Went here for a first date, food quality was good for the given price, The selling point of this restaurant is the amount of tricks the chef performs while cooking and the chef customer interaction. Creating an entertaining environment.In the end, before the fried rice is served the chef will ask if you want any special message to be presented. In the end, before the fried rice is served the chef will ask if you want any special message to be presented. Afterwards the chef will write out the message using the ingredients on the hot iron plate(tepan) and you can take a photo of it with you standing in the chef’s place. You can ask for happy birthday or even a drawing of a pikachu.

We asked for some chinese words (新年快樂) and the chefs wrote it in reverse (so that the word is properly viewed from our direction) which is pretty impressive. We absolutely loved it.

今日有同事升職萬歲,佢就揀咗去秋田鐵板燒食午餐,印象中一圍可以坐八個位,我哋成班同事啱啱好,所以book咗一個師傅去食鐵板燒。因為老細在場所以冇乜點影相,個set其實好抵食仲要有專人去煮俾你食感覺會好味啲亦都係鐵板燒啲精粹所在!個鐵板燒有海鮮有牛扒,最好味都個鵝肝!

最後嚟到炒飯嘅時候。
炒飯之前師傅問我地想要整一個乜嘢嘅公仔。


我嗰位識講日文嘅朋友就話你間野叫秋田,你梗係要整個秋田特產怪獸俾我啦。
師傅當堂嚇了一跳
,什麼是秋田怪物呢?
上網搵左一輪,就整咗呢兩隻秋田怪獸出嚟都收貨呀幾靚呀。


整件事係非常之開心嘅
,食物水準都好高!整體來講略嫌啲食物嘅條配係咸左少少。

可能係已經用了好多牛油去炒同燒,再加埋鹽同埋好多條配嘅蒜蓉,某啲餸菜會鹹左少少,因為嗰啲材料已經咁新鮮,本身已經有好好嘅鮮味。個人覺得太多調味料,反而蓋過左本身嘅鮮味。

咁嘅食物水準,同埋師傅咁好嘅服務,價錢當然唔會係平呀。

但係間唔中豪一豪,覺得做嘢咁辛苦都值得嘅。

昨晚同老公預早慶祝聖誕,特意到秋田品嚐鐵板燒,點左個二人餐,每人約$700左右,其實呢個價錢可以去食自助餐,但我想食較細緻嘅食材,所以揀左秋田。果然秋田沒有令我失望,很享受近距離望住廚師烹調,而且熱騰騰端上前的滋味。所有菜式的味道也洽到好處,簡單嘅調味已經帶出食材鮮味,我不喜歡太咸,所以非常喜歡。前菜和沙律很令人開胃。蒸蛋很滑。帶子和鱈魚塊煮得剛剛好,美味。龍蝦真是超美味,看著廚師將還在動的龍蝦煎熟,純熟地起肉,還把蝦腦炒回龍蝦肉,非常滿足。和牛入口融化。最後還有炒飯,龍蝦麵豉湯及炒菜。全都火候十足,超飽。唯一令我失望的是甜品只有雪糕,原本期待有豆沙包之類的甜品,之前見過食評會由廚師煎香薄餅,夾入豆沙蓉,可惜昨天甜品不是這個。我是很喜歡看人烹煮食物嘅人,而且食材很新鮮,所以十分滿意秋田的晚餐。

唯一令我失望的是甜品只有雪糕,原本期待有豆沙包之類的甜品,之前見過食評會由廚師煎香薄餅,夾入豆沙蓉,可惜昨天甜品不是這個。

我是很喜歡看人烹煮食物嘅人,而且食材很新鮮,所以十分滿意秋田的晚餐。

7pm到左,一入到去已經有4位客人食緊,我同朋友坐低之後,waitress 好細心比多張櫈我放袋點完餐之後,當然就係點sake啦...佢地可以order一支,免一支開瓶費,所以我早有準備啦乜都唔洗講,食左先講。。。食物,環境都好好。。。去到鐵板燒師傅炒飯嘅時候,問我地每位客人係咪celebrate..可以寫字喺炒飯隔離,我身旁的一對夫婦和另一對朋友係生日,仲有另一對夫婦係結婚11週年。。。我同朋友都祝賀佢地~~ 乾杯~~ 被問到我和朋友。。。原來都認識左6年了。。。嗰刻好有同埋好温馨呀。。。本來係唔識嘅人但可以坐埋同一枱食飯同互相祝賀,感覺好好銀鱈魚勁勁勁好食。。。我地叫左個有鮑魚嘅餐,所以特登另叫銀鱈魚

