要不是和浸大的朋友商談一些事情，也不會知道原來浸大有一家連威靈頓牛柳也有提供，水準相當不錯的西餐廳，當然午市的時候就不會吃得如此豐盛，但就算是意粉也做得不馬虎，除了口感做到Al Dente，份量也夠多之外，最重要是配料不是很基本或常見的做法，辣肉腸香蒜意粉的蒜重比一般香蒜意粉更濃，辣肉腸的辣到剛剛好，而且煎腸出來的油也令意粉變得油亮，連蕃茄也是風乾過的，果酸味道更濃，味道配合的也不錯，作為學生飯堂味道已經超水準。A surprising find at Baptist University’s campus canteen – Western dishes like Beef Wellington and creative pastas shine.
