一直都有聽過Aqua個景色好靚,咁啱係香港餐廳週,就約埋一班朋友去試一試個lunch menu。一開始送左個三文魚臉豬dun嘅小菜俾我地,我地都有啲驚喜(其實每枱都有),酸酸地加埋啲海草幾開胃。我頭盤就叫左個薄切油甘魚伴三文治魚籽及酸汁水晶,不過不失,油甘魚幾新鮮。另外主菜叫咗意大利辣蕃茄醬通粉配黑水欖及羊奶芝士,非常普通,賣相亦無特別,有啲失望。甜品就叫咗塔雷吉歐乳酪配巴馬臣芝士伴自家製甜酸醬。甜酸醬其實係蜜糖,配搭芝士非常合適,三樣入面比較出色。最不滿既係餐廳冷氣非常唔夠,一坐低,個太陽曬住我地個位,熱到爆,食到一半已經出汗,好似係溫室入面食嘢咁。我地快快手食完就走了。整體嚟講,呢度比較適合夜晚同另一半黎,享受一下浪費氣氛。對食物質素就唔好咁高要求啦。

一直都有聽過Aqua個景色好靚,咁啱係香港餐廳週,就約埋一班朋友去試一試個lunch menu。

一開始送左個三文魚臉豬dun嘅小菜俾我地,我地都有啲驚喜(其實每枱都有),酸酸地加埋啲海草幾開胃。

甜品就叫咗塔雷吉歐乳酪配巴馬臣芝士伴自家製甜酸醬。甜酸醬其實係蜜糖,配搭芝士非常合適,三樣入面比較出色。

最不滿既係餐廳冷氣非常唔夠,一坐低,個太陽曬住我地個位,熱到爆,食到一半已經出汗,好似係溫室入面食嘢咁。我地快快手食完就走了。

整體嚟講,呢度比較適合夜晚同另一半黎,享受一下浪費氣氛。對食物質素就唔好咁高要求啦。

好老實說,又一間比openrice呃了我去咗試的餐廳。服務質素一般,食物質素也和普通餐廳沒什麼區別。黑毛豬,一啲都唔似。三文魚,食落去,「千兩」仲好過佢。價錢不便宜,仲要咁嘅出品,看來這個市道下,都會離結業不完了。

黑毛豬,一啲都唔似。
三文魚,食落去,「千兩」仲好過佢。

食完主菜,職員會主動問是否需要甜品,當選擇要後就會給你一本甜品餐牌 。 然後再主動清潔好餐檯,及後放置好甜品

- Aqua Platter, 價錢忘記了,若$3xx
我無要求任何慶祝,相信是擺盤設計原本就有玫瑰花及蠟燭。
甜品方面:
· tiramisu口感幼滑,不會太甜已值得一選。
· 紅豆糕我比唔到評價,始終認知不多,但味道都好,甜而不膩。
·心太軟朱古力味濃,不會太甜,唯一扣分位置是切開時無太多流心朱古力流出。
(個人建議心太軟內多一點流心朱古力,切開畫面更美,如成本會增加,我覺得食客也不會計較那一兩塊錢。)
·香草雪糕,同Movenpick一樣,可能根本就係。
·香橙雪葩,酸中帶甜,個人不喜歡太酸味道,所以不喜歡。

餐廳上服務都算好,幫拍照時亦無黑面,男士們要注意,餐廳內所有員工都幾乎是講英文,像我一樣英文差既,指餐牌點餐都得。



現時openrice推出優惠,必要去參加,我事後才發現的,$498有三道菜,很抵,否則男士門荷包,就會如我一樣.........


肉赤😭😭😭 所以建議大家去食,必要上openrice望望先。

今日係同女朋友嘅半年紀念日,係OpenRice book 左 Aqua,咁呢,就有得揀個Sunset Dinner set。

因為係OpenRice 預先訂左位,所以可以Order Sunset Dinner 同埋免費Upgrade 左dessert platter。我地叫左兩Set 3 course set。

Starter 我地揀左 Seared Salmon and yellowtail seaweed salad 同埋 Mozzarella。火炙三文魚加上油甘魚同海藻,再配搭Kimchi sauce,成件事好match,魚嘅油香配上醬汁嘅香氣,令人回味無窮。至於Mozzarella,十分 creamy,加上 roasted tomato sauce,絕對係一流嘅享受

餐飲方面,佢有得揀 1.5 hours free flow champagne,所以我地緊係揀左呢個,因為真係好抵飲。呢隻veuve clicquot champagne,有一陣果香味同煙熏味,而且酸度適中,好適合配搭魚,同埋牛扒等等。

