常在銅記出沒的我們,第一次食這家「江仔記」。因為銅鑼灣實在有太多太多選擇,導致平時最近的食店變成最遠的距離。今天,因有點事讓你久等了。延至晚上的九時,才來到「江仔記」食我們的Late dinner。可能因為有點晚,店內食客不多,店員都可以悠閒一下。坐到了四人卡座,幾舒適,店內燈光亦好光猛,感覺好乾淨!而且食物,幾乎是即叫即上!繁忙市區下仍能生存到的食店,這椒的效率當之無愧!魚皮餃麵 HKD 33.00肥膏最愛的魚皮餃,不同一般的麵店,用的是四海魚皮餃。這裡的魚皮餃比較大粒,用料也比較實在,好味。另外叫了多蒜,令整個麵的更加濃香惹味。四寶河 HKD 35.00原來四寶可以說是六寶!因為不只有四樣餸,包括有魚片,白魚蛋,豬肉丸,墨魚丸,魚皮餃,以及魚札。第一次食魚札,原來都幾好食!入面有木耳絲,令到魚札的口感好爽口。墨魚丸也好味!最正是滑滑的河粉,加上多蒜,好惹味!整體不錯,覺得食完會再光顧。以銅鑼灣區來說,這物價也算是可接受的了!

因為不只有四樣餸,包括有魚片,白魚蛋,豬肉丸,墨魚丸,魚皮餃,以及魚札。
第一次食魚札,原來都幾好食!入面有木耳絲,令到魚札的口感好爽口。
墨魚丸也好味!
最正是滑滑的河粉,加上多蒜,好惹味!

This is without a doubt the best fishball noodle place in Hong Kong. This noodle shop is an oasis in a sea of shit. The fishball noodles are incredibly good. The deep fried fish skin is heavenly. The vegetables are lovely. If I had to pick a place that epitomised HK cuisine and culture, this would be the place.Save yourself the disappointment of going to Tsui Wah and come straight here.

The fishball noodles are incredibly good. The deep fried fish skin is heavenly. The vegetables are lovely.

If I had to pick a place that epitomised HK cuisine and culture, this would be the place.

Save yourself the disappointment of going to Tsui Wah and come straight here.

能夠以『粉麵專家』來做鋪頭名,我對江仔記自然產生了一種期望。店面其實也頗迫,晚市時段便要兩位客人逼在卡位的一邊,進食時難免左手撞右手,挺不方便。牛肚墨丸河 $41四字頭一碗雙拼河粉絕對不便宜,還好味道搭夠。牛肚非常稔身而且夠入味,食落不會痴牙,不過我覺得師傅切得太幼身了,令本來已經稔的牛肚口感欠奉。至於墨丸就不夠彈牙,但咬落仍然感受到墨魚粒。河粉比平日吃到的都要薄要晶瑩剔透得多,口味很滑,不過缺點是很容易夾散。炸魚皮 $16炸魚皮口味還可以,不過要數我更來吃過最好的炸魚皮,北角潮樂園還是優勝得多。

It was my first time there though  it has been around for forever. You are required to queue a bit and order when you queue when the resturant is full (which is always the case).  Food is fine but not spectacular . Nothing to complain about the quality but the service is really horrible. I dun deserve this! Will not go back.

This joint has two floors and is extremely busy because it is in the heart of CWB next to some big malls.

Went for the dumplings with noodles.
The noodles were really good because there was no alkaline taste, they were thin and so silky that they kept slipping from my chopsticks.
The dumplings were filled with springy prawns, bamboo shoot slices and black fungus.

姨姨的魚蛋粉就比較樸實,記得以前讀書時候有位老師曾經講過自己最喜歡吃的是魚蛋粉,當時小弟少狂膚淺嘛,就想普普通通一碗魚蛋粉究竟有什麼好吃?後來終於明白了。

簡簡單單吃碗粉,加碟腐乳通菜,再來杯凍檸蜜,全單也不過大約百多元,以銅鑼灣區來講實在便宜。雖然這頓不是什麼大魚大肉,但卻令人感到滿足。

滂沱大雨的那天,跟朋友在銅鑼灣道別後,就要一個孤獨食,因為朋友還有公事要做。所以我又走回江仔記,時間約八時不用等。只打算點四寶河,後來加了凍檸茶 $9,望著對面的食客吃著炸魚皮又點了。四寶河 $33 比起2月來食已加了$1,不禁概嘆物價不斷增長,而人工卻龜速增長。河粉份量仍然足夠,魚蛋、豬肉、墨魚丸等也繼續彈牙很好吃。至於炸魚皮 $8 有點失望,魚皮質地太硬,要浸湯才能食用,幸好是點湯麵加$8有細份量。離開時又開始下大雨,幸好只是十多步就走到對面的巴士站乘車離開。

滂沱大雨的那天,跟朋友在銅鑼灣道別後,就要一個孤獨食,因為朋友還有公事要做。所以我又走回江仔記,時間約八時不用等。只打算點四寶河,後來加了凍檸茶 $9,望著對面的食客吃著炸魚皮又點了。
四寶河 $33 比起2月來食已加了$1,不禁概嘆物價不斷增長,而人工卻龜速增長。河粉份量仍然足夠,魚蛋、豬肉、墨魚丸等也繼續彈牙很好吃。

至於炸魚皮 $8 有點失望,魚皮質地太硬,要浸湯才能食用,幸好是點湯麵加$8有細份量。
