近年很多港人都愛北上,不少內地餐廳進軍香港,今次是國內已超過六十間分店的四季椰林海南椰子雞進駐,是很多港人的最愛,現在香港也能吃得到沾醬用上傳統海南火鍋必用的青桔、沙薑、辣椒絲,青桔酸酸甜甜配上辣椒,酸辣醬汁,十分開胃,更添一份清新感覺前菜小食香辣雞腎紅油雞腎辣度較溫和,底部滿滿青瓜絲配搭清爽原味椰子雞鍋(半隻)這家的椰子雞鍋底不加一滴水,四個椰子成一鍋湯,怪不得湯頭鮮甜而不膩,與坊間以味精製成的鍋底的餐廳無法相比,而且雞隻是用純正海南文昌雞,旁邊有一個沙漏以便計時,避免過熟,非常貼心燙五分鐘左右雞隻熟度剛剛好,很嫩滑有雞味伴菜還有無花果和紅棗,令甜味更香濃—椰林心形粉開初看似是扭紋烏冬樣子的粉條意想不到好煙韌有口感—中山脆皖魚片魚片非常新鮮有魚味,擺盆很精緻—雪花牛小排牛肉味濃郁,油脂分佈完美,吃下去很軟嫩—鮮活水培菜蔬菜完全吸收椰子雞鍋底的精華,爽脆而且帶出鮮甜味道,值得一讚—竹筍爽脆鮮嫩沒有渣,熱量低,多吃都不怕胖—鮮珍山菌拼盤鮮牛肝菌、雪山松茸、繡球菌&雞樅菌 菇菌無疑是火鍋的最佳拍檔,健康之餘營養豐富

之前經過moko見倒已經想試,因為在內地食過感覺良好。基本上和內地一樣,自己掃QR code落單,食物都算新鮮。選擇跟內地差不多,2人套餐有$458跟$368兩款,比起散叫平少少。今次叫左個招牌必點2人餐,包括有椰子湯底海南文昌雞半隻潮汕丸類雙併貴州紅托竹笙3秒嚮鈴娃娃菜金牌非遺臘味煲仔飯上菜速度快,一樣有人幫手淥雞。餐廳環境不錯,空間感充足不會太逼。午餐3個人唔太大食都夠,味道跟內地也沒有大分別。記得要用openrice訂位點讚有火山肥牛一份。
