是咁的,呢間餐廳都唔係第一次食,上次食啲味道可以話係驚為天人,我夠膽講個水煮牛肉真係無得輸。但今日我真係失望到跌落谷底,話說我預早BOOK枱加落單,滿心期待左好耐,一去到坐低就立刻有餸上枱,勢估唔到啲野凍到好似無心跳咁,果碟四季豆我會叫佢做冰鎮四季豆、麻婆豆腐係完全無味。大概10分鐘左右,最後上埋個啱啱整好既乾鍋,點知個乾鍋濕到漏水,啲牛栢葉好似係水到撈上黎咁。唯一可取既真係得水煮牛肉,尚叫做正正常常。今日最失望唔係啲野唔好食,最失望係我之前食過好好食,令我滿心期待下出現極大反差。

食四川菜當然要試吓口水雞,事先老闆已經問定我地可以食咩程度嘅辣,我哋都係嗜辣之人,所以諗都冇諗就選擇左中辣,口水雞一嚟到,已經見到充滿份量嘅辣椒同辣油埋有浸滿了全部雞肉,仲有滿滿芝麻喺上面!食落去好似每件雞都有麻辣香味,雞肉嫩嫩的,辣度剛剛好,非常喜歡這個前菜!

四川蘿蔔鴨
蘿蔔鴨是我第一次試的四川菜,鍋下面點住蠟燭,一路滾住一路食,蘿蔔炆到非常入味,好鮮甜,好淋,個個爭住食!中間仲有各種菇菇同超多蘿蔔、蕃茄。鴨肉都燜到好淋好入味,入口唔洗點咬添!小妹好鐘意充咸香的湯底!唯貫徹川菜始終,愈食愈多油咁,所以唔建議飲咁多湯⋯
