我地十幾人,俾左一間房,點知房到角落竟然仲放多張4人枱俾人入,咁我要房泥做咩?不如你講冇啦!

點菜,落錯單,我叫佢覆一次,唔耐煩覆左,鐵板牛肉同蔥爆羊肉調轉左,我提返佢有錯。最後,上菜果陣都係錯。

服務其次,食物難食先係即命傷,除左前菜叫做OK一D,其他菜式仲差過我去普通酒樓食,價錢又高人一截。

京牌炒飯等左我一個鍾,影都冇影到相,味道一般,仲要冇咩餡,2粒星。平時既揚州炒飯都好食過佢。

全部朋友都已經唔耐煩,只想早走早去食糖水算,糖水都好食過呢到正餐!

除左前菜同個炒菜,其他全部質素低下,完全配唔上佢既價錢,價性比極低

Very extensive menu. I would recommend to go with a big group so that you're able to order more dishes to try more things. the specialty dishes tend to be large so you need more people to eat too. We ordered the crispy chicken which was nice. the best was tender but otherwise a very dry dish. The egg plant with chili and pork was delicious. I'll be back with a bigger group.

前些日子,我乘高鐵由香港直上北京,只要四個時辰,就可由東方昔日的小漁港經武漢過長沙,橫跨兩河,行程六千里,直赴京師。真有一種大地在我腳下的感覺。閒話休題,我在北京王府井享受正宗北京填的同時,我的朋友在Whatsapp已十分不值我在北京獨食難肥,勒令我第二天立即回港和她共晉烤鴨。地點選在了灣仔合和中心8樓的北京老家。出乎意料的是該京的烤鴨並不遜於全聚德的老店,當然全聚德的填鴨可以有三食,而北京老家雖然只有一食,但就鴨的品質仍算是皮脆肉嫩,油膏甘腴,實屬上乘之選。和北京風味不同的,全聚德用的是甜中帶些苦的麵醬,而北京老家似乎用的是一般食腸粉的甜醬或是乳豬醤🤔整體來說,北京老家的填鴨和北京全聚德可說是有得一比的,以後吃正宗風味的填鴨在香港也能吃到。同場還點了數味京菜,水煮魚似乎選用的是嫩滑桂花,還有花雕醉雞,絶對是美味推介。

我對於食「皮」依樣野有情意結,細個淨係中意食雞皮、燒鵝皮、燒肉皮.....無皮不歡。所以有片皮鴨依件事實在係太偉大!🤣片皮癮起,逼我朋友陪我食,因為食完去維園既關係,上openrice搵左依間係灣仔既北京老家又有得book就決定試下。我地去到,好多一家人提早食團年飯,我地問侍應叫片皮鴨要等幾耐,因為上次食美中鴨子等左成個中。佢話今日多人叫師傅會keep住整,唔使等太耐,十分鐘左右。我地兩個人叫左半隻同埋蒜泥茄子、韭菜餃。蒜泥茄子唔錯,除左蒜蓉之外仲有好似麻醬 x 花生醬。份量唔算多因為只係前菜。之後片皮鴨好快到左!好開心!份量比我預期中多,因為一般叫半隻都好少(一個人都食得晒果隻)而且佢皮肉分配適中,唔會話有d切完得返舊肉,每舊都有皮cover的。不過個皮就差少少、首先唔算好熱,其次有d粉咁既野(我估係為左唔好痴住d皮一齊,因為佢係無好似其他鋪頭咁有一張張紙隔住)係幾好食,d皮充滿油份,不過明顯唔係即整即切,有少少涷左,今日咁既日子就算佢啦。最後個餃子味道就真係好普通,其實北京既餃子有個問題係佢唔跟湯上,一涷左乾左d皮就變得好厚好難食。不過我係為左片皮鴨而黎,暫時滿足左我既片皮癮先。

