呢間都新新地 上年12月先開業 主打日本料理但行高級精緻啲嘅路線 唔係平時居酒屋嗰啲菜式AOAO取自日文諧音 有翠綠嘅意思 所以餐廳裝修喺昏暗中都加咗唔少綠色嘅元素 門口仲有粒”巨型綠寶石”做裝飾!🤍𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶($𝟭𝟮𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟴/𝟭𝟬嚟之前見到佢嘅相已經諗好一定要嗌味道覺得都係4款入面嘅MVP!佢係鮑魚茶碗蒸鮑魚切食粒粒 蛋香滑而且鮮味無比 應該本身個高湯都好出色上面仲要鋪門魚子 份量澎湃 一路𢳂一路跌😂鹹香令成個蒸蛋再鮮味啲 連埋生蛋黃令成個口感再連貫啲 🤍𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶($𝟭𝟰𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟴/𝟭𝟬好鍾意試啲餐廳有調味嘅油甘魚刺身 所以狗衝咗呢款但我睇漏咗佢嘅配搭有苦瓜🥲我接受唔到🥲扣咗啲分但不得不說刺身嘅本身係幾好 每塊都好厚肉冇乜醬汁見到但好有味 啫本身已經醬漬過 又唔會蓋咗魚香魚肉冇筋 仲有南瓜purée同蟹籽調味 食落都幾夾🤍𝗔𝟰 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗖𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼($𝟯𝟮𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬好多餐廳都有賣呢款三文治 而咁多間嘅價錢都係一樣貴第一啖咬落去的確幾好食 和牛用吉列方式炸過入面keep到medium rare 油香感ok 但第二啖開始遜色牛味整體唔太重 油香亦未到爆發嗰種唔係唔好食 但冇特別驚喜 性格比唔高🤍𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻($𝟮𝟳𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬蟹肉蟹膏比得好重手 成個醬汁好濃郁每條烏冬都會食到超掛身嘅膏 超濃蟹味生蛋黃令烏冬入口更加creamy 不過扣分位係烏冬唔夠彈牙份量都幾多 同好飽濟 建議3-4人分 我哋兩個食就太飽🥹餐廳連埋有個天台酒吧 平時要分開收費 但嗰日出面唔full食完之後問店員 佢比我哋可以拎飲剩嘅酒出去慢慢坐☺️出面大部分都係梳化位 坐得都舒服 唔會太嘈另外服務態度都好好 我想嗌杯甜啲嘅cocktail 但menu上嘅揀唔落手 店員知道之後主動走去問bartender最後調咗杯hidden menu嘅熱情果香橙rum酒比我🥹整體嚟講食物 環境 服務 氣氛都很不錯 推薦!🙌🏻 繼續閱讀

Came here for the 𝗔𝟰 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗖𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 - the tender, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu paired exquisitely with the soft, charcoal-grilled toast. I would absolutely order this again!! 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗲𝗹 was also excellent, with a lovely char on the exterior and a luxuriously rich, buttery interior.The 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 was a standout - the sweetness of the pumpkin was balanced beautifully by savory notes. Always a fan of 𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶 赤貝 it is quite rare to see it served as appetizer - sweet and delicate flavour To accompany our meal, the Lily Safra cocktail was a refreshing and floral delight, while the Justin Girardin Chardonnay was a perfect pairing - crisp and bright with subtle oak notes.Quite a perfect spot for both casual drinks and an indulgent, multi-course meal. Recently, my friend and I had the pleasure of dining at AOAO, a modern and stylish bar-type restaurant in Central. The ambiance was vibrant, and many patrons were elegantly dressed, making it a perfect spot to unwind after work. There are indoor and outdoor seating, so it's great for grabbing a drink too.🦀 Hairy Crab Butter Udon (超推啖啖肉蟹肉牛油烏冬)This visually stunning dish showcased a generous amount of crab meat, crab roe, Japanese egg yolk, spring onions, and sesame, all mixed with the delightfully chewy udon noodles. It was an unforgettable dish! 😍🍜🐖 Tonkatsu (吉列豬扒)The Tonkatsu featured Iberico pork collar with a perfectly crispy and non-greasy coating. The meat was exceptionally tender and juicy. The accompanying plum yoghurt sauce provided a tangy and appetizing flavor. 🐷👌🐟 Hamachi (油甘魚刺身)The Hamachi sashimi was incredibly smooth and delicate, with a refreshing sweetness and a hint of umami. It was garnished with crab roe, bitter melon, and salted egg yolk, adding layers of flavors and textures. 🍣🤤🍅 Pickled Tomato Salad (番茄沙律)This beautifully presented dish showcased the harmonious combination of tangy and sweet tomatoes with a creamy tomato consommé cream.
