第一次試呢間餐廳既All day breakfast 一送餐 就哇左一聲 因為好大份食物唔算好出色 好好食漢堡排偏乾 小油小汁但整體上都幾抵食同唔係差 個人中意食焗薯178兩個人食 好好好抵呢

Felt so stupid for coming to this place because even for drunk food/munchies, the food here is way too terrible.Overcooked eggs in an egg benedict has to be one of the worst nightmares. The salad was not fresh and the sauce was way too sour. And don’t even get me started on the ‘soup’...The eggs benedict was served warm, and the eggs were so cooked that no egg yolk was flowing when cut. 當初因爲友人推介呢間24小時營業的餐廳 中環 灣仔新舊都品嚐過 今晚相約友人去中環 行到夜媽媽 提議到呢間一嚐全日早餐 欣賞特色煮法係雞旦 炒旦 太陽旦 熟旦 水煮旦 旦白都有 今次點左 熟旦 配2個 side dish 水果 茄汁豆 多士 飲品-lemonade 水果 、茄汁豆正常 飲品偏甜 似糖水 多士就係真係。好硬 似橡筋 似係放左好一陣子 再拎出黎 本身幾鐘意食多士 今次要投降 真心希望餐廳可以改善呢點

星期日晏左起身，但早餐係必須嘅所以就去之前都去過嘅Flying Pan，因為佢係一間24小時營業嘅早餐店，無論咩時候起身去到都可以食到早餐就係佢地嘅賣點星期日去到係全場滿座，我地好彩一去到就有位唔洗等男朋友揀左個full breakfast 🍳 因為佢話好肚餓，野食落枱見到隻碟係好大隻，不過早餐份量黎講應該都算多嘅我就揀左個omelette，side dish揀左salad同生果，無諗到沙律係會有一大pat醬係面🙈最怕就係呢種一大pat嘅醬，所以我只係揀左d無醬嘅食🤣個omelette有d令人失望，因為中間做唔到有蛋汁，而係welldone但係bakery 可以揀唔要toast 轉Croissant係good嘅整體普普通通啦，因為早餐無咖啡飲係差少少野咁🤣野飲揀左要lemonade，但我覺得太甜喇，如果無咁甜會好好多，因為我平時飲野都要少甜嘅🤭

好耐以前已經聽過呢間出名食all day breakfast嘅餐廳😀但一直都未有機會黎食.. 呢日黎到大館,一出黎已經見到佢,又咁岩仲有位喎😝餓餓地就一於食佢啦~入到去比想象中細~我地坐嘅係吧檯位~呢度夜晚原來都有賣酒精類飲品🤔餐牌都幾花多眼亂😵😵最後我地簡左Monster Pan ($160)我地嘅選擇係咁的:1.Egg🍳: Scrambled Egg2.Bread: Crossiant 3.Side dish: Grilled tomato🍅,lynnoaise potato🥔,Corn meal grit,fresh fruit🍏4.Beverage: grapefruit juice & cranberry juice🍹好大份..兩個人share都幾飽咖!😋😋全部味道都係中規中矩,冇咩太大驚喜🤷唯一覺得特別難食嘅係個煙肉同粟米粥😓😓煙肉好overcooked..乾到食唔到咁滯~粟米粥都好淡,好似食bb糊仔咁😂好彩每張檯都有提供salt&pepper等調味料,唔係都唔知點食~

遠係讀書年代，就已經幫襯中環呢間flying pan，貪佢開廿四，飲完野無車番屋企有個地方坐，而且唔止老麥咁少選擇，大大碟咩都有。呢日預約左參觀大館，未夠參觀時間就醫下肚先，橫掂全日都係呢一帶活動，左諗右諗不如食flying pan。每次入黎都有選擇困難，因為樣樣都好想食，最後二人叫左個奄列（煙三文魚，cream cheese，蕃茄同洋蔥）多士轉pancake sides 揀左薯仔同栗米粥。個碟本身好大個，個奄列就有成半個碟咁大，而且好足料，啖啖三文魚，配cream cheese太邪惡以前食pancake係兩小塊咁，而家就一個中型碟分開放，呢件pancake有少少散，但是加左牛油同蜜糖依靠好味除左個奄列，仲叫左grilled cheese sandwiches配mushroom，其實佢有好多野可以配，不過烘過嘅厚多士配濃厚嘅芝士再加簡單嘅磨菇，已經非常美味。餐牌話佢加左五種芝士，加上juicy嘅磨菇，其實最簡單嘅野就最易令人滿足。今次再光顧都無令人失望呀。