北京老家 北京官府菜店舖裏的裝潢都係有古色古香嘅中國味道, 即刻好似去咗拍古裝咁嘅場景龍, 中國人用嚟代表自己嘅一種象徵, 餐牌都用咗龍做封面呢度有兩個是為喺度守住個樓梯位聖旨隨便擺放茶係中國嘅傳統蒜泥白肉白肉薄薄咁切到一片片, 蒜泥就略嫌唔夠, 白肉底下有麻醬同粉皮, 都幾特別京蔥爆牛肉呢個牛肉炒得好惹味,味道好濃沃北京填鴨主角北京填鴨終於嚟啦, 填鴨表皮好光澤,油香味極濃, 配料有青瓜,蔥同埋佢特製嘅醬汁用皮包住一齊食, 一咬落去油香 肉汁 配料同特製醬汁加埋一齊, 好好食, 真係好好食。拔絲士多啤梨呢個拔絲士多啤梨嘅賣相真係非常之精美, 上面係用糖絲拉成不規則嘅圖形, 下面係用麥芽糖包住士多啤梨, 食完真係甜甜蜜蜜豆沙鍋餅豆沙鍋餅烘到金黃色, 入面包住暖暖嘅豆沙, 脆卜卜的外皮加上軟淋淋嘅豆沙,一絕整體嚟講呢度嘅食物質素都幾高, 特別係個北京填鴨, 真係好好味, 值得推介畀大家。

一直都比較喜歡吃較為傳統中國菜,今個月頭就來到較有特色的北京老家。一步進菜舘,看見傳統的裝潢,還添置了不少具有中國味道的擺設,未開始進餐,眼睛已經有眼褔了。先來小吃,醒醒胃口 - 老家心靈美(酸蘿蔔絲),及四季烤麩,京城豬皮凍,味道好好味。。。北京填鴨是必叫的,味道沒有令人失望,皮肉剛剛好,不太肥。大娘燒肉餅沒有比想像中那麼好吃,可能是餅比較硬,而肉汁不夠。拔絲士多啤梨,賣相一流,但好吃程度都要高力豆沙比較好味。整晚各款菜式都好好,可以值得再來。。。

一般般的北京菜。味道重好好鹹好甜的醬料。壽司雞肉質粗硬有點像煮過湯的鷄,有點兒失望😞坐位是古色木椅和台,很有特色。可是若然坐久了背部就有點酸痛。至於服務員就可以更主動替客人更換碟子。至於環境就會比較嘈吵,可能因為樓低比較矮。

上星期日下午經過合和中心,原本諗住去附近食四川菜。一泊完車搭lift落番七樓。見到一間叫北京老家嘅酒樓,感覺有D懷舊,尤其個餐牌,好似幾傳統。門口嗰姐姐幾有禮貌。好,一於轉陣,上去試試。一上到去,裝修骨子,地方都寬敞。一打開 menu, 好多傳統北方食物。餃子,羊肉串,北京填鴨等等我地嗰日叫咗酸辣湯拉麵~酸辣度適中,拉麵夠滑身羊肉串~嫩滑帶小小氈,好味韮菜餃,羊肉餃都有去北京食嘅感覺山東饅頭好鬆軟,搓得非常好鍋貼煎得香又多肉汁仲有津白同涼菜整體嘅講做得非常出色,下次有機會去試下佢晚飯先。

整體嘅講做得非常出色

2018 最後一個晚餐~ 當然唔可以是但hea食片皮鴨幾時都係我的最愛之一蒸皮熱辣辣,個鴨香噴噴~一咬落去鴨油香充斥著成個口~好食!雞絲粉皮麻醬係底,粉皮好有咬口~一啖食哂青瓜雞終粉皮,有哂三種口感,食唔停口後面果個魚唇,有滿滿的骨膠原,一睇個色就知佢惹味~ 但就過油~ 碟底有一層微厚的油~上湯西洋菜~ 本身以為佢淨係得菜~ 原來佢仲有菇同蝦~ 清清地去左之前既油膩~ 拔絲蘋果~脆脆的糖衣配上微酸的蘋果~ 一絕!一咬落去,蘋果仲有少少熱~ 食得出蘋果撲左少少粉再整~ 個拔絲好靚,絕對係影相必叫的菜色~
