今日中午同朋友行經河畔聞一股好香既肉味就好肚餓,於是跟隨香味去覓食,香味應該由間叫叉燒大王既餐廳傳出,於是我地決定入去品嚐。望左一陣餐牌,見到有粉麵、燒味飯,仲有埋特餐揀,於是就同朋友一人一個五寶,佢要叉燒五寶飯,我就豪少少要乳豬五寶米粉,我地吹左一陣水,野食就到了,乳豬五寶米粉,碗米粉很大碗,湯底落過心機煮, 就咁淨食都好夠味,而另上的乳豬五寶放滿成個碟,成隻燒鴨髀加一排乳豬、紅腸、咸蛋和雞翼,我開始擔心我食唔食得哂。。。唔諗啦,我拎起筷子就即刻偷朋友既叉燒食,這裡真的做到半肥半瘦,食落甜甜地,係我鐘意既正宗靚叉燒味道,朋友被偷叉燒,當然唔會放過我既乳豬啦,佢話乳豬皮香脆,帶點玫瑰露酒味道,大家叫唔同野食share 食甘先開心既。話名五寶梗有雞翼、紅腸、咸蛋,D紅腸黑黑地,原本我有點擔心是否擺耐左,但食落先知應該係滷過關係,相當入味👍👍成餐都食肉,所以叫左杯凍柚子蜜幫助消化,都係加$5 者,夏天飲消暑開胃!~

✨ 今日,友人A突然間話想飲兩杯,咁小妹就諗住不如去沙田啦,還掂知道有間bar靜靜地,咁所以就去咗河畔花園覓食了。✨餐牌✨ 間餐廳叫得做叉燒大王,咁叉燒就必嗌㗎啦,見到出面都有海鮮,就叫咗個蒜容粉絲蒸蟶子,同埋小妹最鐘意食嘅薯仔牛柳粒。✨ 特選蜜汁叉燒王👧🏻 叉燒黎講,小妹最唔中意嗰啲乾到柴嘅叉燒咖啦😩,而呢度嘅叉燒半肥瘦,肥膏唔膩而肉幾淋,加埋啲蜜汁,不得了,呢度嘅蜜汁真係好似加咗蜜糖咁,甜甜地,唔同出面嗰啲,無乜甜味。✨ 蒜容粉絲蒸蟶子👧🏻 小妹最鐘意就多蒜容,呢度嘅蒜容好足料。咁啲蟶子黎講,幾爽口,係大隻嘅,有啲似係出面食海鮮嘅質素。✨ 薯仔牛柳粒👧🏻 啲薯仔個表皮係脆嘅,牛柳粒都幾好食,係大粒咗啲,不過牛柳粒幾煙韌好有咬是。

六點鬆小小既時間已經開始要等位啦🙆🏻‍♀️,可見其係區內既受歡迎程度呢!我地急不及待快點開動點菜啦!個肚打鼓🥁了今次大家決定叫半隻鎮店頭抽雞,賣相唔錯,因為色澤立立令加上頭抽嘅顏色,一食落就知道唔係用冰鮮雞,肉質夠彈牙仲夠滑,而且用過頭抽來浸嘅味道係唔同嘅,豉油味令人一定要食雞皮,唔識食就真係浪費,隻雞本身帶少量脂肪,所以食起上嚟更加滑啦,果然也沒有令我們失望,用來送飯一流呢!除了燒味外,我們也點了清蒸沙巴斑。上面鋪滿蔥絲同薑絲,斑嘅下面就係蒸海鮮嘅豉油同埋鮮味嘅汁,淋返上面頭就最啱啦。魚肉鮮甜,魚也十分厚肉,沒有半點魚腥味,唔駛十分鐘,我地將整條魚清掉了!🤤條魚本身夠新鮮,清蒸煮法最能帶出鮮味,用來控制蒸煮嘅時間都好重要。最後仲有避風塘風味既蓮藕餅,賣相超正,仲有陣陣香椒味撲鼻,口水直流。避風塘味道真係炒到無得輸,辣味剛剛好,藕餅超脆口,加上用新鮮蝦膠釀製,啖啖蝦肉同蓮藕味超夾,真係令人食過番尋味。

今次大家決定叫半隻鎮店頭抽雞,賣相唔錯,因為色澤立立令加上頭抽嘅顏色,一食落就知道唔係用冰鮮雞,肉質夠彈牙仲夠滑,而且用過頭抽來浸嘅味道係唔同嘅,豉油味令人一定要食雞皮,唔識食就真係浪費,隻雞本身帶少量脂肪,所以食起上嚟更加滑啦,果然也沒有令我們失望,用來送飯一流呢!

