前陣子去了會展,所以晚飯決定在港島區吃,最後選了到上環的119Plus。來這裡的主因是想吃這個鐵錘飯。有工者就有飯吃! 所以飯前先出丁點力,拿着餐廳提供的鐵錘,把上面硬身的酥皮敲破。(有看到揮動中的鐵錘嗎?)不消一會兒,酥皮被完全敲破了,可以把酥皮跟海鮮意大利飯都混合。這個鐵錘海鮮意大利飯(HK$138) 超好吃的! 帶有濃郁的意大利飯香。中間的海鮮有蝦、帶子及魷魚圈,而魷魚圈的口感是最好的。每粒飯都有汁包圍住,亦不會太濕。我跟朋友們一致認為這個海鮮意大利飯真的很好吃,而且又大份。雖然119 Plus是韓國餐廳,但餐牌上有不少特色食品。我們點了一份野人韓牛(HK$148),但何謂野人韓牛? 就是牛肉是半生熟的冷食菜色。每片牛肉上面都有蒜蓉(感覺好像還吃到薑的辣)及蔥。因為野人韓牛本身沒什麼味道,主要靠上面的蒜蓉帶出刺激感。不過,我覺得吃的時候可以再沾一下這個醬,再多一點鮮味,味道會更有層次。之後是愛吃鵝肝的男友點了一份紅塔鵝肝(HK$128),上菜的時候才發現是加入了韓風的鵝肝。紅塔就是蕃茄,入面會夾了鵝肝及泡菜。因為紅塔鵝肝跟西式鵝肝很不同,會煮得較乾得及結實,應該是炸鵝肝的樣子。本

最後一度菜是豚肉鍬紅燒(HK$128),見到豚肉一字,我們以為只得豚肉的,所以上菜的一刻,大家都有猶豫是不是我們點的東西來。後來再仔細看看餐牌上的圖片,才發現原來真的不止豚肉,只是看圖看不出是會有豬大腸。
豚肉鍬紅燒以鐵板上菜,上菜時店員才會把豬手、豬肚、豬大腸等混合。由此我們都不吃豬肚豬大腸,所以就只好挑豚肉吃了。樣子很中式的豚肉鍬紅燒,原來是韓國家常菜滲入惹味泰式料理元素而成。味道很不錯! 喜愛吃豬肚豬大腸的人一定要點來試試。

Other Info. : 新派韓國菜外,餐廳亦有不少經典韓食 eg: 炸雞、醬燒芝士排骨等 份量挺大的,只得女生去吃的話,就不要點太多了!!

一切開蛋卷中間,芝士🧀就會流岀嚟,相當吸引!蛋卷未至於好嫩滑,但係幾有蛋香,上面嘅茄汁同BB沙律醬為蛋卷加添咗調味,配合得幾好,不過一定要襯熱食,如果唔係芝士就會硬咗。

整體黎講,呢度既菜式幾合我心意,味道不錯,價錢合理。

跟住呢個南瓜芝士年糕,話說MENU圖片係啲年糕放係個南瓜到嘅,點知唔係,算啦永遠『圖片只供参考』玩晒。
一舊南瓜都冇,一啲南瓜味都冇。完全只係白汁煙肉蘑菇年糕。仲要有幾舊唔熟嘅年糕。

食完真係好失望,開頭咁好食,3星期後再嚟差到咁??
Other Info. : 等位無清楚標示排隊位置以致有啲客亂企/企錯位而白等 雪藏海鮮識得煮都可以整得好好食嘅,前提係個廚師有冇HEART 如果餐廳因為做大咗而保留唔到原來質素,最後流失客人口碑實在可惜。 仲有要注意根據商品説明條例,MENU嘅嘢,實物都做到/或者有先好賣,唔該。

喝下去清涼鮮甜

原來 海鮮意大利飯真的是用上一個較硬的酥皮來蓋着

而且飯粒不會過濕

每粒飯亦有濃濃的海鮮鮮味

炭燒味道令到飯粒更加香, 更加味美!!

材料方面都佷足夠

滿滿的海鮮配料

個人很喜歡尤魚圈那爽口彈牙

吃時可以再配些弄碎了的酥皮

如果不是吃到中段有點膩口吃不下去

實在是太太太好味了!!!!

比很多連鎖coffee shop 弄的更惹味!!

