星期六的上午在維園做完運動,行經怡和街見到間落地玻璃的餐廳叫BEANSWORK,正想食點西式飲杯咖啡,便入去試試。忌廉白汁黑松露野菌闊條麵 $118 +餐湯飲品$35+$8 Mocha餐湯粟米湯好Creamy且有香濃的粟米蓉,整體口感十分豐富。闊條麵每條都掛滿了忌廉白汁,濃稠度正好,味道亦不會過濃,麵的煙韌度也是我最喜歡的,夠煙韌而不硬,再配上黑松露,整體更加分。楓糖什莓窩夫 $108窩夫做得好工整,挺身實在,很有口感,配上藍莓、士多啤梨等數款什莓酸酸甜甜,更可以按照自己喜好加上忌廉,糖漿亦不會過甜,甜而不膩十分滿足。下次再試試餐廳其他菜式,例如:All day breakfast,Burgers等等。

小店食物即叫即做,當然要等侯一段時間,兩姊妹正好談一談最近工作上讓人心煩的瑣事

主菜我們加$35轉了套餐,有沙律,餐湯及飲品,價錢好實惠呢

沙律很新鮮,反而餐湯口感不夠幼滑,味道一般。跟餐的飲品點了熱 Valirhona Mocha,咖啡與朱古力的比例很好,朱古力味如同用上黑朱古力般不會太甜,而且拉花很美啊

足足8安士肉眼扒🥩,整整一大塊,💁草根點了5成熟,不算厚身,但牛肉外面煎得焦香,內面仍然夠柔軟😍是少有地草根吃過價錢實惠而味道又夠高質的牛扒😎另外,不得不提薯條炸得很好吃,是草根喜愛具口感的粗薯🍟新鮮熱辣整好,加上調味剛剛好,金拱門的自然不能與這相比✌🏻

見到有炸薯條🍟自然要為草根妹妹點上一客,還要點了升級版(有魷魚的!🦑)要多付$20。薯條粗身,炸的香脆可口,調味剛好,只可惜魷魚炸得較乾,而且份量不多。要$88性價比低啊!👉🏻👈🏻建議大家想吃薯條還是點沒有魷魚的就足夠了🤭

窩夫賣相可以更為理想😂忌廉也太流質了👉🏻👈🏻....但反而味道有驚喜,很久沒吃到有蛋香的窩夫, 配料就只有野莓略嫌有點單調,添一球雪糕或會更好🍨🧐

🐐The Chef's special burger was the Soft Shell Crab Burger. The waitress even asked me whether I like the flat white to be served before the burger. (Not every cafe has this kind of service🐄)

🐯 Although the flat white should not have latte art in top, it is very detail and the milk foam was smooth and well-formed. 🐅
