有朋自遠方來,應該幫佢洗塵,食個晚飯見見面。友人從加拿大返港,對中菜非常懐念,所以訂了一間潮州菜館聚一聚。先來一杯工夫茶,回味甘喉,醒!潮州凍馬友魚骨不多,啖啖肉,有少少鹹味,跟白粥一流。二十年老菜脯燉豬肚湯聴講老菜脯非常有蓋,可促進益生菌在腸內繁殖,當然要試吓。湯底清甜,不是老火湯那麼種濃稠,比較喜歡。肚肉苦瓜煲有苦瓜,冬菇,炸䔉和肉排,所有材料吸收到苦瓜嘅甘苦味,清熱,好味。芋蓉原隻帶子好大粒啊!外酥內軟糯,芋香滿溢,帶子嫰滑,滋味。

食物都正常,但埋單時一開始碌錯咗 card... 幾百蚊變咗二千幾,睇到眼都突同嚇到個心到離一離,食飯如果唔 check單同碌card單嘅就大鑊啦。

依家越嚟越多分店,食物 Ok環境係靚咗 (敗筆係要去店同層個商場廁所,然後個廁所係沖唔都水 -___- 但呢個唔關間舖事嘅)但反而個感覺無以前新蒲崗嗰時咁開心,啲 staff 有d hard sell(不停叫你叫海鮮嗰啲啦),服務態度就一般,整體就有小小掃興啦

事後小插曲,話説懶惰如我係經 Openrice 網上訂位嘅,個訂位除咗 Rice Dollar 係無折頭。但事後佢哋話我無出席,咁我正常就同 Openrice 方面反映返啦,之後店鋪即刻好熱心地 message 我,問我拎單 record 又問我幾位光顧。呢個事後嘅突然受寵若驚呀真係… 😂
