個沙律大致同隨餐就有既田園沙律大同小異,沙律醬汁亦一樣,只是份量大d,同多了煙三魚&橙在上面,因為沙律菜本身偏苦澀反而特顯了橙肉既甜,另外煙三魚肉質

對於佢哋將傳統既柏士圖醬改良之後完全係一個驚喜,首先冇好重既草青味,反而是淡淡既甜椒味,醬汁沾滿每條扁意粉 ,配上鮮蝦一齊食味道出奇地夾,不過雜菌就唔算多,最多就係紅甜椒😂

其實食完主菜都有飽飽哋,不過難得同兩位美女一齊食lunch,點都要叫一個甜點黎畫上悠閒下午既句號~~~

懶洋洋的星期日,心情甚佳所以一人岀了荃灣走走。去了荃新天地看到間裝修精簡的 Cafe,已有不少客人在內。Brunch menu 也有不少選擇,所以便決定進入去試試。西蘭花餐湯温度不夠熱,但頗有口感。餐飲的熱情果茶不錯,不會太甜而熱情果味也很重,很清新的感覺。主菜印式牛肉丸咖喱鑊仔飯 ($75) 賣相就很吸引,但味道就是失望。炒飯過腍,太濕了口感爛爛的,真的不好吃。牛肉丸反而很美味,肉質有口感,比得上宜家傢俬的肉丸。伴碟的青瓜和蕃茄也很爽口和新鮮。另外加了個甜品檸檬蛋糕 (原價 $28, 有點套餐減 $10),這個有驚喜。蛋糕十分香滑,有檸檬味酸酸的超開胃,整體味道不會太甜或太膩,而且餅底有咬口,相當高質。

今日行開荃新天地去買Winnie the Pooh 精品,見有少少肚餓就去搵下午茶食,bien bistro 之前食過晚餐覺得唔錯,睇佢下午茶餐牌都有唔少選擇,等左一陣就有位下午茶價錢都唔算貴,我地叫左一個喇沙同甜品,先講喇沙辣道剛好,麵既硬度適中,不過佢入面係鴨胸,味道有少少唔太夾。甜品叫了香蕉酥配蘇格蘭奶油汁雖然佢叫香蕉酥但不係太多酥皮好油個種,配埋合桃好香好好味,香蕉同奶油汁食落唔會太甜,份量都幾大,放假就係要食下甜品先開心😄

近來天氣太熱了, 在街外走一走已經滿頭大汗,最喜歡躲進商場涼冷氣. 這天下班後, 又走得滿身是汗, 突然朋友來電, 說找我吃飯, 剛好她也在附近, 那就約在了荃新天地啦. 其實荃新天地都有很多餐廳選擇, 平價貴價都有. 這間餐廳一直都想來試, 見它裝修挺好的, 以為價錢會貴, 看餐牌後原來都可以接受的.餐包配這個醬挺好吃的.我叫了川辣大蝦燴扁意粉, 川辣我已為會好辣, 特意叫了小辣, 誰知就完全不辣了, 而且上面佈滿了莞西, 啊! 我最怕莞西了.幸好我撇開後沒有留下太大的味道.但蝦很大顆, 肉結實, 扁意粉也很好吃, 味道偏濃.軟殼蟹燴天使麵, 賣相很不錯, 但味道有點淡.還加了一份煙肉薯條, 芝士跟煙肉很香, 但分量有點小.埋單每人$160左右, 不算太貴啦, 但味道可以更好的.

餐包配這個醬挺好吃的.

我叫了川辣大蝦燴扁意粉, 川辣我已為會好辣, 特意叫了小辣, 誰知就完全不辣了, 而且上面佈滿了莞西, 啊! 我最怕莞西了.幸好我撇開後沒有留下太大的味道.但蝦很大顆, 肉結實, 扁意粉也很好吃, 味道偏濃.

又來到星期六的下午茶時間。荃灣太多野食,多到每次都唔知食咩好。今次一行入荃新天地,見到呢間餐廳的廣告,即刻上去睇下。2點幾都冇tea menu 得lunch,都好啦。我叫了菠菜煙肉班尼迪蛋,一個set 連湯或沙律及飲品!今日的指定餐飲係荔枝果茶!我要了湯,是西蘭花薯仔湯!正呀😋😋 好耐冇飲呢個湯!好creamy,好濃薯仔味。班尼迪蛋就一般啦!始終仲未喺香港食到一間整得好食!好掛住加拿大間ABC Country😩 佢d菠菜份量好多,煙肉唔算肥,連個包食感覺不錯👍另外仲叫了個brownie~ 好食,濃濃朱古力,又唔會死實!好味荔枝果茶,雖然d荔枝係罐頭荔枝,但個茶做得好清新,飲得出荔枝味,又唔甜,好過成日飲檸檬茶😁

