今日係公司OT, 突然諗想打邊爐,都make sense gei, 冬天就會想一大班人圍爐取爐,十下十下。所以就近近地,係銅鑼灣打,book夜d,好彩有位。去到,都全院滿座,一坐底好大牛肉味,已經好肚餓。同深圳八合里好似,都係好多牛肉不同嘅部位食,有雙層肉,吊龍伴,牛胸爽,牛三指,牛丸等等,都好好好食,不過,如果講味道,講性價比,我會覺得深圳抵玩好多,又好味d. 不過如果牛食過,就應該會覺得ok, Hahahha, 牛肉愛好者必食! continue reading

突然有火鍋癮 就搵到呢間牛肉火鍋餐廳有限個半鐘用膳時間 不過我地個陣入去過左晚飯高鋒期所以坐耐左少少一黎店員會比部tablet 揀湯底點菜餐廳有重點放係牛肉 有唔同部位可以揀佢地對牛肉都幾執着 有哂指引教我地要淥幾耐我地湯底揀左一邊係牛骨清湯同另一邊係酸菜口味嘅牛骨湯入面本來已經有蘿蔔 牛肉係入面 牛肉有咬口 蘿蔔爽甜酸菜湯就有花椒香 辣辣哋 屬於唔重口味嘅濃度我地得兩個人所以就淨點左兩盤最推薦嘅牛肉部位 橫隔肌同牛胸肉呢度啲牛肉真係好食 食得出新鮮前者就肉質結實啲 後者就帶油脂香如果多人啲就可以試多幾款蔬菜就點火鍋常見嘅生菜同娃娃菜新鮮 如果份量多返少少就更好今次就無點丸類 取而代之揀左墨魚滑夠彈牙 唔錯另外仲點左火鍋必食嘅響鈴同烏冬吸左湯嘅精華真係好正烏冬麵質彈牙店員服務好 仲會介紹唔同牛肉部位醬料自選 乾淨整齊 需另收費 continue reading

之前試過尖沙咀個間616麥子,覺得幾似潮汕牛肉火鍋,不過上次尖沙咀可以選擇既牛比較少,今次就尼銅鑼灣試埋616十二味,聽朋友講呢間多d牛揀同埋可以坐得耐d唔會比人趕湯底係一定會叫鴛鴦麻辣牛骨湯我地叫左4碟牛肉,1碟牛筋丸,炸魚皮,黑豚濃湯餃,墨魚滑,白蘿蔔4碟牛我地既中意排序會係1.滑尾龍 加蛋撈完先放落去淥20秒 好中意佢滑身得尼又有少少爽口既感覺2.美國天然-肩胛翼板(左上)有油脂得尼好香牛味3.澳洲和牛-牛胸肉其實同肩胛翼板都一樣重油,不過就無佢咁有牛香4.安格斯-橫隔肌 (右上)最中意616既地方係每款牛都細細碟,咁就可以試多幾款唔同部位,唔會食一兩款就飽左蔬菜方面就叫左平時打邊爐一定會叫既娃娃菜,同埋未試過打邊爐淥既羽衣甘藍朋友先試左放羽衣甘藍落唔辣個邊湯底,佢就覺得陣味好唔夾我再試放羽衣甘藍落辣個邊,諗住睇下個辣會唔會蓋得過羽衣甘藍陣味,但測試結果係唔得既,佢原來陣味實在太強,唔太建議打邊爐食都係推薦大家叫白蘿蔔,放落唔辣個邊,煲林左之後超入味佢既啤酒都易入口唔會好辛口,岩哂打邊爐! continue reading

再黎牙,616😁😁我自已本身其實都算係616既fans, 覺得616啲野又幾抵食,又幾好食同埋我幾鐘意依間分店既裝修,幾有舊式大排檔既感覺餐廳裏面所有擺設,裝飾,餐牌,都滲透住香港六七十年代既懷舊味道,同時亦結合左潮流既撞色原素掛係牆上既一個個水牌,寫滿左各種牛既部位,雖然我唔好多都唔知係牛既咩位置但係就覺得好有老香港既情懷點餐係用平板電腦洛單,主要都係食牛肉,其他食物種類唔算好多依度啲牛肉同火鍋配料,平均都係幾十蚊一碟,係出面打邊爐食碟牛肉,隨時都要三四百蚊,所以我真係得依度啲野幾抵食 continue reading

久聞616大名,覺得很有趣,今天才第一次去試,真是相逢恨晚。616原來是一家能吃到不同牛肉位置的火鍋店,看到餐廳不禁想起國內很有名的那家汕X火鍋,選擇很多似乎不相伯仲。店員會講解不同位置的質感,實在十分細心。點了三碟牛,價格很可以平均50多,比一般店的手切牛便宜,而且嚼勁味道也絕不遜色。除了牛肉,牛餃子也值得一試,餃子皮很煙韌,餡料也足。蝦滑墨魚滑也彈牙入味。點的是沙爹和牛骨湯底,沙爹十分驚喜,不會很膩,牛骨湯亦十分清甜。能喝點酒的朋友可以試試手工啤,很易入口呢!期待下次再來! continue reading
