得偏貴Burger + Fries + Soft drinks 咁就差唔多 $100 <Total $88, despite 我實際比左 $30 + $28 = $58>得閒有閒錢食下都 ok