荔枝果茶,雖然d荔枝係罐頭荔枝,但個茶做得好清新,飲得出荔枝味,又唔甜,好過成日飲檸檬茶😁

呢間嘢喺荃灣排位都算高,基本search荃灣有咩事好食,就會出現喺頭十位,所以未食過都要去試下(其實我去過下午茶,食件cake果啲,都唔錯)加上藍同事提議去,就去了(事關最多意見,又煩就是他)😂一路行一路曬住,其實我就快死,但由於不能太港女氣質,只能加快步伐,盡快離開戶外😑大約30度,藍同事著了外套⋯冷衫(太弱了吧!)去到大約2點,人都開始散,不用等位十分好,即刻降溫,做返正常人,開始點餐。我點豬肉腸(餐牌寫住蛇餅)見到蛇餅本人,笑咗🤣真係好似蛇,味道可以,但偏咸,我只食了三份一,但見同事S的雞肉青豆好吸引,下次想試下。其他嘢都可以,但同事C的喇沙太可憐了,居然有煙肉,以我見識咁少都喺第一次見煙肉喇沙,完全想像唔到咩口味,只可以話同事C每次揀的食物都好可憐🤣🤣🤣🤣但佢個最平40+,其他都要70+另外藍同事加了香蕉牛奶布甸,又幾好味(佢加埋食了$110左右,好貴)

我點豬肉腸(餐牌寫住蛇餅)見到蛇餅本人,笑咗🤣真係好似蛇,味道可以,但偏咸,我只食了三份一,但見同事S的雞肉青豆好吸引,下次想試下。其他嘢都可以,但同事C的喇沙太可憐了,居然有煙肉,以我見識咁少都喺第一次見煙肉喇沙,完全想像唔到咩口味,只可以話同事C每次揀的食物都好可憐🤣🤣🤣🤣但佢個最平40+,其他都要70+
另外藍同事加了香蕉牛奶布甸,又幾好味(佢加埋食了$110左右,好貴)

好耐無黎過,諗都唔諗一坐低就叫返份Egg Benedict 。 上枱個時個賣相都無咩事,除左個蛋穿左,滲晒落個薯餅度,心諗算啦,橫掂都係要篤穿佢架啦,但係呢。。。到切個egg benedict既時候,就發再成“住”菠菜就咁夾響入面,切極都切唔開切唔散既,最後我放棄左,算!雖然一早見到啲蛋漿流晒出黎,但以為1隻,原來2隻疑似波蛋既入面都係無蛋黃,只有蛋白。。。咁既質素,無下次!

同母親大人食生日飯,揀了一間在荃新天地的西餐廳,去年食過覺得不錯,地點近屋企又近公司,兩方面出席都無難度。約八點多來到,幾乎全場滿座,好彩有book到枱,等了一回就可入坐。看緊餐牌時,店員送上餐包,香脆的麵包條配上特式醬,鹹鹹地幾好味。亞洲特色併盤($148)小山丘的黃薑飯,再配上炸物,咖哩雞,鷹咀豆等,實在係飽肚之選!黃薑飯中混了紅青椒,提子乾,椰漿等,鹹鹹地又甜甜地,看似少少的,但實則勁飽,可能係椰漿漏掛。咖哩雞的咖哩汁也是充滿椰香,甜而不辣,炸蠔香脆肥美,仲有幾粒炸肉丸,同樣香口,好味呀~BBQ烤辣味荷蘭豬肋骨配菠蘿醬($155)份量意外地大呢,居然有兩件豬肋骨,呢個自己去超市買都唔平㗎,抵食!味道係滿滿的Bbq醬味,肉嫩,一切就開好易食,旁邊仲有香脆薯條同新鮮爽口的沙律,好豐富。至於個菠蘿醬,甜甜的好清新,但豬肋骨已經好入味無乜點過個醬,大部分都係用左黎點薯條,哈。特調鮮奶冰咖啡($48)好有架勢的冰咖啡,自己加糖加奶,仲有咖啡冰,不怕越飲越淡。好大杯,咖啡香醇奶奶,好好飲。綠野仙蹤($42)呢個係果茶黎,入面係蘋果,玫瑰花等,又香又甜,真係有童話的感覺,而且冰在外同樣亦不怕變

份量意外地大呢,居然有兩件豬肋骨,呢個自己去超市買都唔平㗎,抵食!味道係滿滿的Bbq醬味,肉嫩,一切就開好易食,旁邊仲有香脆薯條同新鮮爽口的沙律,好豐富。至於個菠蘿醬,甜甜的好清新,但豬肋骨已經好入味無乜點過個醬,大部分都係用左黎點薯條,哈。

今天與老公來這店晚餐,老公揀了那個慶祝3週年的精選菜牌,有西班牙特色拼盤,酥皮羊肉包及熱朱古力布甸。老實說,我們不太懂得欣賞,頭盤賣相是👌和特別的,但當中那些菇拼餅,菇味道很淡,放在餅上,令餅不脆,且變硬😑。原本是酥皮羊膝,但最終只👀酥皮包著一堆菜及羊肉,味道麻麻,因裏面濕,令香脆的酥皮淋了。我叫了西冷牛扒,六成熟,但來的像七八成的,沒有牛扒的肉味。因為過熟而欠肉汁。上菜速度非常快,枱面沒有位放,所以很難慢慢享受。我最欣悅的就是朱古力布甸,焗到外脆,朱古力很香,不會過甜,加埋雲呢拿雪糕👍🏻。
