還以為這一家泰國菜餐廳是連鎖集團，原來就只有在這商場的這一家店，什麼味道那麼連鎖集團的風味呢？說到名字有船河，自然期望其船河有些出色的地方，結果當然沒有。湯頭顏色夠濃，但船河獨有的牛血濃味相當薄，喝到的就是一點香料的甜和普通湯頭的鹹味，河粉用上港式版本較為粗身的那一種，吃起來比較挺實，沒有黏起來，是較為欣賞的地方，至於牛肉方面以為是半生熟淥起的，但吃起來相當韌。餐廳空間不少，但坐起來也算狹窄，而且就沒有太多人流的非繁忙時間下，侍應的反應也真的比較慢，這個商場可以說是尖沙咀位置最方便的一間，但人流卻完全不似預期，希望加點努力才能堅持到呢！I thought this Thai restaurant was part of a chain, but it turns out to be the only outlet in this mall. Given the name includes “boat noodles,” I expected something exceptional, but it was disappointing. The soup’s color was rich, but the distinctive beef blood flavor was weak. The broth tasted mostly of sweet spices and salt. The rice noodles were thicker, Hong Kong-style, which I appreciated for their firmness. The beef, expected to be medium-rare, was tough. Despite ample space, seating felt cramped. Service was slow even during off-peak hours. This mall is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui, but customer traffic is unexpectedly low. I hope they improve to stay in business!
