中午同朋友去食,都幾多人,呢間主打五香同麻辣麵,味道好似內地北方個啲麵咁,你幾香口嘅,但油有啲多,叫得辣要預咗叫埋嘢飲。我都算係食到辣,但主要係啲油有啲刺激,怕辣嘅可以叫清湯,清湯我試咗朋友個碗,都係比較重口。牛肚幾軟腍,同入味。啲粉係好似紅薯粉咁,口感幾獨特,但可以硬少少~Overall都ok ge,但個人唔太鍾意呢種辣。

剛從歐洲回來,在飛機上就想吃家鄉菜了。今天跟室友打掃完屋子,決定來碗碗香一飽口福:)我們分別要了清湯和紅油牛肉粉,老貴陽的特色。第一口喝湯,就幸福得眼淚差點流下了。老闆說,骨頭湯都是新鮮上等的肉跟骨頭熬製,而且加上海鹽去腥味,味道格外鮮美。我室友超級喜歡粉裡面的酸菜!這也是貴陽特色,幾乎每家都有一個泡菜罈子。也是牛肉粉羊肉粉的絕配小菜。而且肉很多,份量很足!超級喜歡😘因為真是想念貴州美食了,又特意要了一份貴州辣子雞!雞皮彈口,雞肉入味,辣椒🌶️跟油滲入肉裡面,滿滿的童年回憶。還有兩背苦葶茶🍵我媽的最愛!出了貴州才知道,這種茶的清甜。配上牛肉粉,可以降火解暑。老闆說,下個月灣仔分店就要開業啦,附近的朋友們,不要錯過呀!

U need to get the order form ensuring that you have made your order. A gut sitting next to me didn’t get the form and unable to get his noodle even had waited for 20 minutes.

個人認為,午餐嚟講份量都剛剛好,牛肉粉啲牛肉都唔會太少~上菜速度都快,不過要留意中午時段每人用餐40分鐘

整體來講唔錯嘅!大家可以一試!有機會嘅話下次要試埋佢啲小食~~~價錢方面比起一般粉面餐廳可能都屬於偏貴,但佢坐落於銅鑼灣,都好合理嘅!🙈

放工後在利園一帶想找家餐廳快食,經過這家小店感覺頗有特色,看到價錢不貴又有位,就直接進去了。小店主打貴陽菜,店員推介牛肉粉,說辣和不辣都好吃,和朋友就直接點了一碗小辣和一碗不辣。另外店員亦推介自家製苦丁茶,可以解辣,跟餐可以半價。值得一讚廚房出菜很快,非常適合趕時間的我。粉面比較粗身,質感像是比較粗的米線。牛肉分別有牛𦟌和牛腩,牛肉味很濃也很入味,肉質一點也不韌。小辣更多添了一份香料香味,輕輕的麻辣感非常過癮。苦丁茶點了冰的,但朋友點熱的更好喝,帶微苦但很易入口,可以下火是不錯的選擇。小店不用加一,性價比很高,絕對再有下次。

我地另外叫左 牛筋 豬肉丸 豆腐 烏江魚

其他餸食麵都有得揀的 除左魚
魚有4-5 件 好滑有鮮味
牛筋同豆腐都好食
丸就 鞋口左少少
個湯都幾酸但唔算辣
唔食食到流哂汗
反而覺得佢太酸
整體都可以

豬手粉- 無加紅油
如果想食辣, 可以叫佢加紅油
豬手有滷過 但個湯底今日有d油⋯⋯上次食清爽d 真係好鐘意佢d粉既texture

之前去開附近食飯,見到哩間好似食米線的店好吸引,於是今日相約位朋友再過黎品嚐,我們叫了兩碗粉加兩杯飲品。飲品苗鄉苦丁茶: 我問朋友苦丁是否即系苦瓜?朋友說不是,這是貴州才有出產的茶葉之一,他曾經到訪過當地旅遊,買了些回來自己泡,但就是泡不到在當地飲到的這種茶口味,他說沒想到在香港這裡能再嘆番此茶,此茶飲落口內好舒服,完全唔會苦澀,有小小甜,而當吞入喉嚨後還會有回甘的味道持續兩三秒,很特别。鹵香豬手粉: 豬手的軟骨位和肉質都好淋好入味,個湯底一飲,嘩,令人不斷想再飲,非常的濃香,而當中有些椰菜酸酸甜甜的,似是泡菜預先醃製過一樣,味道可口開胃,至於個粉,原來貴州人叫佢做米粉,佢有别於我們一般食開的幼身米粉,睇落佢個樣似發脹左既米線,食落質感都似米線,但相比米線會更滑的口感。清湯牛肉粉: 當中有些牛展,食落有小小麻辣,而根位部份咬落唔會un,至於牛肉色澤一睇估計應該好入味,但咬落又唔會好咸,味道剛剛好,好淋,唔會有渣,用嫩滑黎形容就最岩。食完個粉飲埋杯苦丁茶,已將口腔內剛剛好濃味道的牛肉和湯底的餘韻都消除哂,唔洗食香口珠去清口氣。
