招牌菜之一,絕對係湯品愛好者既不二之選。上菜時仲滾住!湯汁濃郁,花膠好大舊雞肉都幾滑

2. 醉雞藥膳湯配粉絲:
藥膳熬煮的雞湯為基底,無味精,淡淡藥膳味~粉絲吸收了湯汁的鮮甜味。無骨雞肉份量十足,肉質嫩滑多汁好重醉雞味。

我自己鐘意砂鍋雞多啲~味道濃啲~^_^

3. 麻辣海蜇手撕雞:
係一碟涼拌菜,非常開胃。海蜇口感彈牙,搭配上麻辣🌶️和香料的調味,好食~
但份量唔算好多~手撕雞肉幾入味

4. 鮮沙薑豬手:

真實評語非打手,琴日食咗依碗砂鍋花膠雞。呢個價錢雖然都唔期望佢會俾啲咩花膠,但係舊花膠真係好硬同埋無味。啲雞又冇乜肉,好多都係皮,成碗就係雞湯加米線。如果有人係鍾意飲雞湯嘅人係可以去試。但我會建議你去超市買盒史雲生清雞湯慢慢飲。可能我係叫錯嘢食吧,真係好黑仔同埋坐得好唔舒服,間舖頭又有臭味,張凳又細,不過香港地方就係咁㗎啦。如果鍾意迫迫地都可以入去嘅,warm啲。我最後就成碗米線冇食到,希望佢可以改善吓。

今日嚟到登龍街呢一間舖頭食花膠雞門面幾企理,中午時段入邊都幾多人上網睇見到最出名係花膠雞湯翅,即刻叫個試吓;朋友就叫咗藥膳醉雞($76)藥膳湯米線同埋醉雞分開,份量都唔錯OK,不過藥膳味就唔係太濃,同埋雞有少少韌花膠雞湯翅跟米粉($94),湯底有好香嘅雞油,花膠都幾大塊,而且煮得夠腍入味,都有幾舊雞,但都有個毛病就係啲肉韌咗少少,另外唔係太見到有翅唔係好夠喉,就叫多個雲腿浸娃娃菜($58),同埋涼拌萵筍($40),呢兩個菜都幾唔錯,即刻健康晒😂

另外沙薑雞都幾滑幾好食, 不錯.

總結來說雞真的很出色, 如果喜歡吃雞的話, 真的推薦來這間餐廳, 而且價格親民, 性價比高, 值得一去.

最近呢排好想食手撕雞,喺呢個咁潮濕嘅天氣食清涼嘅手撕雞一定好正,咁啱我哋喺銅鑼灣行街嘅時候,就見到登龍街啲條好出名嘅食街入邊有間專門食雞嘅餐廳,而且入邊都幾多人食,幾乎坐滿晒咁滯,所以我哋就入咗去啦。😆入去坐低之後,我哋就點咗Wasabi海蜇手撕雞,份量揀咗一隻,店員好貼心,幫我哋分開咗兩大碗上碟。手撕雞嘅雞肉份量都幾多,而且真係一絲一絲,Wasabi嘅濃度啱啱好,唔會太嗆,亦都唔會太淡,而且海蜇非常爽口彈牙,係我最鍾意食嘅海蜇,三者口感同味道互相配合,非常有層次感。😁另外,我哋亦都叫咗個藥膳湯配米線,呢度嘅藥膳湯飲得出係好用心煲,飲完之後即刻覺得好溫暖,米線亦都幾彈牙。另外,我哋叫咗紅油花膠魚翅餃,呢個係第一次食嘅,都幾特別,辣得來又幾彈牙。😄
