牡丹蝦壽司🍣:牡丹蝦頗為巨型,肉質爽滑鮮美,特別之處係師傅將牡丹蝦膏壓平再用火槍燒變成又薄又脆脆哋嘅一片,放喺牡丹蝦壽司🍣上邊,又靚又好食😋

吞拿魚腩手卷:師傅首先將ネギトロ吞拿魚蓉同埋香蔥同埋米飯加入個碗裏邊,跟住最特別就係將一片「吞拿魚皮下脂肪」用火槍將油燒出嚟滴落個碗裏邊,然後撈勻,再然後用紫菜包成手卷😋;ネギトロ 因為有吞拿魚魚油,所以勁甘香勁好味👍