早兩個星期想帶我啲同事呢一間餐廳食，但係唔知係咪因為隔離大館開咗冇幾耐，人流增加左，所以上次嚟到都係摸門釘，因為餐廳全場爆滿。一路都以為呢間餐廳個名叫做 The Frying Pan (平底鑊），因為佢係做 all day breakfast，而一般西式嘅早餐都係用平底鑊去煎，所以好自然將 Frying Pan 同呢間餐室聯上。但係細心一睇，原來個名係 The Flying Pan （會飛的鑊），個logo裏面嗰個鑊都加咗一對翼，店內都有一個鐘係有一對翼喺度。希望所有來過呢間餐廳食嘢嘅食客，都好似餐廳嘅名一樣，所有要孭嘅鑊，都可以自然地會飛走！裝修方面，令我諗起我以前讀書嗰陣時，喺外國去過一啲二十四小時嘅cafe 。裏面嘅鐵凳，地面嘅瓷磚，同埋用咗一張放大左影住啲早餐嘅相做 concept wall，都俾到呢種外國二十四小時cafe 嘅感覺俾我。兩個侍應都比較靜，但係又唔代表冇禮貌。今次我專登叫咗一個超級大嘅 4x4x4 Monster Pan。裏面有四隻蛋，四塊煙肉， 四塊漢堡扒，四塊麵包，仲有四個side dish 俾你揀。Side dish 我就揀咗蕃茄湯，沙律，薯仔，同埋粟米小

第一次比review , 唔寫唔得！一入到去2個waitress 坐喺到，1個瞓緊覺，另外一個見我地坐低就叫醒瞓覺嗰個。跟住瞓覺嗰個拎左menu 比我地，之後就坐左喺同我地隔幾張枱的位到，當我地揀好野食之後，望一望個waitress 諗住叫佢落單，點知見到佢棟左隻腳喺張櫈到剪腳甲！！佢見到我地望住佢，重繼續剪好似好正常咁，太嘔心 啦，唔覺得佢 serve 野食前會洗手，我地即刻走冇叫野食！hope the owner can see this review!! Went there for an all day breakfast and found the staff asleep. After waking up the waitress gave us a menu then sat down a few tables away and began to CUT HER DIRTY TOENAILS for ten minutes while looking at us like this was normal and hygienic behaviour for someone about to handle our food. When we stood up to leave in disgust the waitress just continued casually cutting her toenails all over the chair. 真係要找數，電話相機有太多相，有太多餐廳未寫，奈何呢排工作較忙。盡力去啦。呢間餐廳賣美式早餐由一開業就已經係，24小時更加係剛剛開業時大家互相傳達唔知可以做到幾時。呢間餐廳兩間分店都開在酒吧區附近，自然有捧場客。幾乎一年一會睇睇今次2018年水準如何。餐點種類繁多，有omelette，egg anyway，signature breakfast dishes，kid menu，juice，milkshake，cocktail，beer etc. 最鍾意呢度的雞蛋煮法任君選擇，由炒蛋，煎蛋，太陽蛋，淨蛋白都有得比你揀。今次就揀咗兩款嘢食，蛋類我就揀咗水煮蛋配麥包走牛油，加煎番茄；牛油果；生果再配咖啡。另一款就係奄列配墨西哥辣椒，生果，番茄湯，pan cake。我個份原汁原味，水煮蛋加了醋煮，係為了讓蛋白定型，我自己都煮過，加d黑胡椒已經夠好味，蛋黃好香濃，真係好好味；牛油果🥑剛剛好熟，配上脆麥包，兩塊都覺得唔太夠，不過食埋生果同番茄🍅其實已經係好飽，任添既咖啡都係飲到一杯。而另一款，omelette配墨西哥辣椒，辣椒的確夠醒胃，omelette好大一份，估計有四個雞蛋，加上配料真係好厚實

突然好想食賓尼迪，所以相約姊姊去回味回味叫左2個set 牛同雞，各有出色，配菜就簡左沙律🥗茄汁豆、雜果加烤薯仔，主角賓尼迪做到流心，加埋個荷蘭醬食完好飽好滿足，如果杯西柚汁係鮮窄就perfect啦

Absolutely ridiculous service that insults you! Don’t go there! STAY AWAY! The menu is obviously there to trick people who are half drunk!! FORGET ABOUT OTHER REVIEWS! The price is on par with 5 Stars hotel while there are flys in the shop!!!

The flying pan係24小時營業，專食All day breakfast，有好多唔同選擇任你拼。例如有窩夫，pancake，炒蛋，煙肉等。價錢貴，個人認為野食都係一般，岩外國人口味應該。最好食係個炒薯仔洋蔥。
