I have lots of coupons to hung fook tong from work, so I normally buy breakfast here. I usually either get siumai or curry fishballs. Sometimes i even add in a soup or a drink. Personally i think the soups are a bit watery and not too flavourful, but it's definitely an easy and convenient option so I guess the price reflects this as well. Their fishballs also have fish maw in it, which makes the texture of the curry sauce thicker. The spiciness of the curry sauce is also adjusted just right.

南瓜雞柳紅米飯 ($38)鴻福堂嘅蒸飯一向都係行健康路線,標榜自家鮮制、無添加味精及防腐劑,所以經過就買咗盒嚟食下。呢個紅米飯有好多粟米粒同蘿蔔粒,非常健康。另外,可能有南瓜嘅關係,食落去每一啖飯都唔乾,而且全部米飯都好入味,唔會係白飯。買嗰陣仲要咗豉油,點知都用唔着添🤣豉油佢都係自家製㗎,仲要係杞子豉油夠特別~估唔到咁耐冇食鴻福堂都會俾到驚喜我👍🏻

呢排天氣好反覆,令個人又攰又乾,皮膚又缺水,嘴唇有爆坼,我呢啲無飯主婦,真係好需要飲多啲湯水補一補返,所以今日放工即刻去呢度買咗兩包湯做外賣,同老公一人一包。返到屋企只要稍微加熱,就可以即刻飲用,每包嘅份量好充足,有差唔多一大個湯碗嘅份量,我飲唔晒,仲留返起半碗,第二日中午再飲,真係抵!講返碗湯嘅味道,材料充足,味道好好飲,最緊要嘅係我覺得佢嘅味精應該唔多,因為我係好敏感嘅人,食咗重味精會皮膚紅腫,但係飲咗呢間嘅湯都冇事,以後一年四季都唔使怕冇湯水飲啦!

Discovered this riceroll at Hung Fook Tong, so decided to try it.I think this snack is going to be quite successful because the other snacks like chicken leg, eggs and shaomai aren’t really filling carbs.The riceroll comes in two flavours: pork in sesame sauce or beef in black pepper.I decided to go for the beef because pork can be smelly if it is not fresh.The riceroll came in a long tubular cardboard packet with a vacumn sealed pack where you peel off the back to eat like a banana.The glutinous rice was nice and soft but the black pepper really ruined the riceroll because it was too strong and hot that it tasted bitter and you couldn’t even taste the beef.Hopefully they will launch a vegetarian and a chicken one because I reckon it would taste nicer.