也點了這道燒濟州鯖魚~~

上桌時是用上Platter 來上

濟州鯖魚是燒烤好原條放上去

再在碟旁放上沙律菜和蕃茄檸檬等配料

賣相精美, 香味不住的飄來~~~

個人覺得鯖魚烤得剛剛好

不要以為皮是烤得黑黑的會過燶

才不是呢~~

魚皮夠薄 皮是烤得脆脆的

而魚肉亦有很鮮嫩的口感

魚肉汁還藏在魚肉裡呢

不過有些魚骨較細條

Why is it called 119? 119 is actually the emergency number in Korea therefore the interior design is themed with fire station elements including road signs, helicopters, etc. While we were waiting for the food to come, we found that there is a small pack of snack imported directly from Korea. 119 Hammer dishes are one of the most popular dishes in the restaurant. It was absolute fun to crack the pastry open. It was actually a lot thicker and harder then we thought. We definitely need more practice to crack better.

The risotto was creamy and a bit cheesy. There were full of calamari rings, prawns, mussels, and scallops. The rich and heaviness from the risotto went very well after mixing with some crunchy pastry pieces. Size was really generous too, it can be able to feed 4 to 6 people easily.

再叫左一個芝士玉子卷 ($ 68)做小食。其實係一個芝士奄列,賣相誘人,表面煎得稍焦,面頭就擠左一整條既忌廉,再加茄醬調味。好野緊係要趁熱食,一切開玉子,惹人垂涎既車打芝士就以半溶既終極形態緩緩流出,令到成個菜式既罪惡程度上升到一個whole new level!味道果然唔錯,難怪為犯罪提供足夠誘因,餐廳唔少食客同我一樣豁出去點左呢個小(?)食。不過少少既complaint係玉子卷有少少過咸,但整體黎講都令我同老友都一致讚好。

多士夾煙肉你就見過,煙肉夾多士你又見過未?呢個爆芝煙肉 ($78)完美示範煙肉既逆襲,最愛佢浮誇又抵死既造形,一塊又一塊既煙肉包住裡面既多士,同巨量既芝士。呢三者基本上係一個必勝既組合,煙肉煎得到位,乾身唔油膩,邪惡既芝士叫我又愛又恨,再加上一塊烘得兩邊平均,既薄且脆既多士,味蕾同減肥既宣言同時失守,用幾分鐘就將成個爆芝煙肉狠狠咁消滅。

醬燒芝士排骨 ($148)係我到韓式炸雞餐廳既另一個必點之選。不過今次我就就稍有失色,排骨調味太重手,醃得過咸,食既時候我甚至有一秒懷疑自己係咪食緊燒肉。芝士量雖多,但都彌補唔到排骨係味道上既敗筆,衷心希望老細可以花時間改良一下。

鐵鎚芝士煙肉通粉 $108
鐵鎚系列似乎係餐廳既招牌特色,係通粉或意粉上面加一層圓拱形既酥皮,好似天幕罩住裡面通粉,。食既時候側邊另上既鐵鎚將酥皮敲碎,再混和通粉一齊食,相當好玩過癮。酥皮加通粉令口感更佳,唔會咁單調,而芝士煙肉通粉煮出水準,比唔少cafe既出品好食。

總的來說我覺得係一間有誠意既餐廳,難怪老友一試愛上,唔一定要最繁華既尖銅旺先有好野食,走遠一d會發掘到新滋味同驚喜。餐廳優點係抵食夾大件,缺點同樣係抵食夾大件,同埋某幾款食物調味太重手,改善到最後一點相信會有更多回頭客。

今日晏就去左食韓國野,呢間開左一後時間,經過左幾次想食都冇位,不過星期六就好d啦,因為人少d啦中上環區都,所以唔洗等就入左黎食喇,我地一行七人,叫左2個鐵錘炸醬麵同2個鐵錘海鮮意大利飯,仲有兩個玉子燒,一個沙律,仲有一個芝士煙肉多士,同埋一份炸雞。野飲方面原本諗住每人叫一樣野飲架,不過個waiter好好人咁叫我地唔好叫咁多住,因為其中個個Liquor Shake It係好大既,可以share飲,真係好采佢叫一叫咋,因為來到之後最後我諗可以3個人飲一支。不過唔好以為我地叫ge野食岩岩好會唔會唔夠食,講真,雖然呢間餐廳價錢唔係好平,不過其實計落係抵食存,因為冇諗過d野食係可以咁大份!

絕對是必點推介~!這個五花肉利用生菜卷上五花油,配上韓式辣醬及泡菜等配料,十分好味。由於本身五花腩已不太肥,所以油份不多,包上生菜上吃,格外清新。
