燒汁蜜鱔片 $78 鱔是全家愛吃魚類之一,鱔片厚肉,醬汁除輕微甜蜜之味外,還有特別香料醃製,配合起來味道一流,小妮子和小伙子都同聲讚好,吃西蘭花最怕軟腍腍,伴碟的西蘭花不腍,亦不會太生硬,點鱔的汁吃,無咁寡。

士多啤梨骨 $78 是招牌菜之一,用一大塊炸過的雲吞皮盛著,肉排上生粉後炸過,再混入士多啤梨汁,唯試極都吃不出士多啤梨味,只是一些紅色甜甜酸酸的味道,較像紅色的京都汁,肉排的肉質頗腍,唯外皮不夠脆,本是不錯,因試過「得龍」的咕嚕肉,珠玉在前,一試難忘,才有此評語。

風沙雞 $130半隻 是炸子雞上加炸蒜米,炸得金黃,皮很脆,肉也香,送的豉油汁帶甜,好好味,但吃後整晚有後遺症,要狂飲水,因有超多味精作祟。

飯後送的甜品是栗子芋頭西米露,很喜歡。結賬時,單據只是在一張白紙寫上銀碼,剛好$400,各項數目沒有列清楚,較兒戲,雖然數目相差不大,但大惑不解。

本來打算去阿鴻小吃,但星期一、二都休息,又泊好車,只好隨便在附近挑一間食肆,被仁寶張貼於門外雜誌的報道吸引了,便來了這裡。兩個人,點了︰魚湯瑤柱浸娃娃菜石($58) - 不只是大味的魚汁,是真正魚湯,我們喝了大半。蒜蓉腐竹蒸乳龍蝦($148) - 有一隻半龍蝦仔,蒜蓉加上青葱,伴著龍蝦一起吃,很滋味!美中不足是墊底的腐竹沒有吸收龍蝦及蒜葱的味道。鮑魚粒花膠蒸荷葉飯($118) - 很普通的一個荷葉飯,吃不出飽魚及花膠的味道。整體而言,此餐是不過不失,合格的,但價錢貴了一點。此店不收茶錢及加一。

風沙新鮮雞 -This is a Garlicky styled Fried Fresh Chicken, which is served in both 仁寶小館 and its related sibling 新和富餐廳菜館 along the same road. Read below and the reviews at the other shop - NO ONE even mentions that these two shops serve Fresh Chickens, which are either 清遠 or 龍崗雞. Why? Perhaps its because it didn't taste very good. In fact, other places such as 鏞記酒家 also sells Farm Fresh Chickens, but doesn't have that much chickeny taste or freshness texture either - and take a look how many people also failed to identify that shop as selling Fresh Chickens? Someone even goes on to claim: "薄肉既地方太咸,厚肉既地方無味,一食就食得出係雪藏雞,又霉又無嚼頭". I hope that person doesn't mind me re-quoting, because I actually agree with him/her to a certain extent. In fact 鏞記 now that I've been back is just inconsistent with roasts items, same applies to their sometimes tough and tasteless Roast Goose.

As I keep saying, people all think and repeat that Fresh Chickens are better, its almost like a placebo or hysterical effect, it makes me yawn after hearing it repeated numerous times when you know its just not true. I've had some fresh chickens in both China and Hong Kong that are not good too. The reality is - it depends on too many factors.... whilst fresher ones will always have more potential, but its not necessarily the be all and end all of the equation, this world does not operate as '0' and '1's, it works from 0-100% in every single variable.


荷葉籠仔蒸飯 -

This wasn't good. I can't remember exactly which version we ordered mind you, as this was a long time agao and in fact we had more dishes than these but I only took 2 photos. I just remembered the rice failed to catch any of its top ingredients taste, but in term, it was full of MSG taste, and the rice was mushy.

Having said that, here they have another famous French DNA Based Fresh Chicken which you need to pre-order, its called 煲呔雞 and quite rare to find locally. In fact I was hoping to review this shop only when I got to try that. I might give that another go 1 day, but its nearly been a year since my last visit but I just remembered this place after reviewing its neighbour, might as well get it outta way putting it online.

