週六逛街,收獲不錯,肚子餓在附近找吃的。裝修簡約走傳統木系和風設計,餐牌選擇不多,基本上分冷熱丼飯飲品,小食則炸物為主。地方雅致,播放日本音樂,氣氛舒服放鬆。餃子大板燒先來一份,無肥肉的餃子,皮煎得完全熟透,皮薄不硬,餡不多,有肉有菜,配上大板燒汁和出手大方的木魚,吃起來不油膩,味道濃縮。手羽明太子雞翼炸得金黃香口,皮好薄,雞肉不乾身,即叫即做,加了明太子咸咸辣辣,更加滋味。豆腐魚餅熱辣辣炸起,像薯餅的外表,炸得不太油,内部口感軟綿綿,有蔬菜顆粒,增添層次。吉列炸蝦餅火喉有輕微感到多了少少,整體不過不失,配沙律醬吃酸甜解膩。炸椎茸脆面薄,冬菇鮮嫩,蝦肉也滑,兩樣撘,都做到調味恰好,唧上檸檬汁酸香不少。醬油漬角切三文魚配醬燒三交魚腩三文魚醬油掩過特別美味,顏色靚,配上魚油滿滿的燒三文魚腩,魚皮卜卜脆,魚肉嫩,加入蟹籽、粟米青瓜🥒中華沙律等配飯吃大滿足。原條蒲燒鰻魚大大條蒲燒鰻魚加上厚玉子,珍珠米煙韌,飯量適中,粒粒分明,玉子蛋味濃,還有大量木魚絲增咬口,外脆內嫩,無魚骨,吃得放心。食後感:位置好找,環境舒適,上菜挺快,食物中上,價錢合理。P.S. 今餐我們好醒目50分鐘埋單,享受到七五折
