牛扒燒得好香,肉質好嫩。配上三色醬,各有特色,每一種都令人食過返尋味。我自己就最鐘意紅醬,mojo rojo, 入邊有蕃茄同紅辣椒夠哂惹味。

第二個推薦係烤去骨牛肋條,將去骨的安格斯牛肋條於烤爐經過 12 小時的烤製,勁多汁而略帶木炭焦香,配有 3 種顏色的醬汁,黃色醬汁是烤南瓜蓉、紅色醬汁是 Mojo Rojo 紅醬,佢用番茄、燒焦紅辣椒製成、而綠色醬汁是 Mojo Verde 青醬,用新鮮芫茜製成,醬汁係特別,我個人喜歡青醬,不過都看你口味,去骨牛肋條絕對好食過好多米芝蓮星餐廳,一定要點。

乳鴿海鮮燴飯好多人叫過推薦過,有細有大,但一定要加配鵝肝,加入乳鴿烹製的西班牙海鮮燴飯有另一番風味,飯粒好有口感,乳鴿胸肉大約三成,好嫩滑,七成熟的大腿肉又係軟嫩,兩個層次,經百里香和乳鴿肉汁作點綴,加上肥美鵝肝,又係別家不見的一個菜式,食完呢個後對去另外一個墨汁海鮮飯更有興趣。

We ordered Charred Deboned Beef Rib, Ajillo prawns, Iberico ham croquette and pork cuttlefish paella. My favourite was the prawns. The prawns had a nice fresh crunch to it. Flavour was good but wished there were more cuttlefish. Lastly, the beef rib. It was tasty but I think it was a tad too charred for my liking. The rib paired will with the colourful sauces pumpkin purée, mojo rojo(red pepper sauce) and mojo verde(cilantro sauce). I wanted to try their desserts but I was too full for it. Gotta come back next time for it.

padron peppers and squid with brioche
it’s a good and easy appetiser to kick start the meal. i liked the squid with brioche, as the squid was not too chewy and the brioche was not too soggy too!
