湯-夠味但鹹,牛腩-比較韌但沒起渣,全瘦肉牛味一般;牛筋-夠淋但沒有咬口,都算入味;整體未至於難食,順路可以體驗下,老店嘅風味,專程入去大埔就可以慳番。 不過眼見唔少街坊幫襯,所以每個人都有兒時味道。

今日去左大埔好出名既「蔡潤記」食lunch,因為之前去,佢都好早關門(3:00 就關了星期六)今次我地1:00幾就去了😚😚本來想吃炸魚皮,也賣完,鋪頭好似都係幫襯熟客多,一去到餐牌都未睇,伙記就問我地想食咩😂我地叫左牛腩麵($34)同牛根米($34)好味既特別係個湯,面都唔錯,不過牛腩同牛根都不太特別。。。無話好多汁或者好重肉味😅😅有一點點失望😞不過佢既環境好地道香港風,值得一讚,而且依家好少餐廳有枝裝汽水🥤喇!

牛筋牛腩河加魚蛋加底,見好多人都係咁叫,梗係照跟喇!去大埔無數次,都係朋友介紹先第一次幫襯,上晝十一點半到,由於得兩個人整粉麵,所以等左半個鐘先有得食。34蚊一碗單拼麵,每加一個餸就加16蚊,算係良心價。魚蛋真係好彈牙,細細粒易入口,所以好快就食完要後加一碗淨魚蛋先可以滿足。牛筋同牛腩牛味濃,另外,炸魚皮本身好脆,浸一浸湯先食效果唔錯。總括唻講我會俾4/5星。本身鍾情於大埔群記嘅我,食完蔡潤記之後,會多些來幫襯。
