To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說兩年前幫襯過一次，嗰陣啱啱係外國反黎，見到香港都有bagel專門店超興奮，即刻去幫襯😂一直都好想再黎食，但事隔兩年，香港已經多左好多有賣bagel的小店，所以未有再反轉頭今次捉左個無食開bagel的人一齊去😂每次黎呢間都會蕩失路，搵極都搵唔到間鋪😅位置真係好隱蔽，一段時間無黎，鋪頭空間大左，多左幾張枱櫈，bagel都相應加左價今次叫左一個pastrami beef bagel同smoked salmon onion bagel，earl grey tea同skim latte，兩個bagel都係揀左everything口味。其中一個我中意既地方係，Bagel Alley可以俾客人選擇bagel的口味，眼見都有5/6種可以揀，而且佢哋的bagel係會包好切埋俾客人，食起上嚟好方便👍🏽Pastrami Beef BagelBagel的包底係ok的，不過雖然已經係everything 口味，但感覺上未去到好脆身，bagel未見金黃色。Pastrami bagel的料都幾多，又cream cheese又mustard，食完都有d濟，無食開bagel的朋友就覺得不錯。Smoked Salmo

Pastrami Beef Bagel
Bagel的包底係ok的，不過雖然已經係everything 口味，但感覺上未去到好脆身，bagel未見金黃色。Pastrami bagel的料都幾多，又cream cheese又mustard，食完都有d濟，無食開bagel的朋友就覺得不錯。

The shop was so quiet and I felt quite odd for standing thereI chose a poppy bagel with spicy hummus. It takes about 5 mins to get it done. It was hot and quite heavy. Means it wont be a soft bagel but a condensed one. Texture was ok, very solid, quite chewy, can be more crispy.Hummus was a bit more spicy than I expected, but yumm

    從前吃過超市的bagel, 當時覺得bagel又硬又實, 不合我胃口。這陣子openrice外賣自取有優惠，我便去嘗嘗bagel專賣店（理應）較為新鮮的bagel，看看會否令我對這種麵包改觀。我下單點了"Patrima Bomb" 後，來到店裡才知道bagel也有幾種味道供人選擇。貪心的我選了"Everything"。店員不用5分鐘便把微熱的bagel sandwich如麥當勞包一樣包好呈上。不過，這個外帶包很快便冷下來了。"Everything" 的bagel 味道的確有層次。可惜這個bagel的質地仍然令我失望：包皮偏硬，而且很韌，對我來說太有嚼勁。加上這個bagel sandwich的餡料份量算多，夾著的幾片牛肉也不薄，我吃到一半已經不想再嚼下去。至於味道，三文治裏的火箭菜不太苦。融化了的芝士則是整個三文治的亮點，稍微中和了偏乾的bagel和煙燻黑椒牛肉。所有餡料配搭起來口感豐富，效果不錯。不喜歡酸瓜的人注意：酸瓜好像有2-3塊。總括而言，如果換上鬆軟的包類，整個三文治一定好吃很多。究竟是bagel不適合我，還是我遇不上好吃的bagel，就不得而知了。

        This is my second visit, I LOVE BAGELSTheir bagels are chewy and healthy.$70 per bagel with different topping, you can choose any bagel which have more than 10 favors.I came at 4pm on Tuesm so there is pretty quiet and chill.I have salmon and  cream cheese today with "everything bagel" . Its nice~It worth to come if you like NY style bagel !

        This bagel joint is nicely hidden so I keep forgetting to go.Finally went but they were on holiday so went back another day.There are lots of bagels to choose from so basically you choose your bagel, then the filling.I chose the sun dried tomatoes with a creamy onion and chive filling.It was wrapped and sliced in the middle served piping hot.As it was hot that day, had to wait for it to cool down a bit before I could touch it.It had the usual bagel texture with a soft chew complimented nicely by
