呢間係朋友食過覺得唔錯既,呢日就再同我地去Encore🤭記得要提早訂檯,餐廳會提前係電話度提供Menu參考,主要有兩款,每款都要兩位起,所以一行四人黎就可以試多啲款😌當日侍應熱情介紹菜式,唯獨係我地八點幾先開始食,尾段會比較趕急🫠首先前菜會有薯仔沙律,同埋香脆麵包,配自家製嘅蕃茄蒜頭醬,因為係新鮮蕃茄所以有少少出水,但調味酸酸地好開胃🍞▪️ Chef Tapas Menu(8/10)💲650 Per Person (Each Menu is 2 Heads Up)1️⃣ Clams in fish sauce(8/10)岩滾起就上檯所以都仲係噴緊煙,蜆肉大粒飽滿,新鮮清甜無沙或者腥味,個湯係用鰹魚熬製,最後仲可以飲埋佢添,飲完亦都唔會話味精口渴🐟2️⃣ Grilled cuttlefish with green allioli foam(8.5/10)令我念念不忘既炒墨魚粒,肉質好爽口,完全唔會韌,用氣槍打出黎既芫茜蒜蓉醬又好匹配,質感好輕盈,而且充滿蒜香🧄3️⃣ Stuffed squid in black ink sauce(7.5/10)唔記得左影呢個🦑釀左牛肝菌同埋豬肉碎係墨魚入面,侍應溫馨

令我念念不忘既炒墨魚粒,肉質好爽口,完全唔會韌,用氣槍打出黎既芫茜蒜蓉醬又好匹配,質感好輕盈,而且充滿蒜香🧄

平時食Brunch老是常出現既,係度相比之下就較為失色,唔係話唔好味,但有少少格格不入既感覺😳水波蛋有流心蛋漿,加上焦糖化洋蔥絲、大啡菇同埋火箭菜🤨

上檯仲係吱吱聲既橄欖油蒜片蝦,大隻爽口彈牙,而且好香濃既蒜片同埋黑椒味,又唔會話好油膩,最後仲可以用麵包沾黎食🦐

頂層係用氣槍打出黎既Cream,空氣感都幾重,中層係蛋糕而非手指餅,感覺實在比較乾身,唔算好岩我口味,再配上自家製既藍莓雪芭同埋椰子雪糕🥥
- Catalonia Cream(7/10)
呢個西班牙焦糖燉蛋都係有層脆面,底下會偏向流質濕潤啲,亦有少少檸檬同肉桂味🍳
- Chocolate Lava Cake(7.5/10)
最得我歡心既甜品非佢莫屬,用上咗七十二度嘅黑朱古力,切開有熱騰騰既朱古力漿流出,味道甘醇🍫

因為我地一行四人,侍應特意安排返四碗比我地,服務認真唔錯既😲
- Mushroom soup(6.5/10)
面頭有層蛋白泡沫同埋松露油,不過飲落感覺比較稀身,個味無預期中咁香濃🍄
- Spanish cold soup(8/10)
本身對西班牙凍湯印象麻麻哋,曾經飲過好重草青味,但呢碗反而有驚喜,飲落酸酸地既蕃茄味為主幾醒胃😗
5️⃣ Mix fruit sherbet(7/10)
是日係火龍果雪芭,可以清下味蕾🤫
6️⃣ Seafood paella(7.5/10)

用左魚湯同埋蝦湯去煮,個飯吸收左啲精華都幾入味,會有蜆肉、墨魚粒同蝦,如果海鮮份量再多啲就更好🤭
