食物完全不是北京口味,只有看起來像,吃起來完全是粵菜風味。羊肉串完全不覺得是羊肉,孜然完全沒有和肉香味融為一體,閉著眼睛以為在吃豬肉,而且38塊錢一串。魚香肉絲特別酸,感覺在吃醋溜肉絲,完全沒有魚香的味道。米飯是黏在一起一大坨的,沒有粒粒分明的勁道。京燒排骨架是甜的,由內而外的甜,卻又不是糖醋排骨做法而是醬骨架的做法,整個味奇怪到難以下嚥。在北京那麼多年從來沒見過這種做法。總之,想吃正宗北方菜不要來。🤮🤮

因為合和中心可以幫架車充電,又兼且本食中餐,所以姑且一試。環境衛生沒太大問題,坐位也尚算捨適。服務基本上做得不錯,也箅客氣。不過食過後只可以說這只是一間水平普通的餃麵店,比我想像中差幾多。前菜(老虎菜)太鹹但口感可以。炸醬麵的味道一般但口感尚算可以。比較好的是炒刀削麵,可能味道同正常的上海粗炒差不多,所以收貨。番茄蛋水餃可能是這頓飯最差的一道。它的味道太酸,也沒有太多蛋。蔥油餅的麵粉太多,煎的也不夠香。基本上比其他店差距頗大。五舊水埋單。

晚飯5個女仔去,叫咗個四人餐$1138。套餐跟半隻片皮鴨,怕唔夠食所以片皮鴨加$288要夠一隻,另外加咗四喜烤麩$78同京燒排骨$118。整體食物質素未如理想,當一般街坊酒樓都係師傅喺你面前片鴨,但呢度係片好晒先上枱。全隻片皮鴨份量亦頗少,味道達街坊洒家水準,值得一讚嘅係包鴨塊皮,唔係行貨嘢,厚薄軟硬適中。即使受疫情影響只有幾枱客,服務仍未見殷勤,想點菜、加茶、換碟都要等一段時間先有樓面過嚟,明顯係生手,而最奇怪嘅係樓面會同時兼任清潔,隨時會戴上手套然後抹枱。睇裝修同環境,你會睇得出投資者肯定揼咗唔少錢去搞呢檔嘢,但咁嘅食物質素同服務真係好趕客。

即使受疫情影響只有幾枱客,服務仍未見殷勤,想點菜、加茶、換碟都要等一段時間先有樓面過嚟,明顯係生手,而最奇怪嘅係樓面會同時兼任清潔,隨時會戴上手套然後抹枱。

睇裝修同環境,你會睇得出投資者肯定揼咗唔少錢去搞呢檔嘢,但咁嘅食物質素同服務真係好趕客。

新開在灣仔的北京菜,灣仔又多一個牽掛。除了填鴨,北京菜給我的感覺大多數為家常菜,這裏的焦餾丸子外焦里嫩,酸咸適中,帶給我對年青時味道的掛念。香椿炒蛋份量足,香椿較多。冬至最想吃的是水餃,但是,無論是白菜豬肉水餃還是羊肉水餃,餃子餡可能是機器製的,絞得過碎,影響了口感。但餃子皮還算勁道。京東肉餅餅皮很香焦黃,但肉餡太少,味道整體一般般。最後來個甜品高力豆沙,紅豆餡不夠豐富,不如同處灣仔的“齊魯人家”類似的甜點。下次來要試試京醬肉絲,炸醬面等常見的北京菜。

糖醋排骨,排骨無走油, 芡汁,酸甜適中,但無香味,無陳醋味,無掛汁,普通糖醋芡,欠手工,排骨有些靱,我煮好食過佢。

漕溜魚片,酒糟濃香,魚多數急凍,無魚味,好咗魚雪白,實軟,不是鯰魚。

雪耳木瓜糖水,潤,有些木瓜香。

免加一,有這樣高級,寬敞雅緻環境,有足夠份量,在灣仔算低!

The restaurant was not full and so there was no need to wait for the table.  The staff there were very friendly and courteous.  They knew the menu so well that they recommended various dishes for our selection.  The food was yummy and authentic.  The decoration of the restaurant was very Chinese style and exquisite.  We will come again.