Yes. Its Fresh Chicken. Pity No One noticed..

本來走到東寶小廚食,晚上十點多,點知相當多人,也出奇異常的嘈雜,是晚是星期五,好多人都飲酒和猜拳,所以特別嘈.我們問兩人要等幾來,佢話一個小時,即是趕客啦,所以我們走了.於是走返去和富道的仁寶小館.差不多十點半,店內只剩幾張枱,我們走入店,店員是呆呆的,像我們在不適當的時間入了去,我們也不管他們的態度,反正也不可能再跑到第三間呢,太晚了.我們點了湯煮娃娃菜,鬼鬼馬馬和砵酒蠔.菜來得超快,蠔的質地唔錯,只可惜不夠熱和砵酒味唔夠.菜可以而鬼鬼馬馬都ok,可惜整體感覺都唔夠熱,服務也幾差.其實當時老板應該在另一張枱食嘢飲紅酒,但也不管客人和服務,實在太差了.所以今晚的經驗是---差,如之前的食評所講,大不如前.

今晚好朋友番實和我一起晚餐, 正當大家為食什麼而煩惱時, 突然大家都想起不如去吃炒蟹. 但又懶搭車去灣仔我們平常去的店食, 於是到附近的餐館去. 行了幾間都是沒有肉蟹, 最後來到這店. 店員說雖是羔蟹, 但是蟹好好肉, 不是勁多羔, 好抵食的. 於是我們就諗住試一試吧.店員幫我們揀了一隻蟹, 時價$9 一兩. 我們揀了避風塘炒. 另外叫了一碟蒜蓉炒芥蘭. 我們見其他的客人都催促店員, 有些菜等了很久都未到, 心想我們的可能有排等了. 但是不到一陣, 蟹和菜同時到了.先吃蟹, 蒜蓉不夠香, 蟹炒得太乾, 蟹肉一點水份都沒有, 不知是走油過度或是炒得太久, 蟹肉一點都不夠味, 完全不好吃. 芥蘭都只是味道一般.番實和我都一致同意, 下次不要懶, 要吃美味的避風塘炒蟹, 還是去番灣仔食吧. 這店我們決定不會再來吃了.

辣酒煮大蜆-
初初諗住48蚊份量唔會多得去邊,點知上枱時比佢嚇咗一跳,一大煲滿滿ge大蜆(雖然後尾至知原來煲底墊咗大量蔥同蒜)但起碼都有15,16隻.好新鮮鮮甜,只係偶爾1,2隻有沙.個湯底越食越辣,但越飲越過癮,同埋好鮮甜,原來佢哋加咗大量蝦乾同菜甫喺過湯裏面,唔怪得知.

士多啤梨骨-
賣相非常吸引,7大舊鮮紅欲滴ge排骨放喺一塊炸過ge錦鹵雲吞皮上面,D排骨做得好嫩,入後即化,但就真係食唔到有咩士多啤梨味,味道似京都骨多D,此為敗筆,同埋食兩舊已經幾漏,要人多至好嗌.

魚湯鮮貝浸娃娃菜-
鮮貝即係江瑤柱,又係大大碟,無論江瑤柱定係娃娃菜,都非常足料,湯又係好濃魚鮮味.

卒之飽到食剩半碟娃娃菜要打包走.

睇到差唔多枱枱都叫籠仔蒸飯同蒸扇貝(好大隻,25蚊隻),下次必定要嗌多幾個人嚟試吓.

9/4(日) 8pmOT完,叫男友過黎北角一齊搵食.本想去新和富,但侍應話要等到8點半才有臺;唯有退而求次試試此店.價錢比新和富貴1-2成.此店亦近乎爆滿,幸好恰巧有張2人張.環境跟一般小菜館大同小異---擠迫嘈雜.我地要左星斑兩食$158---揀左碧綠炒斑球及沙鍋炆頭腩,另叫左蒸扇貝,但阿姐漏單.我地足足等左45分鐘,一催再催,果2味終於上臺!碧綠炒斑片---一般份量,菜心嫩綠,斑片相當新鮮爽口!沙鍋炆頭腩同樣做得頗出色!頭腩新鮮,燒肉,冬菇及豆卜夠入味.總算無白等!服務方面明顯人手不足,叫天不應,叫地不聞!$168埋單,食物的確出色!下次一定試埋此店既馳名籠仔飯.recommended!!

