📍鐵板灌湯生煎飽

這也是即叫即整,由我地落單到上菜,大概30分鐘左右,餐廳職員都提點我地要小心鐵板。由於用鐵板盛著,生煎飽真的很熱很燙口,而且飽亦煎得脆口,當咬到飽中心,湯汁即時流出,燙口而且肉汁鮮甜,很好味。都話熱既食物係最好味啦,呢款真心推介

餐廳播放著懷舊國語歌,好有老上海既味道,而在這裡用餐也不用擔心太嘈吵。餐廳職員都密密手沖水和執碟,亦沒有趕食客結帳,服務都可以呀。和L小姐邊食邊食計,起碼逗留了3小時☺️☺️😆 過了一個愉快的中午😇

Another highlight is the pork tower. The preserved vegetables and the pork taste and mix so well!!! It is lovely to eat with crispy bun or steamed bun!!!

The fried dumplings tastes normal and has soup inside but all of them are not fried enough!!! 😝😝😝

Another crazy dish is the eel!!! 😖😖😖Although it does not taste bad with onion, it is not classic enough. It should come with caraway and bean sprout!!! To be frank, it is hard to find this now. Please le me know if you know where it is!!!

我和朋友二人進入餐廳被安排在類似茶餐廳對坐位,檯面只適合放每人一個碟頭飯,叫了茶讓侍應把一壺開水拿走,因為空間太小,理解此地的貴租。我們叫了998元的套餐,食物質素也是令人失望!除了醬油大蝦處理的比較好,冷盤不過不失,這碗所謂的魚翅湯就是一碗雞肉和豬肉的湯,把湯渣撈出來之後,湯只剩下半小碗,魚翅在碗底才看到小小的幾條。蘆筍炒鴿肉鮑魚,簡直就是笑話!蘆筍成了青辣椒「超辣」,鴿肉你的牙無法咬非常堅韌,鮑魚只是二片薄薄的關頭鮑魚「還可能是螺片」因為到此時察覺不到餐廳對食客的誠意了。還沒結束那碗牛肝菌和牛炒飯,上來的時候是很香,但當你一口吃下去時感覺是滿口的油膩,每粒飯都包裹著油,廚師的水準太不合格了,一碗炒飯做成這樣比不上茶餐廳的普通炒飯。侍應的服務這裡不累述,不要期望就合理了。

除了淮揚小品,還有一碗看起來很吸引的 龍蝦上海手工麵
橙色的湯其實只是清湯來,而且味道是超級淡味那種,另外手工麵的份量很多。
幸好龍蝦還算不錯,口感都幾紮實彈牙,還有薺菜鮮肉雲吞是整個麵中最濃味的。

🤫 十里洋場餐廳名詩情畫意..裝修走高級路線..價錢亦都係中高價..可惜比我嘅第一個感覺係..服務並未去到應有嘅水平..首先好多餐廳都有指定嘅入座時間..問題係你要我Book 六點枱..竟然真係搭正六點正先開門..然後所有早到嘅客人全部迫喺門口度等候..雖然餐廳準時開店係冇錯嘅..但係係咪會有更加好嘅安排呢🤨

🤫 再嚟就係另一個要讚嘅項目~醃篤鮮..喺香港地醃篤鮮真係已經比較少見..所謂嘅醃意旨醃製嘅鹹肉..篤就係以慢火長時間煨煮嘅烹調方法..而最後嘅鮮係純粹鮮味嘅形容詞🤪十里洋場嘅醃篤鮮係出色嘅..竹筍鹹肉嘅鮮味鹹香全部都能夠引發出嚟..再加上份量相當多嘅百頁..乳白色嘅湯汁味道濃厚..連飯腳仔都要添飲

一路食其實都冇咩招呼,碟,碗唔會換,叫佢換好似麻煩到佢地,食左未夠1個鐘,同我地講last order有咩好叫,叫左甜品,咸野仲未上哂菜就話上甜品碟,我話你地係咪趕人走,跟住個類似經理走埋黎話,你open rice訂架麻,佢果到寫明1.5小時,我話係咩,我睇唔到,下次唔訂,佢話咁下唔好訂囉,跟住走開。。。甜品未食完,已經攞張單黎叫我地埋單,我食左3200蚊,食得極唔愉快

十里洋場,闊別多年的上海菜餐廳,裝潢摩登,環境舒適,而且保持到食物水準,依然咁好食!黑松露珍珠煙燻糖心蛋,上桌時仙氣滿滿,煙燻味十足,色香味俱全。茶皇煙燻脆皮雞同樣煙燻味十足,雖然香脆,但多吃就偏鹹了,最好伴飯來吃。糟溜魚片不過不失;第一次食香煎灌湯小籠包,香脆多汁,比起傳統蒸小籠包,食法特別。甜品大愛香芋雪糕高力,服務員值得嘉許,溫馨提示這個甜品可以根據人頭選擇份量,如果唔係,兩人食四件太多了!

上一次嚟食大閘蟹,覺得環境同服務都唔錯;今次散叫小菜。因為人多,叫咗好多嘢。想特別介紹嘅係糖心蛋、東坡肉同豬大腸。糖心蛋煙燻得啱啱好,蛋黃非常滑,而且好有蛋香;用黑松露整咗一啲細細嘅黑珍珠粒撒喺蛋面,又好睇又香。東坡肉落咗好多刀功將五花腩切成薄片,拼砌成立體金字塔,賣相有啲震撼。扣肉入口即溶,梅菜鹹咗啲,配夾餅食,冇咁油膩。豬大腸有個好好聽嘅名,叫碧綠圈子;大腸煮得好腍好入味,芡汁稍為甜;而隨碟嘅蔬菜用咗豆苗,好香嫩。今次介紹嘅其中兩個菜,都屬於三高、重口味。有興趣試的話量力而為☺️
