今日係農曆大年初六,我們同三姨媽三姨丈拜年兼慶祝三姨丈生日,所以我們去咗元朗西菁街嘅「名匯酒家」中午茶!我們叫咗臘味煲仔飯同鳳爪排骨煲仔飯嘅米飯好軟熟,飯焦唔算太多,但都幾香口脆身,臘味嘅芳香味滲入晒米飯入面,令到味道更加惹味,而且份量都幾多,相反食完臘味呢個就覺得鳳爪排骨嘅味道比較淡,排骨嘅肉質亦好爽滑!蜜汁叉燒腸嘅腸粉唔算好薄身,但都幾軟滑,叉燒嘅味道都幾香甜!鮮蝦菜苗餃嘅餃皮都算晶瑩薄身,菜苗好青嫩!圍村臘腸卷外層嘅包質相當軟熟,臘腸嘅味道非常爽脆芳香,同埋而家唔係有好多嘅酒家可以食到臘腸卷,所以特別有懷舊嘅感覺!鮮蝦帶子餃嘅賣相都幾精緻,蝦肉配上帶子粒,令到口感都幾豐富!蜜汁叉燒包嘅包質都幾鬆軟,醬汁嘅味道唔算好蜜汁!名匯蝦餃皇嘅餃皮比較厚身,但蝦肉嘅肉質唔係好新鮮,有啲霉嘅感覺!心太軟流沙包入面嘅流沙唔算好流沙,但味道好香甜濃郁!
