餐廳裝修線條簡潔,現代藝術風。灣仔船街亞洲fusion融合菜餐廳摩登現代餐廳。黑芝麻麵包配吞拿魚蓉 8/10帶子刺身配五青汁,五青汁包括青蘋果與提子 9/10 (個人喜好,特別喜歡帶子刺身,推介!)招牌菜脆紫菜卷配上蟹肉和三文魚卷 9/10 (爽脆,推介!)麻辣炸雞,柚子炸雞 6/10 (不夠爽脆)蟹肉海膽馬卡龍 9/10 (一口鮮味剛剛好,推介!)素蠔燒冬菇 8/10鍋巴,海膽吞拿魚蓉6/10 (冷熱感覺不太融合)龍蝦上有炸蒜,避風塘式風味 8/10墨魚汁炒飯 9/10 (日本米還有「飯焦」,推介!)薑味湯圓 10/10 (將一碗湯圓,濃縮變成一口,食落去好衝擊,絕對要試!)棉花糖朱古力撻 7/10餐廳氣氛食物都屬中上,值得一試!地址:灣仔船街 WAKARAN 繼續閱讀

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in HK, it was worse than Cha Chan Teng and anything I’ve been to. From the second we came in till the second we left, zero smile and awful service offered.We arrived at the restaurant early and we waited at the bar, having wine while we were waiting for our table, when pouring one of the glass, the waitress spilled it all over one of our guests and the waitress immediately clicked her tongue as if it was our friend’s fault.When all our guests finally arrived, we informed them that we have all arrived but they said we needed to wait till our booking time which we were ok with, when the waitress finally took us to the table, the waitress said “we weren’t late with your table, u guys were early”. When we were still having our dessert and wine, one of the waitress took away a couple of wine glasses, when I asked for another wine glass, the waitress repeated twice “wine glass!? Wine glass!?” As if I didn’t know what a wine glass was.To say that they were rude would be an understatement. Absolute disgrace to the F&B industry. 繼續閱讀

灣仔船街又有新搞作,開咗間亞洲fusion餐廳。午餐HK$148 起包頭盤及主菜,價錢合理。不過去咗兩次食lunch都試唔到最想食嘅Gineseng Chicken Roulade…. 希望下次食到。總括來說,賣相不錯,味道也OK。我建議想試的朋友約多幾個 friend 晚餐來,因為它的Dinner Menu有更多Tapas及更有趣的菜式。❧ Lobster Miso Soup 👍🏻👍🏻雖然其貌不揚,但龍蝦味超濃,好飲❧ Crab Meat with Crispy Mapo Tofu 👍🏻👍🏻豆腐炸得好靚,皮薄超脆。但蟹肉全混在汁內,不太見到。如果可以放一小撮在中間會更好。❧ Pomelo Salad正正常常,細份了少許❧ KFC 2.0 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻超脆炸雞加酸酸甜甜柚子醬,冇得輸!❧ Beef Cheek, Beetroot, Cherry Kombu Jus (+HK$68) 牛面肉入味,但可以再腍少少這個主菜冇跟任何澱粉質,如能加碗飯或薯蓉會更好 ❧ Sushi Platter 8 pcs (+HK$48) 👍🏻👍🏻種類幾好,非常新鮮❧ Cherry Egg Tart (+HK$28)味道ok,中間有酸酸哋的車厘子醬去中和返蛋撻嘅甜🏷️ 𝘚𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘋𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 & 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴_______________________#roamardtheworld_hk #roamardtheworld_food#roamardtheworld_fusion 繼續閱讀

香港做飲食一係就係老字號,一係就係充滿着特色吸引到顧客,呢一間屬於後者。✨Truffle Sesame Doughnut煎堆加上黑松露你有咩諗法?小編就覺得既新奇又好味,首先煎堆嘅芝麻味好重,多種菇菌作為內涵,夾雜着面頭嘅松露絲,確係特別~✨Amaebi Crudo 用上日本甜蝦,配上紅波椒、新鮮蕃茄、柑橘,作為前菜真係特別合適,而且相當開胃,甜蝦咬落爽甜又帶黏稠!✨KFC 2.0 當然比連鎖快餐店炸得更為好食!雞皮好脆身,整體完全不油膩,咬落去仲有啖啖雞汁✨Grilled Squid with Chili Sauce & Baby Gem 魷魚燒得一啲都唔乾身,邊邊位帶點焦口感,加上辣椒醬,再沾上一點青檸🍋‍🟩夠入味!✨Maki Taco用上天婦羅紫菜皮,咬落特別有口感,包裹住壽司米飯、三文魚、牛油果。✨Thigh & Leek with Black Garlic & Creamy Leek呢個串燒特別之處,就係夾雜着大蔥,點上Wasabi麵豉醬,都幾夾!✨Whole Roasted Dry “Ma Yau”馬友嘅外皮非常薄脆,魚肉雪白,用上椰子粉同昆布煮食好鮮甜嘅魚湯醬汁!令人不敢驚嘆點解西餐廳都可以整得咁好食!✨Baby Squid Lap Cheong Inked Rice 當臘腸遇上墨魚飯,真正黎一個中西嘅大匯集。墨魚飯好香好香,口感軟硬適中。✨Ginger Rice Dumpling Bomb滑捋捋嘅口感,入口清甜又微辣嘅薑汁瞬間爆破,裏面仲隱藏住一粒小丸子!✨Mango Pomelo Sago Cocktail口感就係楊枝甘露,加上咗新鮮嘅呂宋芒果蓉、椰奶同西米,加埋輕盈嘅椰奶泡沫,令呢個甜品特別清新!💡成間餐廳都充滿着fusion嘅意味,所以會見到餐廳都有多國籍嘅顧客! 繼續閱讀