第一次寫食評,因為真係好欣賞尼間鐵板燒既皮加超(John)師父,佢好用心去炒每份食物比每位食客,會留意食客鍾意食d咩…同食客有交流,我同老公係慶祝27(拍拖)周年,所以感覺非常開心 食物方面我地都滿意外加單炒蠔,老公愛上食蠔啦必食蒸蛋鵝肝大蝦,食完心掛掛再加單既蒸蠔唔甜既銅鑼燒,啱我 食完即刻諗幾時帶埋屋企人尼再食,最平既套餐都只係158…有好多個餐揀,我地就食左兩個一人餐再加2客蠔同大蝦埋單600元,覺得真抵食!

前菜沙律、三文魚子蒸蛋
沙律不算精美,卻有各種菜蔬,份量可說是我近來吃過的日本餐廳內最多的。三文魚子下得有點小氣,蒸蛋是鐵板上制的,頗滑又帶些蛋香。

原隻虎蝦、香煎鵝肝、銀鱈魚
套餐可選虎蝦或鵝肝,我和朋友可各點一份分著吃。虎蝦也算大隻,肉質彈牙,煎起來很香;鵝肝尚算厚身,油香豐腴,卻有很微的苦味,未算佳品。銀鱈魚是散點的,醬汁帶些甜味,香氣夠,但魚肉一夾就散。

蒜片牛肉薄燒、牛柳粒
師傅在身後取出牛肉,從顏色和油脂分佈來看,只是普通貨色。畢竟是鐵板燒,煎香後加上蒜片也不會難吃到那裡,這個價錢來說還是可以接受的。

鐵板炒飯、大蜆味噌湯、銅鑼燒
炒飯方面則有點失色了,飯粒太碎,炒飯的肉是煙肉,飯粒濕氣稍重。大蜆味噌湯沒有什麼蜆味,像普通日式餐廳的粉沖味噌湯。結尾是即場製作的日式紅豆銅鑼燒,其後可再選雪糕或咖啡作甜品

要整體來評這家餐廳,質素和價錢是平衡的,也能吃得飽。但以香港的日式鐵板燒來說,只是中下級,無論環境和食材也比不上去,不是為噱頭/價錢的話,或者不必刻意來試。個人認為店內的環境裝修有點像平價的日本餐廳,燈光昏暗,這點是要改善的。

今次到我生日,我男朋友帶了我來這裏,開頭仲行錯路😂我們點了一個二人餐,其實都好豐富😍首先來一個開胃的沙律,然後吃黑松露蒸蛋,外形好得意,整個雞蛋殼蒸,其實個外形令我唸起台灣的雞蛋布丁😂都是咁好味😍吃幾啖就吃完😂跟著來六小碟開胃前菜,有枝豆,准山,蕎頭,魚仔....跟著就燒帶子,龍蝦😍😍龍蝦頭仲可以整埋麵豉湯,更加入味😍鵝干多士吃一小舊剛剛好,太多會溜!我非常喜歡吃銀雪魚,平時去日本餐廳,有時會吃銀雪魚西京燒定食,這是廚房燒的,今次第一次吃鐵板燒銀雪魚也不錯,不過塊皮再脆d更加好😁跟著就到和牛!今次炒飯要求自己的公仔其實都難倒師父了,也辛苦師父了!炒完飯,師父寫上生日字句,餐廳會安排我們可以在爐前影相👍🏻👍🏻整體來講:環境,食物,服務質素也不錯!

今日係姐姐正日生日,所以專登嚟試下諾士佛臺嘅秋田分店,到達時間差唔多一點半左右,餐廳入面得一兩枱客人,好可惜今日嘅套餐無公仔炒飯到最後決定叫一個二人餐。首先嚟一個田園沙律開下胃先, 再嚟一個鮮三文魚籽蒸原殼蛋,之後鐵板燒大蝦牛油味好重,鵝肝多士用鐵板燒脆卜卜之後鐵板燒魷魚及帶子等等…食完海鮮到主菜牛排要五成熟,之後炒雜菜及炒飯相繼奉上。就咁期待已久嘅午餐就咁結束,師傅手法純熟,係等食嘅其間好似睇表演咁!不過就熱咗少少但無辦法啦!收費方面午餐會抵食啲!
