記得好多年前在銅鑼灣上班,有一段時間愛上了江仔記嘅魚蛋粉,每天放工都心思思想回家前食番碗。之後轉咗吾係銅鑼灣返工,有時都會特登去食番碗。喜歡呢喥D河粉又幼又滑,湯底食完吾會口渴,而且魚蛋有魚味之餘又彈牙,雖然不及以前香港仔謝記嗰D魚蛋好食,但比其他店舖好味。但價錢已由以前二十幾蚊加到現在三十幾蚊一碗了。還有呢度啲炸魚皮都有好多捧場客,別的店子魚皮一浸落D湯度就好快淋,但呢度啲魚皮浸咗好耐都仲脆卜卜。

I got 四寶河, 通菜 with beancurd and fried fish skin. 四寶 includes fish skin dumpling, cuttlefish ball, fish ball and pork ball. The cuttlefish ball taste different this time, it is hard. Others taste good as before. The noodles include spring onion and dried garlic, matches well with the broth. 河 is smooth and soft. Those who love spicy, you must try the chili sauce here. They claim is it homemade and 100% Hong Kong. 通菜 with beancurd taste good, you can ask for more/less beancurd. Fried fish skin is very crunchy.

還記得高中的時候,逢星期五我都要到銅鑼灣的耀華街上英文課。下課時已是夜深,總覺飢餓轆轆。讀書時期,零錢不多,變相在銅鑼灣這個上流地區的食物選擇也不多。而我,每次都會到江仔記吃一碗魚蛋河,因為她是屬於平民的美味。直至現在,我仍對魚蛋河有一種難以形容的情結。介紹的是江仔記。高中的時候,前往補習的地方,必定經過這間麵店,常常看到人龍。一天便決定到店內一試,結果一試難忘。魚蛋河有趣的地方是魚蛋和魚片放在河粉下面,豫如在海中尋寶一樣。相比起德昌魚蛋河,光仔記的魚蛋更爽口彈牙和鮮。河粉滑得很,但不像德昌的散。魚湯吃得出由豬肉熬製。錦上添花的地方是店舖自家製的辣椒醬又香又辣,不像街外的沒有辣椒味。值得一提的是江仔記選用的醋是黑色的鎮江醋,有別於平日麵店選用紅色的浙江醋。初時覺得配搭有點奇怪,後來覺得鎮江醋與魚蛋河更為匹配,醋的酸味無瑕的襯托了魚蛋的魚鮮和鹹味。配菜方面,江仔記在兩家中做得最出色,青蔥、冬菜、乾蒜茸亦兼備。

去親銅鑼灣多數食日本野食,但個日同朋友行完街身上只剩下40大元左右就試左呢間粉麵店啦😂呢間店有兩層,當晚已晚上8點左右但仍坐無虛席,證明應該係唔錯既Budget太少所以只可叫個四寶河,但內裡既魚蛋,墨丸同魚皮餃都幾好食,所以算值得,下次經過會再幫襯

After 6 hours of overtime work, i really want to get some food and boost up my energy. It is 11 30 pm in CWB, is hard to find a restaurant which is still open and serve comfort foodBehind the busy time square area i found out a small corner shop which still open and serve one of my all time flavor comfort food-Fish Ball. Behind the busy time square area i found out a small corner shop which still open and serve one of my all time flavor comfort food-Fish Ball. Kong Chai Kee, i heard form my friend say it establish in Central and is a must try fish ball noodles shop in the city. They open a franchisee shop in other CBD , yeah -cant wait and run inside to try their infamous bouncy fish ball!!!!!!

Just within a minute the fish ball ho fan arrive, there are 3 pieces of fish ball and 4 pieces of fish slices on top, also include spring onion and some deep fired garlic. I like it very much, the fish ball is so juicy , you can feel the fish mince brended so even, it was smooth and creamy. Then the pork bone and shark bone soup is pure and addictive. I nearly finish the whole bowl of noodles. Moreover, the chili sauce which is provided in every single fish ball restaurant are delicious. They claim their chilly oil is homemade and 100% made in Hong Kong.

Conclusion

It is a well established fish ball ho fun and i would like to come back and try again.
