星期日嘅早上,

係玩電話嘅時間見到某報章介紹呢間嘅粉面店,

決定出去試一試,
一去到已經見到有好多人買緊粉麵或者水餃,
而門口就有個姐姐煎緊韭菜餅,望一望頭上餐牌,除咗韭菜餅,仲有蘿蔔糕,煎水餃,黐飯,糯米糍同埋茶果。

第一時間叫返個韭菜煎餅,同埋蘿蔔糕,
原本想試埋韭菜餃,但姐姐話要下晝四點先有,
有少少失望。

韭菜煎餅只係$13 ,蘿蔔糕大大件都係$5咋,
好抵呀!煎餅攞上手熱辣辣,咬一啖,
香濃嘅肉汁同埋新鮮嘅韭菜味道攻入黎,
估唔到真係咁好味,
見到入邊有啲姐姐喺度包緊水餃煎餃,

早放工經過想睇下買唔買到糯米糍,好多時候7點幾已經無曬今日早放見到仲有。芝麻糍米滋:其實比起以前第一次食真心縮咗水好多,個皮係較軟身個種唔知係錯覺定點好似無以前咁煙un 芝麻個沙糖比較多,所以比較甜。眉豆茶果就唔錯,咸甜咸甜咁,眉豆有好香既五香粉味另外買咗燒賣都想睇下質素如何。

民豐係好有歷史的老舖,沒有冷氣,門口有即煎檔口仔,成間舖都有陣陣熱風吹出黎,每次嗱嗱聲比完錢都會快快脆行返出去。我雖然唔係住喺荃灣,但每次經過果附近,都必定買返十隻八隻糯米糍返屋企同家人分享,可惜民豐的質素已經大不如前,我老公仲食到肚痾🤢。琴晚上小巴返屋企前買了花生味及芝麻味糯米糍,以往民豐的糯米糍鬆軟香滑,好似捉住隻兔仔咁,大力少少都會將d餡料唧左出黎,搞到成身都係,所以我例必返屋企前買,再拎返屋企食。短短唔駛半小時的車程,一返屋企就即刻食,一拎起粒芝麻味已覺得怪怪,唔似以往鬆軟手感,好似雪左隔夜咁死死實實👎🏻食落鞋口👎🏻,我再拎粒花生味試,糯米糍有些細孔滲出啡色的水🤢,發出似爛香蕉嘅怪味👎🏻,我老公唔為意,食左成粒,痾左成晚,呢個變壞程度,唔似係短短的車程造成,而且全程仲係有冷氣的,至少涼過間舖,應該係賣果刻已有問題。怕街坊食左會肚痛,我出於好心打返比民豐叫佢唔好賣果批糯米糍出街,店主喺電話度叫個師傅黎,鬧佢下次唔好再搓定d糯米,賣晒先再搓,相信呢個就係唔再鬆軟同變壞的原因🤢。

Min Fong Hong was founded in 1953, it s a time honoured brand in the neighbourhood. This deep fried chives cakes is one of the signature products in the shop - HK$13, freshly made, its indeed quite crispy, but then fairly speaking I am not particularly impressed - the fillings did not have any special flavours and the cake's texture is a bit like "Shanghaiese red bean paste pancake". Maybe their mochis (another signature) would be more impressive? 🤔

這晚少有地夜晚在荃灣,晚上9點左右經過見到民豐還未關門!平日都是日間經過,總是很墟冚,以為這小店跟街市一樣六七點就會關門,想不到會營業至這麼晚。看到茶果及糯米滋仍有大量供應,尤其是茶果,像是新整好的一底,就決定買返個來食下。店員姨姨遞一個給我,啊!是暖暖地的!我的猜測沒錯,真是新整的,晚上9點竟然還吃到新鮮的茶果!糯米皮夠煙韌,眉豆餡咸咸甜甜,非常可口,個人覺得比糯米滋更正!P.S. 晚上煎韮菜餅蘿蔔糕那個爐頭就沒有開,望過去仍有兩舊瓷飯。

店員姨姨遞一個給我,啊!是暖暖地的!我的猜測沒錯,真是新整的,晚上9點竟然還吃到新鮮的茶果!糯米皮夠煙韌,眉豆餡咸咸甜甜,非常可口,個人覺得比糯米滋更正!

P.S. 晚上煎韮菜餅蘿蔔糕那個爐頭就沒有開,望過去仍有兩舊瓷飯。

昨晚去荃灣,順道替爸媽買明天的早餐,來了民豐粉麵行買冬菇包和菜肉包。在買蒸包的同時,我去了排隊買煎餃子,有點肚餓嘛。這裡餃子五元兩件,算是便宜,當然吃兩件不飽,所以我買了四件餃子。整袋餃子蠻有份量,每顆餃子挺飽滿的。餃子煎至微微焦黃,餃皮不薄不厚,脆度一般。四顆餃子中有一顆完全破掉,韭菜餡料都四散。韭菜餃子比白菜餃子味道濃厚,白菜餃子相對清新,最好先嚐白菜口味,再嚐韭菜的,那麼就不會蓋掉白菜原味。
