講起觀塘食野,又食日本野,點可以唔推介一下「菊月町」,由從前細鋪搬大鋪都一直有留意,現在座位更多,真係啱晒我地,多一點位置、讓我們更容易訂位👍🏻!菊月町晚市主打廚師發辦外,還有鐵板餐、吉列定食等…好讓滿左每一位的美食慾望。今回我就先再嚐他們的Omakase - 爍雨:先付、季節剌身、鐵板燒季節料理、手握壽司、雲丹盛吸物、時令果物,共23款,非常豐富。前菜先有乾爽的鱈魚乾,咸香螢光魷魚,再有咬口枝豆,確讓人開胃一番。鯛魚真嗣,即係魚春,口感微辣。炸蟹仔由生即炸至熟,酥脆香口,非常特別!水果蕃茄加咗芝麻醬,清甜多汁。岩手縣雪解蠔海水味重,再加了紫蘇葉汁和微甜的黃金山女魚卵,令蠔味更濃郁,更Creamy。北海道甜蝦加以蝦膏、蝦醬、炒香的蝦籽和魚子醬,製作甜蝦多士,入口酥脆,更覺惹味。以伊佐木刺生伴以櫻桃蘿蔔和經炒香的魚子製成他他,口感清新煙靭,有咬口。赤貝爽脆,再有炙燒的裙邊加一小撮生七味粉,更添辛香,再伴以蘆筍平衡,鮮甜爽口。鰤魚(即野生油甘魚)熟成七日,魚味更濃厚,燒過後油香豐富,帶出魚脂香味,綴以酸爽的意大利湯汁,更添香濃滋味。愛知縣象拔蚌爽口鮮甜,極富咬口,食前可摘下紫蘇花和紫蘇葉拌
