四季椰林海南椰子雞在內國很有名,全國有超過60間分店,終於今年來到香港開分店,可以很方便的吃到了。它的賣點是堅持用真材實料的食材,健康美味,這一餐大部分吃原形食物,很適合我。平日晚上來到幾乎滿座,餐廳真的很受歡迎呢。海南香辣文昌雞胗$38雞胗細細件,口感爽彈,香辣中帶麻,底下還有青瓜絲,不錯的小食。原味椰子雞半隻鍋底配100%天然椰子水$208100%天然椰子水鍋底上來了,我們為這湯而來,它用上4個椰子精心熬製,不加一滴水,保證原汁原味!而海南文昌雞每隻雞都是從海南精選而來,有保證品質,店員主動幫我們將雞倒入鍋內,然後計時5分鐘就可食雞,雞肉好有雞味而嫩滑,這時候當然要喝湯啦,嘩,一喝真的欲罷不能,很香很鮮甜的湯底。中山脆皖魚片$58薄薄的皖魚片放下熱鍋很快就煮熟了,魚肉帶有點脆身,魚味濃郁。原切澳洲雪花和牛$198放在小山丘冰上保持冰冷鮮度,牛小排薄薄片也是很快熟,肉質鮮美,油花均勻適中。非遺鮮龍須筍$58果然是非遺,很罕有,第一次吃這鮮龍須筍,它口感脆嫩多汁,清香四溢。皇帝菜$28尤如盤栽造形的設計,很可愛,皇帝菜清新爽口,吃火鍋必備的蔬菜。鮮珍山菌拼盤$78 香港餐廳不常見的多種
