最後一定要介紹這一個鹵水鵝肝, 鵝肝口感棉滑,可謂入口即溶。 火喉拿捏得準確, 保留了肝臟應有的那份細滑細緻。點一下白醋,  平衡了鵝肝的油膩感, 令人都吃幾塊也沒有罪疚感。

【 汕頭煎蠔烙】 即是我哋常食開的潮式蠔餅, 蠔烙金黃鬆脆, 蠔仔肉大大粒, 非常之肥美。 而且用料十足, 每一口都帶有蠔仔肉, 點少少魚露, 更能帶出鮮味。
