因為擔心淨係食壽喜燒會唔夠飽所以叫多咗一個赤面(不過這個擔心係多餘,因為淨係食壽喜燒其實都已經好飽🙈)選了傳統赤面湯,所以食落偏淡,反而可以中和左壽喜燒嘅油膩感

而吉列西班牙豬扒雖然咁厚身,但食落一啲都唔乾,反而仲好軟淋,再配上中間嘅芝士🤩🤩真係忍唔住口

✨整體來講,超高性價比的壽喜燒,牛肉質素好好,而且解凍做得好好,唔會有雪味,份量也剛好,食完唔會覺得太飽或者太少

💡不過記得唔好一嚟落太多湯,要等啲葛絲索晒先前啲牛肉汁,入晒味同上晒色,再用上湯去調節返個味道就Perfect喇🙌🏻。啲葛絲索晒味又夠稔,好好味🤤!

唔想嘥咗咁正嘅湯底,都再追加咗個稻庭烏冬,可以話係成餐飯嘅Highlight🌟。熱焫焫,成個人都暖晒,好滿足😌!

呢間餐廳午市唔駛收加一,位於大南街,職員服務好好會幫你煮熱個鍋用豬油燒好個鍋先之後再逐步教你點煮D肉黎食,我地叫左個壽喜燒套餐跟左一碟日本和牛片,和牛片入口即溶既口感真係好好味,肉味同埋油脂分佈得好平均,職員教我地用壽喜燒汁先煮好D肉,食完肉再加湯底食雜菜,我地仲叫左碟黑豚肉都幾多片$88,肉質嫩滑,之後再效入高湯煮野菜,菜既味種都算多同新鮮,入面仲有南瓜,津白等等,最後再加入壽喜燒既半熟蛋,滿足既一餐。