至於Main course,我地揀左燒牛柳伴芥末及甜日本米酒醬,同埋香草醬意大利飯配藍芝士及合桃。 燒牛柳大約七成熟,牛柳鮮嫩多汁,肉味香濃。再配上芥末醬同埋甜日本米酒醬,令成道菜提升至另一個層次,特別係個米酒醬,好香好濃郁,而又唔會蓋過牛肉本身嘅味道。另外香草醬意大利飯好Creamy,有一陣奶油香同埋香草香味,再呷一口藍芝士,有淡淡嘅咸香味同埋藍芝士獨有嘅蘑菇香氣,再加上核桃提升左個意大利飯嘅口感,令人一試難忘。

最後當然唔少得 dessert platter, 佢有兩球雪糕,一個心太軟,一個tiramisu,同埋一舊類似和菓子嘅甜品。特別要推介心太軟同埋tiramisu。心太軟唔會太甜,有香濃朱古力味,口感比較厚實。而Tiramisu口感細膩飽滿,有淡淡嘅咖啡同朱古力味,一個字,好味!

先送上麵包🍞有別一般嘅餐包,係芝士條同埋薄脆片,配上hummus,作一個簡簡單單嘅開始💞。

唔好以為係普通嘅蔬菜湯,其實完全唔似一個湯🤯重點係舊豆腐,成道菜以豆腐為中心,再配以雜菌同埋少許油。豆腐亦唔係普通軟豆腐,你係富有魚香味、甚為彈牙嘅魚豆腐,外層再炸到微脆💕確係有驚喜!

呢個意粉算係咁多道菜中相對遜色🙈主要以番茄醬同埋芝士汁調味,聞落好香,但食落味道欠奉,而且通粉亦都有少少硬身,一般。

呢個豬肉燒就好味得多🥰雖然貌似吉野家豬肉飯,但個燒汁香濃夠甜,用上日本豬肉,半肥瘦,夠晒入味。特別在於巧妙地配上加有沙律醬嘅洋蔥,同個燒汁撈埋一齊,更為creamy🤩又喺一道望落普通食落有驚喜嘅菜。

Celebrating Frd’s birthday and ordered 4 dinner set. Checked the bill and found overcharged for dessert platter around $200 and the staff immediately cancelled upon request. But then after home I realised it’s overcharged for $400 for the four set. I’m very disappointed for this kind of mistakes again and again which I think Very unlikely a mere negligence. Will not recommend this restaurant to any frds. Deception!

We booked a table for 6, they gave us a long table at the back of the restaurant - still with a view of the harbour! Should have booked one of those private rooms - they look so nice! Every dish on the menu would be served, except for those requiring add-ons. 5 of us didn’t drink champagne so opted for the $588 brunch which included beer, wine, soft drinks and juice; the other person opted for the $688 which included Veuve Cliquot champagne! If you do drink champagne then this $688 is a very good price! Considering aqua usually charges $218 for a glass! The juice were good - I think some were freshly made but some were straight out of a carton, weirdly... My first glass of apple juice tasted really good and looked cloudy, but then the second glass onwards looked like and tasted like they were from Tree Top!
Food was great! Bread with hummus dip was first served, followed by a cheese and cold cut platter! Was half full after these dishes I am honest. Sashimi platter looked and tasted very nice, the oysters were exceptionally fresh. I thought the lamb was a bit too overcooked for my taste, but the risotto too undercooked.. Pork goyza was normal, nothing too special about it. Shrimp tempura was amazing, crispy and delicious! So was the dessert platter in the end, with tiramisu, ice cream, panettone, macarons, chocolate cake, chocolate lava cake! We had a birthday celebration so requested the restaurant to write a message on the dessert platter.

I especially enjoyed the espresso martini, not so much the Bloody Mary - it had too much pepper in it! Of course the champagne was great, they kept being refilled and I think I drank at least 4 glasses! I would recommend this place for celebrations and occasions!

The environment is very dark. It is good if you enjoy the harbour view.

1. There are steps in order to go to the dining area. Steps are not marked with safety warning. None of the staff reminded you “mind the steps”.
2. When my friend arrived, the waitress stopped at the steps, said “the lady is there” and left. Poor service.
3. We were only given the sunset menu. By 715 pm, all friends arrived. We asked for the a la carte menu. Suddenly a waiter came to us and said whether we are ready to order the sunset menu as there is a time limit. It is not marked on the menu what time it is offered. We ended up with sunset menu as each item on a la carte costs the same price as the set menu.

5. Around 9 pm, we asked for dessert menu. We went back to our conversation, waiter and waitresses urged us if we decided on dessert. They needed our table back. We said we were not aware that there is a time limit for the table. And there is a whole row of empty tables behind us.😡
6. We finally asked the Manager whether there is a time limit. The manager said guests normally spend about 2 hours and moved to other areas for drinks. We were furious as no body said when we arrived nor booking on open rice highlighted any hour limit
7. By the way, cover of menu is full of greasy stinks


We said that we asked for menu as we wanted to spend more but your service definitely told us not to do so.

Honestly food quality is not spectacular at that price $500 per head

View - you can see the harbour but the window is dirty. So what’s the point?

You have much better choice if you go to a 5-star hotel
