不過度調味,靠食材本身味道發揮
明太子微咸中有一點點辣度,好食😋

質素好嘅居酒屋刺身質素都有保證,
所以就點咗呢款比較矜貴嘅氹下自己~
包括中拖羅、深海池魚、赤貝、鯛魚
鰹魚、平目同埋間八
中拖羅簡直不得了!滿口油香,肉質潤滑,
間八係日本最高級壽司食材之一,
每一片嘅刺身都無筋,師傅刀工一流🥇
平目即係左口魚,魚味較淡,適合擺喺開

🍡炭火燒拼盛6串
雞肉棒係我嘅最愛,呢串雞肉較瘦,
食落唔油膩,感覺健康啲,蘸上蛋汁好食😋
另外叫咗雞心同埋雞肉串,雞心無腥味,
質地彈牙,雞肉超驚喜,絲絲雞肉非常細緻
充滿肉汁

🦪海膽汁燒蠔
個人認為絕對係必點菜式,蠔肉燒到剛剛好,
無縮到變蠔豉之餘,內裏非常軟滑,
絕對係外脆內軟,海膽汁味道搶口討好,
送酒一流!

🍝雞湯卡邦尼拌烏冬
呢款係日本洋食屋做法,醬汁豐富,
好香煙肉味,配上黑椒令味道不平凡,
烏冬彈牙,同醬汁出奇地配

🍮雞蛋布甸
焦糖味道同顏色都非常完美,微甜不膩,
布甸食落滑嘟嘟叫人愛不釋手,
愛食甜品嘅我一試愛上💕

今次叫嘅食物都非常一流,價錢亦相宜
其實餐廳有提供二人前晚餐,
食嘅品種好多,
有我點左嘅燒蠔、刺身、串燒拼盤
重有我無點嘅沙律、枝豆、鱈魚干、

今次黎到呢個Akoya酒場,環境好日式,好有日式居酒屋既感覺,座位夠曬闊,岩曬一班朋友一齊慢慢食住傾計,真係好舒服企理。聽到酒場呢個名都知佢呢有各式各樣既酒賣,主要都係日本酒,清酒之類,但佐酒小食都一樣咁高質。沙律就正正常常,菜好新鮮,無乜汁,岩曬d注重健康既朋友。明太子蛋卷就好有特色,因為蛋卷夠曬厚身,而明太子又夠多,食落有多重口感,味道好正。海膽汁燒蠔,海膽汁好濃厚,賣相十分之吸引,生蠔都夠曬大隻,配埋黎食,味道好夾,果然夠出色。炭火串燒拼盤方面,有本人最愛既燒雞心,夠曬大粒,食落好彈口,真係佐酒小食入面既最正之選。另外,燒雞中翼同燒全翼都好正,燒到有少少焦,岩岩好火喉,食落好有炭香。最後個一夜干,好特別,夠曬咸香,燒得夠乾身,好惹味香口。
