It's a small restaurant at soho. Location is easy to find and we didn't book before, just walk in around 12. But the place is 90% full already. Since my friend and I ate nothing in the morning, when we got seats, menu was the very first thing we did. We came to The Flying Pan at around 10:30am on a Monday and of course, not many people were there. The menu is extensive (and available online). Everything was great except they use very bad maple syrup for the pancakes and waffles it was just like eating sugar water with food coloring with my pancakes... Sunday Brunch at 2pm... Pretty busy so had to wait for a table. This location is tight and small compares to their new Wan Chai shop.No where else can beats their portion for the price. 第一次用app叫外賣，Flying Pan係第一間彈出黎嘅餐廳，叫咗Monster Pan,有四隻蛋，scrambled egg唔會太濕，不過味道好淡，亦唔會有好重牛奶味，另外有四條becon,煎得幾香，啲油已經吸乾咗，唔會整到成盤都係油，兩個croissant口感都算鬆化，不過外皮唔脆，corn meal grits無味，tomato soup濃度適中

我梳乎蛋的第一篇食評，當然要講蛋，而論蛋，是一個停不了的話題，早餐至宵夜糖水皆可有蛋，但最好的，離不開一日開始的早餐。在中環，我的平靚正首選就是Flying Pan，佢都已經開了多年，有人話水準差了，我話大家選擇多了而已。一份全餐，最豐富的一款，好聽的英文名字忘記抄下，就是有4隻蛋的只有一款，可以兩個人分食，想食big breakfast，無可能不大滿足，我選了sun shine ，配合我的生活模式，hea 住食！四隻蛋煎到連在一起放中央，煙肉超大條，微微焦膿，半肥瘦，已經吸走晒油，所謂sasuage似煎肉餅，但肉腸鹹香濃，茄汁豆用碗仔載，仲有凍番茄湯，估計係罐頭食品。吃完有蔬果，新鮮番茄及水果。粗粗地，賣相不講究，食材中等，勝在配搭齊全，價錢合理，想食得飽飽有要求又錫住荷包的首選！

I went there to eat with my bestfriend and sister a week ago, all the way from Tung Chung because we missed eating at Flying Pan. Despite the rain we still went there to eat breakfast during dinner time. When we got there, the restaurant was empty. Which is good. After ordering our food, we received it after a few minutes. 夜深了，卻想吃點東西，忽然想起這久違了的去處……小店一間，有分店。我卻去了總店，很喜歡那種行上一段斜路再吃東西的感覺，有點得來不易下，倍感滋味云云。點了Full English all day breakfast, 算是所有的早餐食品共冶一爐吧。有蛋，腸仔，多士，菇，焗蛋。新鮮烘的，新鮮煎的，新炒的，恰似一個繽紛嘉年華。開始吃吧，焗豆罐頭的慢慢再煮，不太特別。腸來料不錯，吃那一口很爽脆而有肉汁慢慢流出。煙肉稍烘，有點乾，但那口一吃亦是甘香。菇不是極上等貨，勝在野菌新摘卻略欠鮮味。蕃茄的煎法拿捏得相當好，稍稍一煎，用大火鎖一鎖外層，就如此外脆內多汁，好吃。蛋亦炒得幼滑。最後，喝了一杯蘋果汁作結，平實的一餐。菜式勝在平實，技巧上看似不重要，實則要煮得好，細節上可再謹慎，那些罐頭材料的焗豆，可再花點心思，慢慢溫好，或將酸味稍稍調至酸甜，可會更好呢。仍有水準的一餐吧。

I dined here with my family of 3. It was very a bit crowded and we had to wait five minutes for a table. After 5 minutes, we got a cozy table in the right corner.
