難得有MeTime咁我都要為自己搵啲節目先得嘅,所以就約左係鰂魚涌返工嘅表妹食晚飯,咁就佢返工附近嘅陳儀興尚潮樓係食潮州嘢啦~酒樓環境係唔錯,帶點有古典氣息~當我地一坐底店員姨姨就為我地送上工夫茶及前菜,仲教我地係進餐時飲點點回味甘喉嘅功夫茶可以有消滯功效,同時又可以清清喉,咁一陣進餐時就可以更加食得出好味道哦~先嚟 潮州凍馬友,依個真心覺得有驚喜,因為起左條骨而且一件件咁切好,所以入口就可以啖啖肉,而且肉質好滑又充滿魚油香,所以真係令人回味嘅~另一個 滷水鵝片,鮮嫩而且肥瘦均勻鵝肉薄切,入口已經好有鵝肉香,千其唔好漏左底下嘅嫩滑滷豆腐,佢滷得好入味~方魚炒芥蘭,硬硬嘅方魚好有咬感,入口就好似食緊魚乾咁,個口感都幾得意,而芥蘭就新鮮又爽口~不得不提依個 二十年老菜脯燉豬肚湯,湯底好清甜,而且都係好足料,大大條菜脯加埋大大件入味又夠淋嘅豬肚。最好就係佢個豬肚好乾淨,食落完全冇腥味同污穢嘢,真係可以話食得安心又放心~最後就食埋潮州粥就沛女滿足晒啦~

星期二從鄉下回到香港,晚上不想煮飯,於是到家對面的陳儀興尚潮樓吃晚飯。首先先上功夫茶,小小一杯,每人有兩杯,另外茶芥$15一位。滷水鵝片鵝片肉質不會韌,有很多片,蘸醋或辣椒醬吃都很好吃,下面還有嫩嫩的豆腐。潮州凍馬友第一次吃凍馬友,魚肉很新鮮又嫩滑,一點兒也不腥,但要注意會有魚骨。豆醬炒通菜份量很多,通菜新鮮又嫩,炒得很美味。胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯豬肚完全不會苦,湯的胡椒味很出,是好喝的湯。潮州白粥白粥很綿之外還吃得到顆粒感,清清地,很下火。
