我們兩個已經很飽了,有甜品都食唔落了。總括黎說,這私房菜真是可以再Encore,價錢平民化但食到星級大廚手藝,私房菜就是用心,安安靜靜享受美食。

今日收工同女朋友去試下依間川味私房菜,我地兩個都好鍾意食辣野,所以就揀咗依間試吓。佢個location 都相當方便,喺觀塘地鐵站B出口,步行5分鐘就到。雖然係工廠大廈,但大堂裝修得非常靚,餐廳喺14樓,需要搭lift去到13樓再行一層樓梯。一去到老闆同老闆娘都非常熱情招待我哋,因為係星期六21:30 所以唔算太迫。不過如果平時可能會比較多人,所以打去訂枱會比較好。冷盤我哋叫咗個醉雞,除咗酒之外仲用咗一啲藥材,所以食起上嚟帶點藥膳嘅感覺。用料都非常新鮮,雞都非常滑。然後老闆娘仲推介左個生蠔,叫我地試吓。一開始都有少少猶豫,因為好少喺中餐館食生蠔,都會怕擔心唔新鮮。但生蠔唔單止新鮮仲非常大隻,完全唔需要用任何醬料,因為非常鮮味。主菜我哋叫咗個海參雞煲,都覺得幾特別。記得海參要煮來小小先好食,除咗用料新鮮之外,係佢將個雞煲醬汁調校得非常好,唔會好似出面嗰啲一味得個咸字。唔太鹹重辣味仲有少少麻味,我哋今次叫咗個中辣,不過如果下次食嘅話可以叫佢加重少少麻味會比較好。之後我哋仲叫咗兩個金豪土司,簡直好似中式嘅鵝肝土司。依個金豪非常肥美,同土司非常爽脆,一定要趁熱食。除咗肉之外當然蔬仲有菜啦,呢個辣

冷盤我哋叫咗個醉雞,除咗酒之外仲用咗一啲藥材,所以食起上嚟帶點藥膳嘅感覺。用料都非常新鮮,雞都非常滑。

然後老闆娘仲推介左個生蠔,叫我地試吓。一開始都有少少猶豫,因為好少喺中餐館食生蠔,都會怕擔心唔新鮮。
但生蠔唔單止新鮮仲非常大隻,完全唔需要用任何醬料,因為非常鮮味。

主菜我哋叫咗個海參雞煲,都覺得幾特別。記得海參要煮來小小先好食,除咗用料新鮮之外,係佢將個雞煲醬汁調校得非常好,唔會好似出面嗰啲一味得個咸字。唔太鹹重辣味仲有少少麻味,我哋今次叫咗個中辣,不過如果下次食嘅話可以叫佢加重少少麻味會比較好。

之後我哋仲叫咗兩個金豪土司,簡直好似中式嘅鵝肝土司。依個金豪非常肥美,同土司非常爽脆,一定要趁熱食。

除咗肉之外當然蔬仲有菜啦,呢個辣椒炒椰菜花真係非常嘢味,就算唔鍾意食蔬菜,用嚟送飯都一流。

最後老闆仲叫我地試吓個新菜式,辣椒爆蝦真係非常好食,因為本身已經剪開左,所以食起嚟都好方便,隻蝦本身又好新鮮同好大隻,真係不得不試。
