小弟少去高檔餐廳,依間野外賣都收加一,有點兒那個,比左唔緊要,大佬,你間餐廳收2點,我10點幾泥買野,我落曬單,之後走黎依樣話冇果樣話冇,最抵死係個服務員全程黑口黑面,外賣送到出泥淨係掉係張檯上面就擰轉頭走,係咪齊曬又唔講,下次唔會再去。

According to many magazines, 十二味 is a very good 川菜 restauarnt and that is the reason that I tried the lunch on 5/3/16.Unfortunately, the description from those magazines are wrong.There are 7 sets available at lunch time, but when we ordered, at least 2 were not available.We ordered1. 担担麵 - Much below average, it is so home-made! They simply put minced pork on top of plain noodle, served with plain soup that has no taste. It is not 担担麵 for sure, it is plain noodle with minced pork only!2. 酸辣粉 - It is not 酸 and not 辣 at all. Its taste is so strange that I can hardly describe. It looks like but not taste like 酸辣粉. It is a bit salty, with a little bit of minched pork and pickled vegetables. It is not authentic at all.For the service, it sucks. We ordered 2 drinks but the waiters only served us one. The remaining one was not available till the last minute even we chased several times. In the end we need to cancel it but the waiters are not happy with it and we spent another 5 minutes to settle it.There are certainly better 川菜 in Tsim Sha Tsui and there is no point to go to 十二味.

我之前一直都以為我非常食得辣,於是Candy就提議話要去一間連我都覺得辣嘅火鍋店食嘢,食完之後唯一condition就喺——真喺超級無敵辣辣辣辣啊~~~我地兩個人先叫咗一個麻辣雞煲,個火鍋一上嚟,麻辣嘅香味就撲面而來,連我都忍唔住吞曬口水。雞嘅味道唔錯,唔算好辣,不過越食到後面,後勁越犀利。食完雞煲可以將啲汁拿嚟撈粉食,變成酸辣粉。味道濃郁嘅湯底再加上獨特嘅配料,又酸又辣,但係真係好開胃,好食到停唔到口吖~~小龍蝦,小龍蝦嘅外殼好紅,龍蝦肉非常緊實爽口,再加上麻辣嘅口感!!簡直就係味覺衝擊吖!炒蓮藕片,最後真係辣到頂唔順,霖住點個清淡啲嘅蓮藕片,點知味道依然夠辣!

有日突然想食辣野,行過見個名"十二味麻辣三兄弟",個名咁搞鬼既。點左招牌麻辣香鍋,而口味就選擇左孜然味,配料揀左鮮蝦、豬手 羊肉 肥腸,點完菜念起以前響深圳街邊食過d串燒,已經有d期待。一見到鍋,心諗洗唔洗咁大碗,d辣椒好似變種辣椒,好鬼大隻。初頭一望以為會勁辣,但食落只覺係譚仔四小辣級別。配料同辣椒一齊爆香,最正係鮮蝦d蝦殼爆香晒可以連殼食,肥腸,豬手同羊肉吸晒d孜然味,整體幾惹味。叫左推介既桂花冰釀,飲落去甜甜地,酒味唔濃,似糖水咁,但可以沖淡下油膩感。

晚上叫了一碗五香牛腩麵,因不想吃辣,便叫了走辣的,當嘗試後便發覺所有的牛腩不但沒有五香味,妤像煲了好久的牛腩湯的牛腩,牛腩勁硬及堅靭,好難趙,吃完都牙痛和胃痛!再加上十二味這間店是標榜吃辣的,應該內裏會開冷氣的,可是卻密不透風,越吃越覺得透不到氣,整體來說,吃的質量很差差差差差差!
