好多人話大埔嘅蔡潤記魚蛋粉好出名,今日一試,感覺很差。入到鋪就傳來異味,我諗係多年來嘅鹼水味導致成間鋪有一陣奇怪嘅味道。午餐時間,叫咗一碗魚蛋牛腩河同埋一碗魚片牛腩河。相當失望嘅魚蛋魚片:粒魚蛋真係細過粒乒乓波一半,塊魚片同郵票差不多大,幾環保。湯底淡而無味,牛腩又唔入味,唯獨是個河粉叫做平平凡凡。食完一次真係唔會再去。本來試炸魚皮,不過算吧,連普通一碗魚旦粉都整得咁差,其他唔方好。咁就浪費了我中午的quota。

土生土長大埔人應該無咩人會唔識蔡潤記因為中學時在大埔墟附近返學所以每日都會行出大埔墟或者火車站搵食魚蛋粉係其中一款常常食既野因為夠平學生仲有汽水飲添讀左大學開始反而無咩點留係大埔食肆都變左好多但蔡潤記都仲係到今日係專登行出大埔墟就係想食返中學既味道行入門口基本上餐牌都唔洗睇直接就叫左碗牛腩河加魚皮其實好奢侈細個個陣唔會加魚皮呀叔好熟練地落單紙都唔洗寫湯底仍然濃郁河粉唔會爛霉霉牛腩入味成碗粉都係精神的你話佢係最好食又唔係就是一種歷久不衰的味道

假期一定周圍搵食既我 今日去左大埔蔡潤記 下晝兩點幾先去到 都仲可以full house河粉仲已經賣哂 真係好誇張喎! 嗌左魚蛋魚片米同牛筋牛肚麵(牛腩又係賣哂)再加一碗淨牛丸。我個人覺得魚片係好食過魚蛋既 我比較鐘意食大粒少少有咬口啲既潮州魚蛋 蔡潤記既魚蛋比較細粒同滑身朋友嗌既牛肚牛筋麵 湯頭好香濃。最好食就係呢碗淨牛丸 超級彈牙 仲要係我最愛既牛筋丸!!! 下次要買一斤返屋企打邊爐哈哈! 不過魚蛋粉黎講 價錢都真係幾貴。

The slices were a lot better, has more fish flavour and much less salty. Very small serving when considering the price. Beef brisket was ok, again a bit heavy on the salt. 大埔一向多出名嘅小店,呢間蔡潤記確係必食推介,上星期六,我們一行三人專程黎幫襯,果然冇令我地失望。潮州辣椒油,係靈魂所在, 食潮州魚蛋魚片加少少確實可以帶出鲜味來!淨魚蛋魚片, 魚蛋很彈牙, 魚片切很薄, 有很香嘅大地魚味道!金錢肚夠厚身,入口有咬勁!牛丸都唔錯很有牛肉味!亦好有彈力,好啱我胃口!牛腩炆得夠味, 肉質紮實!最正就係個河粉,很滑很滑,入口不易斷,每條都很幼細!仲有係一張大圓枱,坐滿八個人,大家三唔識七,為的只是一碗令人滿滿口福及貨真價實可飽肚嘅港人美食!