除了燒味外,我們也點了清蒸沙巴斑。上面鋪滿蔥絲同薑絲,斑嘅下面就係蒸海鮮嘅豉油同埋鮮味嘅汁,淋返上面頭就最啱啦。魚肉鮮甜,魚也十分厚肉,沒有半點魚腥味,唔駛十分鐘,我地將整條魚清掉了!🤤條魚本身夠新鮮,清蒸煮法最能帶出鮮味,用來控制蒸煮嘅時間都好重要。

最後仲有避風塘風味既蓮藕餅,賣相超正,仲有陣陣香椒味撲鼻,口水直流。避風塘味道真係炒到無得輸,辣味剛剛好,藕餅超脆口,加上用新鮮蝦膠釀製,啖啖蝦肉同蓮藕味超夾,真係令人食過番尋味。

叉燒同樣保持水準,肥瘦均勻,成碟叉燒大概一半便肥啲一半偏瘦啲,鍾意食肥或者唔鍾意食肥嘅人都滿足到。偏肥嘅叉燒油脂非常充足,肥瘦相隔,口感好柔軟好香,偏瘦嘅叉燒肉質比較結實彈牙唔會柴,叉燒汁甜甜地好好味,撈飯一流。

大蝦有四隻,仲要隻隻都非常大隻,足足有成個掌心咁大,而且蝦殼煮得好脆,好入味,調味適中,豉油味香濃過癮!重點係蝦肉結實彈牙,非常新鮮!

叉燒大王平日生意都咁好,想必係因為佢地堅持認真做好中菜,次次都保持水準先會keep到咁多街坊客同回頭客,希望可以一直堅持落去!

晚上到了沙田圍一間飯店吃飯,美味得很,真系要讚一讚!間野叫叉燒大王,雖然門口好多人等位,但因為店員安排週到,客人好快就一枱枱入去叫野食由門口攞飛到入去,我就等左5分鐘就入得~算系快手!黎到見本大大啲menu,已經夠曬吸引,唔系唔叫叉燒牙嘛?大大件啲叉燒連白飯好快就送到黎,叫得叉燒大王果然系叉燒依味招牌菜落左好多功夫叉燒大件而不肥膩,汁味濃而入口有口感,回味無窮我同友人再叫多份大聖子,來的是五大隻配蒜蓉,師傅加左粉絲做底,蒸起來時汁都留到粉絲內,吃起來爽口美味,朋友系個大胃王仲將蒜蓉送飯一齊食食好味啲野永遠都覺得唔夠喉,所以我地仲叫埋蜜薯牛仔粒!甜甜地啲薯仔加埋牛仔粒上碟,開胃又香口,再加埋有中式茶飲下,好快就飽著肚子準備埋單店內人口滿滿,連老人家都黎食,可見叉燒大王真系名不虛傳,叉燒大件得黎不油膩,真系岩埋一家大細黎食晚飯~ 下次會再光顧

聽聞位於沙田河畔花園呢間『叉燒大王』遠近聞名,其中『特選蜜汁叉燒王』榮獲第五届『食神』全城食家美味推介大奬;TVB美食100強採訪;香港電台香港故事採訪;新假期,新城電台,蘋果日報及各大傳媒推介。因為咁嘅原因,今日約咗沙田返工嘅朋友仔一齊來試一試。来到時間尚早,但卡位已剩低最後一格,其他位暂時唔多人,但到我哋離開時已全場爆棚,勁吖,人氣超旺。好多嘢揀時就會有選擇困難症,於是點餸嘅責任就交畀朋友最初我哋諗住嗌两個餸加一個『靚仔』两人share就可以。而呢两個餸就當然有『蜜汁叉燒王』啦,另一個就係石窩腊味椰菜炒粉絲(小辣)。叉燒外層微焦,基本上肥瘦都幾均勻,蜜味適中,口感亦唔錯,幾鬆軟同埋幾入味,符合我想像中嘅要求。而石窝裹面腊味多,粉絲乾爽,連埋椰菜配合而成一道惹味小菜,好味吖!本來話想嗌『靚仔』一個嘅,但後來見到下面呢味餸就放棄了『靚仔』而揀佢,有D可惜,唔係話呢味『胡椒浸豆卜』唔好吃,而係呢味餸入面都有粉絲,重复同埋太飽,早知嗌碟炒青菜好過。

最初我哋諗住嗌两個餸加一個『靚仔』两人share就可以。而呢两個餸就當然有『蜜汁叉燒王』啦,另一個就係石窩腊味椰菜炒粉絲(小辣)。
叉燒外層微焦,基本上肥瘦都幾均勻,蜜味適中,口感亦唔錯,幾鬆軟同埋幾入味,符合我想像中嘅要求。
