有成320G, 份量相當足, 賣相討好, 面有燒烤網紋,肉厚豐腴,烤至肉香撲鼻。點了7成熟,咬下肉汁豐盈,富彈性,和牛肉眼質夠軟腍,7成熟內裡還是粉嫩軟綿,令人齒甲留香,朋友跟我也大讚不已!

自製炮製的香草忌廉汁亦很特別,帶點咖哩香味,蘸點來吃很夾。

還有配菜炸薯薄片,這個炸法不會太熱氣,豆角蘿蔔等,好豐富!

什菌卡邦尼意粉 $108
平常吃的卡邦尼意粉, 通常沒有太多配菜, 這裡配搭了頗多的什菌類, 令整道意粉變得豐富出色, 增加清新感. 更添營養. 卡邦尼汁不會太奶油太膩, 最重點的是用了手工製的意粉, 口感是特別的有質感, 真材實料, 硬度有點點硬但手工製出來的就是這重質的感覺!
比平常吃的更見心思, 令人回味!

這個菜式每天只供應2份,我哋晚上也點到,真幸運🍀。巴巴拉鴨乸胸是連皮的粉紅色嫩肉,比一般鴨胸較瘦一些和堅實一些。鴨胸煎得外層好脆口,但煮得有少少過熟,所以肉質比較韌,要切細粒的,𡁻耐啲。配菜比較少見,紅菜頭蓉很甜但分量少得可憐,如果可以多少少就好了,粟米蓉很香甜爽口。

某天晚上苦於思考晚餐的落腳點,原本打算到幹叔民樂小炒王吃一頓有鑊氣的小炒。奈何去到門前卻休息一天😭於是便走到對面看看有啥好食的。走到一間食店門前,看店內還有空桌,於是拿門口的餐單看一看。不久店內的女侍應亦走到門前介紹。既然人家都這麼熱情招待,便即管一試。進入店內坐下,男侍應(其中一個合伙人)便再一次介紹店內供應的餐點。當天好像點了和牛和西冷。牛扒非常嫰滑,熟的程度亦和我和朋友所叫的預期一樣,火侯控制得好。之後朋友一食上癮。其後亦去了不知多少次。但最驚喜啲要數斧頭扒和豬肋骨。那種焾和嫰滑是我和朋友吃過的食店數一數二。只是略嫌豬肋骨面頭脂肪多了一點,如果可要再煎耐一點把大部份油迫出會更好。值得一試,記住book位,現在比較難walk in 。