我地足足等左45分鐘,一催再催,果2味終於上臺!碧綠炒斑片---一般份量,菜心嫩綠,斑片相當新鮮爽口!沙鍋炆頭腩同樣做得頗出色!頭腩新鮮,燒肉,冬菇及豆卜夠入味.總算無白等!

服務方面明顯人手不足,叫天不應,叫地不聞!

$168埋單,食物的確出色!下次一定試埋此店既馳名籠仔飯.

本來見到每檯必叫的士多啤梨骨很想試試, 但看著看著差不多也每檯都吃剩很多, 鄰檯六個人好像每人僅咬了一兩口便棄掉, 還是不試為妙. 轉而點了鴛鴦雞、魚湯浸雜箘雜菜, 再加海參帶子鮑魚粒荷葉蒸飯.

先上桌的是雜箘雜菜, 味道算不錯但沒甚麼特別, 只是多種菇類和疏菜煮在一起.

蒸飯過百元都算貴價, 其實是先預備好飯底再配上不同食材(可選蝦、龍蝦和蟹)翻蒸. 我覺得上面的配料和下面的飯好像各不相干, 飯內有些蛋白老得可以, 荷香一點沒有, 用木桶上算係整色整水但有何作用?海參粒還算好, 蝦乾見到很多但帶子就似有還無, 鮑魚粒則吃完了也不敢肯定是真鮑魚還是鮑貝. 我不會說這飯不好吃, 但又絕不會喜歡.

等了很久才見鴛鴦雞上桌, 雞分開南乳燒和西芹炒球兩種, 擺在一起又是各有各, 互不相干! 南乳燒雞件算是全晚最好吃的一樣, 雞肉尚嫩也很入味, 味道也很舒服. 西芹和雞球則好像是分開各自烹調的, 又是你有你, 我有我. 碟底無緣無故墊了幾條菜心, 更令人如丈八金剛, 完全摸不著頭腦. 某些食材相加會產生新的口味, 西芹配雞柳便是其一, 小時候家母炒的西芹雞柳便總會有一種獨特的芳香. 這裏只是在忘了調味的炒西芹上放一堆連皮的肥膩雞球, 兩種菜料無法產生相輔相成的效果, 可惜!

最後整餐都是大雜燴, 但感覺味道沒有精心調製, 有點兒胡堆亂砌. 吃完了只覺得很多gimmicks, 真工夫就見識不到. 另一方面, 明顯侍應和廚房都人手不足以應付繁忙時間的客量, 清潔也需改善.

飲食男女推荐呢度既豉油煲呔雞$200(普通雞就$160),因為泊街位怕抄牌,情願買外賣返屋企嘆,感覺好壞參半,雞本身肥廋適中,皮夠厚,皮下脂肪又少,整豉油雞本應幾理想,可惜雞肉較「鞋」口,可能浸既時間過耐(近骨部份亦唔見紅色,明顯係過熟,唔關煲呔雞肉質事),又或者心急用猛火煲熟,所以肉質唔夠滑。浸雞既鼓油好杰身,可以原全黏上雞皮,可惜味道好淡,唔用眼睇未必知自己係食緊鼓油雞,而味道關鍵在於跟外買送個一杯鼓油汁,令味道起死回生,個汁有多種香料既濃味同甘香,唔太甜,同以前食開既鼓油雞有好大分別,感覺係特別,又唔可以話特別好食,一試亦無妨。而最奇怪既係,隻雞又唔係好肥,但係個外賣發泡膠盒底就成半吋厚黃澄澄既油,反而豉油就一滴都唔見喎?你話係咪奇景?
