好少食北京菜,今日同閨蜜去試下,剛好見到呢間“北京老家”,閨蜜話聽個名就應該幾正宗,所以就入去試下。我地兩個人點左北京填鴨半隻、老佛爺米糕、貴妃燈龍蝦、麻婆豆腐。北京填鴨皮脆肉嫩,就算不點甜醬都好好食,點埋甜醬就更加一流了。麻婆豆腐唔止系辣咁簡單,真系會麻,食落去好過癮。

呢味甜品即叫即做,等左成廿分鐘,賣相不錯,味道似「冰糖葫蘆」,金黃色的糖漿包住大大粒士多啤梨,簡直甜到入心。國產士多啤梨較酸,用來製作甜品很合適。

之前食過好食嘅,今次再去食,睇下有冇退步先。醉雞雞肉都好嫩滑, 有濃濃香醇酒味,好入味。小籠包個皮都算薄, 湯汁與餡料都唔會太鹹,味道不錯。鎮江小排骨酸酸甜甜好醒胃,排骨都炆到好冧、好juicy。老娘炒飯用小米炒飯係第一次食, 小米同普通飯有啲不同,小米咬落去個口感就爽口啲,不似普通米有啲糊口, 估唔到用小米炒飯味道係咁好食,幾特別。羊肉燒餅羊肉一啲都唔騷, 燒餅都好鬆脆。高力豆沙呢一個係我至愛嘅甜品,好耐好耐冇食啦,試過好多間做得都唔係咁好食,呢一間值得一讚,甜度適中,真係好食啊!
